Sorry to you-know-who (this is in reference to the pm you can see in the screenie) about leaving you on world 1 :(...alot of people couldn't make their way into world 1 so I had to hop. But thanks for forgiving me afterwards :P! Oh and by the way...I haven't lost my mind just yet. Muahahahahahahahahaha.

Hey all, 125k left till 93 mining and I have reached the 7 million mining xp milestone! Yippee! I'm quite surprised that another level will be shortly on the way before school starts. However, my time to mine has been cut short understandably as school is nearing. I also must admit that I'm committing somewhat of a sin my fellow RS players...I'm playing another game! What is that game you may ask? It is... ... ... ... SPORE! Will Wright's games are too addicting #-o...so that may also effect how much time I'm committing to mining at the moment. I've already made it to the space stage of my civilization and I'm eager to beat the game eh heh...

I made my first million thanks my first 3 or 4 wildy rune mining trip. Those ores are truly a savior for an f2per like myself :thumbsup:.

I'm on only one side...and that side doesn't go by the name free player or member player but by the name fellow player ;). I do not treat a member or f2per any differently regardless that I myself am a free player. I give respect where respect is given. As far as my experience so far with these forums, I truly appreciate the kind of positive attitude regarding this subject. I rarely see the f2p/member flame wars. Often times those flame wars crop up not because it was a debate between f2pers or members but rather a flame fest started by 1 irate person. Also, as far as what an f2per deserves versus a member...its truly nobody's place to say. Those who deem that they can decide what f2pers deserve are not Jagex...they are not the company running this game and creating the updates...therefore I do not bother to heed a word they would say. Our only job on RuneScape is to have fun :P and not to run around and judge who is to enjoy what.

EDIT: W00t my 100th post! Look who I caught as I was chipping away at coal in the Mining Guild :twss:... Looks like you're not safe even in the dark and shady depths of the guild Forsaken...teehee.

People ask whats the point of being an f2per and attempting to get 99 mining to me :P (though I may give my patronage come 99 mining...strongly considering it, that cape looks uber pretty). There are always haters out there and their hatred does not apply to only one skill. They hate the fact that you possess the motivation, determination, and plethora of patience that they lack. I've seen the scene repeat over and over again when anyone publically announces that they are on the journey to a 99 for any skill. I'm glad to say though...that I do not see many of those kind of killjoys on Tip.It though :thumbsup:!

That line is repeated a couple times. If we have others sing the repeats, it will have more variety :) (similar to the ways that the Boom De Yada will sound better with different people singing it).

Can't really recommend any members spots since I've never been one :P...but if your goal is merely the 99 and you are not concerned about money, just powermine iron/granite and drop most of the way. Also I'm not sure you could get 18-20k mining and banking gold (but then again, never tried member's spots, so I could be waaaaaay off). This part of the bargain is truly your call, there is no better way...only faster or more profitable ways.

No worries Atom you're on the right track! My blog readers know I'm notorious for taking long breaks or being a slug at times due to real life matters. Just remember, 99s should never have deadlines. The goal is to make it there...not how fast you make it. Keep it up Atom!

Hey all, took the weekend mostly off and only achieved about 1k of mining xp. This an amazing idea :D! It seems no one has opted for the Boom de Yada(s) yet (or are you planning to do those on your own?) If not I'd be happy to supply a female voice for those lines. Do I need to record it over a video file or do I need to simply send a sound file? EDIT: Oh and if Boom de Yada is off limits or if you're lacking participants I wouldn't mind submitting a recording for "Its such a brilliant place" :. EDIT #2: I went ahead and sent you a recording of both. Use either or both if you wish ...hope my singing voice isn't too dreadful!

Asking why people train up to 50 rc just for the minigame is the same as asking why people bother getting 99s that will not allow you to produce higher level items, do not improve your combat, do not provide you good cash, or allow you to obtain certain resources faster (eh heh...*points to her sig*). Everyone has their own personal goals that they dream of achieving. Its not a waste to satisfy such dreams in my opinion. The guild gave many people (such as me) the extra nudge to have the desire to level up rc just a wee bit and be satisfied with the results (being able to enter a guild and play a somewhat entertaining minigame). I have yet to see a problem with any of that.

No worries richpoepaap, come the start of school (Sept 20th)...I'm going back to my old snail self :P. As my coursework increases my mining progress will decrease. At least the amount of effort to get 99 mining has now been cut down by half woohoo!

This is not a slight change in the RuneScape community -.-... I've been plagued with "bf" requests and catcalls since the beginning of my RuneScape career. To me it reflects the apalling views of some of today's teenage boys. Honestly, what is manly about desiring romance with a set of pixels?! Or for that matter...what is manly about harrassing a girl in real life to have a forced relationship just for the mere fact that she's female?! Its not real love but a primal desire. It just burns me to the core! Wonder why divorce rates are so high, eh? The real problem is...that people's view of what is "love" now adays or "romance" is incredibly broken. That is the pestilence that is transcending onto the RS community. Only difference is the concept is now being applied to pixels.
