When you're entering rooms make sure to quickly scout ahead so you can anticipate what's going to happen in an incoming room, such as noticing that there may be a level 100+ ranger in there, but it won't be able to attack you because it is wandering in the corner of the room behind walls. Also if you are ever clearing GDs don't be ashamed to lure one monster away from the rest of a group and kill it by itself where the others can't reach you (this is especially useful if you're currently the only one clearing a room.) and remember to top up your HP as often as possible especially when being called to other rooms Despite these being basic tips hopefully they might be able to assist you when you dungeoneer again.

Hearing all this talk of snow makes me sad :sad: It's been getting hotter every night now, and the bad - humid - kind of hot. Around 1pm it's been hitting the mid 30's. I'm fairly sure that's an octothorp ('hash') rather than a pound. That similar naming system was used for the demo mode accounts (but those had six numbers) fairly funny (glitch?) none the less.

First of all, it's Madam. Secondly, as I said in my first post, my question was prompted by the commercials they'ved been playing. That was how I found out it was f2p. The commercial isn't a year old. Personally, I would hope that games like this going f2p would cause Jagex to step up their game. Personally I was under the assumption that "Sir" was a non-gender specific honourific, and that madam was introduced as political correctness (see:actor, actress) What does this mean for Runescape? - as others have said, very little, I don't see it detracting much from the brand name, but I can't be one to judge for I've never played more than one hour of any other meh-moar-peh-geh in my life. (Well actually Maplestory for a while but I didn't want the same time using effect that 'scape has had on me with any others, especially more than one game at a time)

Having no affiliation of PVP scenarios, this long list rarely affected my playing of the game. However, now that even ONE ITEM over the limit of the page (ie dungeoneering drop) causes the whole list to go haywire. Despite being asked not to show opinions on the update I feel that this prefaces my response: I have not accustomed to the update yet, and actually refuse to, until jagex realises that removing examine options from long menu's would have been a much better solution.

Which of the following are you attempting to accomplish: Remove Both iTunes Library + the .mp3's on the hard drive Remove Library, Keep .mp3's Keep Library, remove .mp3's (can't see why this one, but i'll offer it anyway) Keep both (see parentheses above) After further examination it seems that you are trying to remove the .mp3's associated to the songs in the library as they can't locate the file (usually cause you moved the .mp3) if this is the case you've got to reloacte the .mp3 files and open them up again with iTunes

Killing dinos makes you lose exp. False - They give 15/60 prayer exp and some combat exp, However this should only be done when you are awaiting others return from different parts of the dungeon and have abosolutely nothing to do (IE never) as it otherwise lowers potential EXP/hour. 5 people are required to do the lever-switch room. False - Generally (n-1) people are required to complete a leave room with one person counting and pulling the two closest leavers (it may also rarely be completed with (n-2) people) You need to kill everything for 10% mod. False - 90% of all the monsters in a dungeon as confirmed by Mod Chris L The person with the lowest magic level should activate the monolith. False - ireespective of Magic levels, only combat average (and other weirder factors such as having another monolith in the previous room) effect the RNG's range, similarly if you get 2-3 90's spawning in the first 10 ticks it may be more benificial to restart the room as this usually results in a lower range. The ferret hunter room can be done in f2p. True - place people in the corners and get the player with the highest hunter to attempt to catch it. And the last question. Mind, there is no real right answer, just preferences. In what order would you open these doors if you were keying in a party you cannot trust, which is typically most parties in world 7/117? The doors are: Guardian, Door, Key Door, Skill, Puzzle. Unlock the key door as I see it Attempt all skill doors and notify location and level to others if I can't check all the surrounding rooms and grab keys if they're a dead end go out of my way to actually solve the RC grid puzzle without forcing tiles (thanks wiki article "Lights out") The rest is all a matter of attitude and the only way to test that is through a trial run. I'm not actually applying (mainly due to GMT+10 timezone - don't want to be waking up at 3am to dungeoneer), but I thought it would be fun to answer this and use it to break my hiatus from this site.

Also what this means is that all the skill doors are removed and only combat can be used, this generally also makes the dungeons smaller as there are less rooms to choose from when loading a dungeon, essentially making most dungeons <8 rooms on average. Combat equipment is provided to you and only food is dropped by monsters. All in all, results in faster dungeons for marginaly less exp on the lower floors. (check Grimy's Spreadsheets topic in the Archieve of Wisdom in the dungeoneering section to see which floors you should stop c1'ing at)

It seems very reasonable. I got my PC about a year ago now for around the same price then (AU$1000, it's cheeper now cause the aussie dollar is stronger atm) and I am about one rung under your specs on all areas. You'll love your new PC. However from what my friends say it seems that DDR3 works better in multiples of 3 (6GB of 3+3) but it doesn't really matter, 4GB is overkill anyway in most games.

As others have advised it is most proabably from dust build-up. Before I got my current computer, my previous one (of around 5 years age) would at the end of its life regularly fail duing startup, or after ~30 minutes of use. Due to the fact that I didn't know how to open the old case it wasn't cleaned, and once it was torn apart there was 3 cm of dust fully encasing the motherboard, and several other parts. Try opening your case and looking inside the tower (if applicable), use a small paintbrush to remove resistant dust (after applying the previous posts' suggestions). However if you have a laptop (or mac) the only method of fixing the problem (assuming that it is a dust overload) would be to clean your vents and take it to someone with expertise in the cleaning of these products. If you Don't mind Woodcutting your logs, the spot above the crafting guilds pig pen has four willows and a fire line of 27 spaces if you run to the rock northeast of the crafting guild's door. Otherwise, anywhere that has really long unobscured spaces that go west does the job.

Sounds as bad as flipping in my eyes. What I want Back? Having all the extra clicks needed to force Runecrafting tiles in Dungeoneering, with increased HP damage, infact remove the option to force that puzzle altogether, or give us the option to 'force' guardian rooms, and every single other room that is 'too hard'. One of the few things that required logic in that skill and it's nerfed away becase people with developing brains don't wish to strain them.

Tormented Demon: Did not like it one bit, but each to their own. Penguin Hunting: The amount of detail in there was good, but I'm not a fan of the style of the people, loved the penguin though XD. I can has fish plz: top three - I don't know what it is with this one, I just like it =) Red Dragon: Not too fond of dragons myself, and I felt it was rather drowned out by the other pictures that were there this time. Cooking Blooper: Not as funny as the previous bloopers and drowned out by the others. Kimono Lady Concept: Again, top three, probably my favourite, admitadly I perfer the Sharp lines of the other top ones over the (scanned and watercoloured (?)) art of this one but the detail was certainly superior here. Untitled: Good, but like the Red Dragon, certainly drowned out by the rest. Barrows Sisters: I liked this one a lot, top three actually, the colour scheme is a tad bland for my liking, but it fits the image so it works.

crashNburn, you realize this is the F2P discussion thread right? Besides, we can't use goldsmithing gloves. CrashNBurn was stating why the GE is flooded with gold bars: -Living Rock Cavern has Concentrated Gold Ores @ 80 mining. -You can superheat a gold bar with goldsmith gaunlets on, a quest reward from Family Fued, for 56.2 smithing and 53 magic experience (although he did link to RSWiki not TipIt Database <_< ), increased from 22.5 experience per smelt. -Superheating between each ore gained causes no loss in mining speed because you mine one per 4 ticks (a tick is 0.6 seconds) and can superheat between them. -There is very little use for Gold Bars hence most are sold on GE. Their major use is in creating Jewellery. Of all the Jewellery Unstrung Gold Amulets are the most cost effective to train magic with. These are semi-afk able (similar to cooking) and grant 83 magic exp and 4 crafting exp per amulet strung, which take 1.8 seconds to make per amulet, and use 10 earth, 5 water and 2 astral runes per amulet. All in all this means that there are tons of Gold bars available for us on GE from members using Goldsmith gauntlets to train smithing and high demand for our unstrung amulets from the members training mage. Resulting in us making a profit from gaining crafting exp.
