    Alching

Bracelets are good, true, but I'd really just prefer to buy what I need and finish more quickly. Thanks for the tip on the platebodies, I guess I'll try to buy some of those. Anything else, or are all my efficient options already mentioned?

Thanks for the advice. Can anyone help with alching as well?

That sounds interesting, but why magic imbue after every three? And yeah, stringing is a bit costly for me right now.

I was alching to 99, but when the price of bows shot up, I had to put mage training on hold. I was just wondering, what are some of the most cost efficient items now? I've got about 125k more casts, and would like to keep the price near 10m if possible. Thanks in advance! Oh, and please mention other potential methods of training if you think they may be better.
  5. You've got to be kidding me. Do you know how long it takes to get yews at 70 woodcutting?
  6. Lobsters, but harpooning for swordfish and tuna might be faster money. I'm not sure on that, just try each and see which makes faster money.
  7. Fishing is better money I believe. Once you can catch monkfish it's exceptionally good. Also, you should burn maples.
  8. I meant, at what magic level I should play Pest Control, not which boat. Thanks anyway though.
  9. I'm currently alching to train, but I know that at some point, it become faster to play pest control instead. Plus I make money instead of lose it there. Can anyone tell me around what level pest control becomes more efficient?
  10. If you can afford them, why not? It can't hurt you any. I never train with pots though, so I may be the wrong person to ask.
  11. I don't believe there is a way other than the cave. I assume you've finihed "My Arm's Great Adventure", otherwise you won't be able to use it.
  12. No, you don't need to deal damage.
  13. My personal favorite is Verac's, because of the prayer bonus. I don't use the full set though, I use a whip/defender instead of the flail. It might be wise to invest in a set of Verac's now, because I'm sure the price will rise, as pk-ers will want it.
  14. But that's afk-ing, which breaks Rule 7... Maybe I wasn't clear, I meant friends who were currently playing RuneScape.
  15. Go read the rules to RuneScape. It's at the bottom of Rule 7: Third Party Software.
  16. When I play RuneScape, I really want to talk to my friends. If I have to concentrate on skilling instead of them, I don't have much fun. :|
  17. It's just saddening to hear that a Tip.It-er macros. We should be above that. :| Joking about breaking the rules doesn't really help either.
  18. Stringing is incredibly painful, for me anyway. It is faster experience though.
  19. Just keep training slayer. When I asked, I was told it was about 1:15,000 kills, so it's not really worth your time. Although you may get lucky and find a chain your first drop, it's all random.
  20. I was thinking about drops and randomness the other day. If you kill a monster in a quest, it will drop it's key or whatever you're supposed to get from it. However, if you decide to train on it later, it will no longer drop the key. This says to me that the monsters are specifically generated for the individual, so maybe drops aren't as random as believed? Granted, I fail at computers, so I don't know how any of this works, just throwing it out there. Programmers, please don't pwn me too badly? :P
  21. When I pulled the lever it reset everything. :wall: Lucky for you, that's no longer the case!
  22. It should reset everything, I think... That seemed to be the case for me. I highly recommend taking a beast of burden with you to help carry everything.
  23. I've always viewed the Grand Exchange as a help, although it did lower the worth of my items, a lot... It unfortunately also killed some skills. Other than that, it's very convenient, and I think, a rather good idea.

  25. If someone says to me, 'I played RuneScape for eleven hours today!' I get a little weirded out. If the person is ill, etc. then I find it perfectly acceptable, but for a healthy teenager, any more than four hours a day seems a bit much to me. I will admit I've no-lifed once, but then when I looked at the clock and realized that it was 5 hours later than I had expected, I swore to never play that much again. #-o
