  1. Plus the Aus dollar has lost alot of value, so your every American dollar will go that bit further. May I ask what state in Australia she is moving to? Peoples priorities have gone from relationships to sex, imo i feel like im the only 17 year old guy out there that actually wants a relationship Your not alone. I gravely desired a meaningful relationship as early as 15. Albeit almost 16 at the time. prior to that it was a relationship with a -10 abstinense. I kinda out grew that though. I'm now 17 and can honestly say I've am/have been (I'll explain that in just a second) in a very serious relationship. And I enjoy(ed) every second of it. Now then. We've been discussing the same 2 problems for the past 3 pages. It seems it's my turn to bring one to the table. Most of this forum probably remembers me and my girlfriend's issues. I certainly post enough of them. Well this time is honestly not much different from our previos issues. But in a way, much worse. For those of you who don't remember, my girlfriend has a nasty habit of hooking up with other guys (and occasionally a girl) both behind my back and right in front of me[literally]. Among other things, but that's what I'm gonna focus on for now. Long story short, she decides to seduce my best friend whom has held said title for a good 12 years. I don't blame her entirely, he deserves 50% of the blame as well. Anyway, as you can see the situation is not so good. All they did was make out, but that more than enough for most people to break up. I love her to death, but I simply can't trust her. And it sucks alot. All this crap added on to other life stresses has caused her to take up cutting again as well. Which is never good. So I'm just kind of lost in the tangled web of problems, as every issue our relationship has ever bumped into kinda slams us all at once. So far we've talked about it. She's taking his(my best friend's) advice in driving a distance between me and her. He's right, but I don't think it was his place to say so. anyway, point being is that I'm going to be goin on a break with my girlfriend for god knows how long. I'd say chances are rather high that we'll get back together eventually (you don't just throw away 2 years without a fight) but at the moment I guess I could be considered single. I'm not exactly sure what I'm asking you guys, because frankly I'm so confused I can't even form a question out of all this. I guess all I can ask is, if this is the right thing to do? Giving yourselves time apart is a good idea, just keep an eye on what she does, from what I can tell she isn't worth your time though.

    1) Do you think video games affect peoples opinion on war? On impressionable people, yes. 2) If your country was attacked, would it make you join the army? Probably, they seem to change the laws so often. 3) Do you think there will be a World War 3 in your lifetime? Yes, unfortunately. 4) What do you think you could do to prevent war? Giving others no reason to dislike you. 5) What do you think is the major cause of wars? Differences and frear. 16, Male
  3. a school near Maitland, the two Maitland highschools are really aweful like that... Not to mention the city area isn't great either, I've seen a 14 yo I knew walking around with a child, and looked like she was ready to have another one, plus she smokes all the time and isn't allowed into any stores because she steals everything :wall:

My edits are in bold. [img=http://i43.tinypic.com/8vz1iv.jpg] Thought I'd put up my own flag, and get some feedback, this was made at 1am, been up for like the past 19 hours, so I don't expect it to be great, but I have tomorrow off and could make changes based on feedback.[/hide]
  5. These days many Aus teens I come across seem to have little to no standards, I lost practically all hope when I heard that there was a video that had nearly every girl at a school I went to in it, as in clips of them naked :shame:

We're just focusing on government now. Actually, hell, we're not focusing at all. I was just pointing out that my older post was hinting what I wanted to be (unlike most people I didn't want some leadership role, just wanted to do something I would enjoy and could contribute with,) plus I did discuss government 1st. Also I kinda wish Tipit actually owned it's own island, it would be awesome. (Yes, I would move there if it did exist #-o ) Better then what I could do.

keep playing. your fingers will get used to it, and will become harder so that they can reduce the blistering (which is why I walk barefooted everywhere, I can walk on sharp rocks and won't notice, yet my friends start complaining  )

I have thought about joining the Army Reserve but have not, as of yet, researched anything into the matter, I would go into a programming position if I could (I have no clue on what positions you can choose and be in the Army Reserve.) I would like to get the training that most of the soldiers do, but I don't really want to go in as a soldier, I just want to be able to pick up a gun and use it effectively, as well as run the distance if needed and use hand to hand combat if I need to. Also, do programmers get posted much? Or do they usually stick around in their country, working as needed. I have also thought of doing Robotics at Tafe/Uni after I have done Programming.
  10. This is what I'm gonna try this year if I get the money to get it in time, will be perfect at Tafe, as we will be doing spreadsheets, and I can put it in my mates computer during the 10 min break  (I'm a bit worried he will kick the computer though, he gets rather mad at them.)

 Going up to a skit resort for like 4 days. They just got a bunch of new snow to. Artificial snow? :S Turns out I have to play bass in jazz band even though I've never played it in my life. HOORAY. Edit: @istolethepie: I play guitar. :) Whoa-jaerk was the one that has jazz band practice? Man, now I'm confused. Am I the only one who read that as skirt resort? I'd totally go there. 8-) Is that because you've always wanted to wear a skirt? [/hide] I'm a guy, but that would be hilarious. I should totally do it one day. [yt]-Rv9MV2LrLw[/yt]
  12. Also, infected in clubs and pubs would be seen as drunk, so people won't pay much attention to them, and might not even be able to really notice what they are doing as they themselves may be drunk.

I demand a robotics facility, along with a demolitions testing area, for defence of OTers from invadors, and so that we can have mech suits while most of the world still learn how to build a house. Plus who doesn't like booms?
  14. \__\ -\__\ --\__\ ---\__\ ---|__| ---|__|-----------_O_ ---|__|------------| ---|__|-----------/ \ that may be a better discription, the person is a Tip.iter on the inside of the wall, the - represent air (so I can space the image out), _ represents the insides of the wall

Hopefully your move will be easy, and that your neighbours are nice, and social (seen mine once since we moved in last year :XD:)

Just bodge it like everyone else in Australia :) Sort of do, sisters convinced mum to stop at McD for 5 mins? Too lazy to put them as different times, forgot what the time was? guess then go for the 30 mins mark that make it bigger  Best part is that I will get to drive from 1 end of the F3 to the other and back, aleast twice

Written was easy for me, passed without studying, except a quick go of the online trial on the net. Can go for my P1 licence in May, once I get the other 78 hours of driving done.
  18. Seriously, I hate people who are interested in the same girl as me, and know that I do, and that she likes me, and yet try and flirt with her  (Like today when I was helping her to ice skate, holding her arm, and they come up and hold her arm too, and they keep wobbling and making her nearly fall over, or they hold on and speed up, once again nearly causing her to fall over. Even hints, or telling them in a nice way to stop wouldn't work -.- )
  19. Note to self: post pictures on Tip.it threads before I send them to you...
  20. infect my friends, then explain my master plan, to slowly infect people we know who will be able to act like normal, until a specified moment, once the group is so well placed (and strong enough) to just go on an infection spree.

Today sucked. I didn't want to get up, but I had to. Then at Tafe it was boring, the teacher yelled at me because I picked up a piece of paper that everyone else had (I arrived late and didn't realise I had to do some basic thing on the computer first) for taking it off her 'desk', which was just a section of where the computers are. Then for the communications section some of the people complained that me and my friends were being loud, so then one of them was practically yelling at us asking why we were here (one of my friends answered "to do the course" and we laughed) then he asked why we were here, he said because he wanted and me and my friend told him because they wouldn't let us do the higher couse, even though we know who to do EVERYTHING that will be in the course we are doing now -.-
  22. Same with me (exactly, even the year!) except I didn't know about the forums for like a year, then around about another year later I joined the forums.
  23. Wow, that is alot better then what I can do, my PB was like 110 :-#
  24. What do you mean "until"? That still is pretty awesome! Wind + door + bike = splinters and scrap metal
  25. I wouldn't say the durability is great, but I never had any problems with mine. I've dropped all of my iPods on the ground on multiple occasions and there's just a few scratches. :P (But when my Touch falls I swear my heart stops.) Buy a protective case, put some thin foam in there to keep it safe (will be a tight fit) and put a protective film over the cover. Anyways, I got this lovely iRiver e10 (6GB model) for my birthday a few years ago, loved the thing, never had an issue with it, and it had this awesome built in tv remote control, so I could turn off tvs without anybody knowing :XD: Mind you, I gave it to my sister once I bought a 2GB memory stick for my phone, which I use to play my music now, it does what I want, it plays all 100 and something songs, plus I use my sisters in-ear earphones as she hates them, so I get good enough sound quality. I still sometimes wish I still used my e10, or that my phone had a remote like the e10. Might borrow it off my sister for April 1st
