It does have a bit more "style" than my normal WIPs just because I'm copying over what I did for onlineaion.com. I've been trying to think of some ways to get some more visitors and it dawned on me, Aion does not currently have its own "Warcraftmovies" equivalent. Essentially the idea is to make a community site where users can upload videos and I and the admin will try and just get as many Aion-based videos on the site as possible. I haven't ran it by him yet, I'm actually doing this half just for some practice, but I like the idea and I figured it would give me something to try -- especially since such a site is much more different than the normal minimalistic stuff I'm used to. I do probably need a "banner" type thing as well, and the search bar can obviously get smaller as well. Right now my main concerns are this: . I'm still worried about the layout. I know I want to have a community spotlight near the top, in order to show off the "biggest" videos. This is a pretty standard feature it seems among sites such as this and I know I want it. However I'm wondering about the idea of "New movies, Top rated and Most viewed". I'm not sure if having them in a trio like that is a good idea, and it feels like they are sort of squished in there right now. . Stylistically I'm not sure what to really do with it. I've got some rough ideas and all, and I want to probably keep it close to the style of onlineaion, but I'm having a hard time finding a balance between squeezing in content and putting in some aesthetic charm. . The links at the bottom I plan on doing drop down (well... drop up? If that is proper at all) menus or having them link to an external page. Not sure which yet, although drop down menus seem to look good and efficient on the onlineaion site. Not to mention they are easy to implement so far. So needless to say I feel sort of... stuck. Actually looking at the layout more and more the more... :wall: I feel about it. I'm not sure if it's because of the layout or just that I don't have any styling things done yet. Either way looking for any friendly C/C on what you guys think a good direction would be to go in. I feel like I want to try something different or unique with it as well.. instead of just a standard layout.

By your logic than if someone bought the original game and put it up on a file sharing site than that would be legal, right? Considering it's the same exact thing only on a larger scale. And stop using the word steal. It's seriously annoying me.

Same... :( This was a terribly boring summer, made even worse due to the [cabbage]ty [wagon] job market right now. I applied to a ton of jobs but no one wants to hire someone for like 2 1/2 months. Thank god college starts up again next week.

Pittsburg, Kansas. :) It's a small college town, which seems to be a nice medium between a "middle of bum[bleep] nowhere"-town and a huge college town. We have enough around here (ton of fast food places, ect.) and it's a pretty chill place. It's flat too. God is it flat. Plus once you get out of the actual town it's nothing but corn and wheat. :lol:

Yeah, I think it should (obviously) stay illegal. I don't really want to say if it is an immoral thing to do or not, as I don't think it really hurts the industry as much as they want you to think, but it certainly isn't a good thing to do. The only good that can come out of piracy is hoping that these large industries will realize that they need to change their methods and adapt. I heard about those, really good move in my opinion. They probably are going to make a [bleep]ing ton of money too. I saw like 10 people waiting around by one of the machines in wal-mart. Services like that and Netflix are a great example of the right way to handle things, at least for movies. All these people who think they are really sticking it to the man are hilarious. No one cares about your potential sale that isn't going to happen. If you really want to stick it to a man go steal real copies of the objects. (Even then you're just hurting the retail store, not the actual developers).

The obvious answer would be something is wrong with the router. Does the laptop disconnect at all when connected to the router? (or even better, plug the laptop in with the Ethernet cable and see if it d/c's). It may just be that you need to set up some settings on your router. Go to 192.168.1.1 and put in your routers default username/password. You could try following This guide and forward the ports needed for XBL and see if that is an issue.

Thinking about it... I really don't watch any. I think the majority of what I watch is either western animation or anime.

If you're talking about the PS3 you can just replace the current hard drive with any normal one, can't you? I have to say that this $300 PS3 news is pretty nice, makes it a little more tempting. Maybe once some more of the exclusives come out I'll think about it, depending on my money situation then.

Oh wow, so they're actually talking about Guild Wars 2? I've heard they have some pretty hefty ideas for the sequel so do color me interested. I did enjoy the original even if I only played it for a number of months, and I do trust that they can do some good things for a sequel.
