well i would say summoning but i feel it came right where my char was ready for it. i wasnt able to put away 100's of m's but i put a bit of money away. and i was a good combat to start it at (like 95 i think) and i have beed able to stay within the top 20k ranked sence it came out so ill say the bank...it is never to soon for that

well duh all ppl under 13 are muted only being able to use/see quickchat untill they are over 13 it is not a bug

magic-chance of not using elementalk runes for a spell. i support btw we need something better than a cape!...what about quest btw. quest points cape-an extra 20seconds in tears of guthix(is currently 1 second per quest point)

i fixed some of the drops rates and cost of charm rewards...woops ill have to go back and lower the hunter xp real quick. will work on some pics later

the best place is definatly cannoning ice trolls. i can get a large task done in less than 20min there and i know that your about to say that cannonoing is a waist of money. but here with the extra shield drops you will break even or even make a profit
