He could knife ogres at king lathas training area. The herb seed drops generally pay for bronze knives, but fire giants would be a lot more fun + lots of charms. Fastest = yaks.

My friend has the Sandisk one, it's actually pretty good. I would recommend that one if you don't want an iPod. Sandisk and Samsung are the two best brands in my opinion.

Definitely not bad, but greens are probably faster.

Oops, you need mage def :P It'd be faster with melee but it's great ranged training.
