  1. I'm sorry, I should've said *I would do Shilo.* I'll be more specific next time. :P
  2. Keep shoving your shapes into the exchanger, and you'll wind up with a red circle eventually.
  3. I would go to the fishing guild and do swordies. Bank all the tuna you get, because you can sell for 115 ish each on the Grand Exchange.
  4. Your entire idea is flawed to the core, and it'd be better not to continue any further, you'll just embarrass yourself. Computer parts for the new graphics are cheap and easy to find, so no, it's not against anyone. Off Topic: I've noticed that a lot of people freak out when they hear "rwt." Granted, that's pretty low, and something I would never stoop to, but wasn't that the best thing for the RuneScape economy? Cheap essence and yews were nice in my opinion.
  5. Yeah, I don't want to seem rude, but that's going to be hideous. If nothing else, at least use an Arma bottom too, but it'll need some serious tweaking.
  6. Erm, I'm not sure what to do, sorry. You need someone who knows computers better than me.
  7. I also have similar problems after running my AVG. Just reboot your computer and it'll work fine. :)
  8. You will get your potion money back, plus way more. I would estimate that you'll get 250k in addy drops an hour, so you'll actually be making a good deal of money.
  9. These are your options as I see them: 1. Attack, always hitting decently. 2. Strength, sometimes hitting high. 3. Defence, sometimes hitting decently. People always talk about staying at a place longer with defence, but really, how long does a bank trip take? I would definitely say attack, that's the first combat 99 I plan to get.
  10. Sorry, I was really busy and couldn't get back to you. I have absolutely no idea what the xp rate is at 73, but it's rather slow. Also, I already have 99 cooking, but thanks for the idea. I guess I'll stick to monks, maybe switch things up every now and again just for a break. Thanks for your input!
  11. I'm not so well-known on Tip.it, but here's my picture if you want to use it.
  12. I want to achieve 99 fishing, but I also want to get decent money out of it. I'm currently 73 fishing, and catching monks. Would it be better to stay on them, or switch to swordies/tunas in Catherby? Please don't bother telling me how far away I am from 99, I already know, but I'm focused enough to get it. Thanks in advance guys. :)
  13. First off, I'd like to say that I haven't read the entire thread, that would take far too long. I did notice a pattern though, the general agreement is that if more people have 99 in a skill than in another, then the first skill is dirt. That's hardly accurate at all. Just because more than a few hundred people enjoy or can afford a certain cape doesn't make it any better. I actually see a lot of attack capes, but I don't give them any less respect than a slayer cape. For both, you have to work a good deal to acheive the 99. I have two 99s, fletching and cooking. I got fletching because I enjoyed it, until the last level anyway. ;) I trained cooking solely for the emote, since I like to cook in real life. When I wear either cape though, people come up to me and insult me. I can understand if they don't respect my cape as much as other skillcapes, but to tell me is rather rude. That example perhaps brings forth a mental picture of some level 37 wearing half iron and half steel. More often than not though, it's a higher-leveled player. Noob is an insult I can handle, it usually means that the other person is a bit of an idiot. But to say that any cape is "noob" or "dirt" is just beyond my comprehension. We should make an effort to never deride other players because they have have an "easy" 99. Thanks for your time, Moad14

My luck's pretty bad, so I doubt I'll get one either, but thanks for the statistic. I've heard similar numbers, so it should be roughly accurate. Thanks again! :)

I don't normally train on dust devil's, but I figured it was time to switch things up. What are the approximate odds of obtaining a dragon chain as a drop? By the way, I'm not there just for the drop, so don't flame my hopes, ok? ;) Thanks in advance guys.
  16. It's not really an important skill, it's basically something you need to have for quests only. To go for 99 firemaking though, you just want a cheap and reasonably quick skillcape.
  17. Ok, so melee is the way to go. Thanks for the quick reply.
  18. I didn't know that the link under my name had disappeared, sorry. My stats are: 80 attack 80 strength 79 defence 73 range 82 magic 70 prayer
  19. I've never actually killed black demons, but I just got them as a slayer task. How and where should I kill them, and what should my setup and inventory be?
  20. Nice article, but not all the facts are accurate. For example, the temperature changes every day, often drastically (10 degrees or more). 2 degrees won't kill anything. :-k
  21. I'm always on 111 unless I need to buy or sell something.
  22. I like to train on the Hill Giants just west of the Gnome Stronghold because they drop big bones. I've been training on them for a couple weeks and I've noticed that sometimes you'll kill them, then they disappear, and re-appear standing for a couple seconds then drop their loot. :-k
