Errr... my cousin who works for blizzard convinced me to get a trial... so......... I would like BASIC advice on 1) what do i need to know about WoW before I begin 2) Race choice? 3) class choice? 4) time to get to 70/80? 5) what kind of time needs to be put in.

I need to add myself, although I'll surely get owned. I'm just a casual player, but I still kill all my friends. Time to get owned. :ohnoes:

I don't claim to know anything... but they have the same speed, and so based on specs Dragon scim w/ defender Sara Sword I don't know how it works out, but I would think that people pay more for the sara sword for a reason. It has a higher str bonus by 11 and only 4 less attack. I suppose it has less of a defense bonus, but it depends whether that is a factor.

Agree 100% However, if you wanted to train slayer because you wanted to train slayer it isn't that bad to range tasks, (look at robinhoodie's guide in the AoW.) Another option is tank ranging green dragons in the chaos tunnels, which gives surprisingly high ranged exp and good money, although is still not as efficient as aviansies for ranged exp.

Depending ofc on how much you make an hour, herblore wise i think it would be efficient to buy irits and seconds with the money. BUUUTTTT.... If you can stand cleaning them. (And there was a guide on truthscape on how to... grrr....) I would clean them all and sell them at profit with a bit of herb exp.

Even though I can't kill them i run through their room in the ct quite often for dust devils (i think, it's been a while) and they almost never hit me.

in my opinion there just aren't enough mods, and not enough enforcement. A bot to check for bumping and then report it to mods would be good, if nobody bumped it'd be great, but that's like asking all the countries to be nice and disarm.

Yeah but you only get bits and d/l others as you go. Security is really good. It's a good idea to improve performance for those with ironically slower internet (like me) but in practice it'd be very difficult to execute due to various constraints, not the least of them being modding.

Got it, but i still think it worths. I use my torso on slayer, random training, pvp stuff and i think its great (maybe cause i got DFS)... Anyways if you think worths to spend 6 hrs on it..get. Or if you not willing to spend 6 hrs on it...dont get. There is an old thread in which is was mathematically proven that an Addy Chain > Fighter torso.

Woo wikipedia debate. There was some study that found the real wikipedia as being as accurate as world book. (but it still CAN be unreliable and so shouldn't be cited) still with runescape wiki being open to the public and with many fewer people, and a lot of original research going into it, accuracy can be an issue.
