flash deals with vector and so as an animating program should only really deal with vector stuff imo.. but export, as an animated gif. The file size is annoying to keep down in flash.

well im guessin this doesnt have a deadline and there's no limit to how many can be added so don't be pressured into making something right now, you may find your much better in a month or so, and decide to have a go at doin something.

use a program with animation facilities, either make them frame by frame on the program or, seperate by saving em 01, 02, 03 etc and importing them into the program.. Set the right framerates and save as an animated gif. It's hard to explain how to animate or how to use a certain program fully over the internet so If your not understanding, don't ask.

OT villains is definately better imo, I personally think its an amazing game it's like world of warcraft in the sense that there's places to explore, groups of bad guys and missions.. I'd actually say, pretend runescape in full 3d (like WoW) but your character is a customised super villain and you develop powers and do missions to become a higher ranked villain. You decide how your character gets his powers, which determains what powers you develop throughout the game. Along with being able to fully customise your villain. I was a ninja basically that shoots magic arrows, flys and summons a group of slave ninjas.. I had about 10 ninja's followin me around :D. My only qualm with the game is that you go into buildings/caves in certain missions and it can get a bit repetative, banks always look like the same old banks and the caves always look like the same old caves. I'd soo love to play it again :cry:

I was on burning blade had a level 40 mage and a 35 warrior :D my membaship ran out but im gettin a job soon so I should be able to get back on.. they don't delete accounts if your off for a month or five do they?? :ohnoes: I stopped playing City of villains about the same time too, because I ran outta money :( Dont want it deleted.

When I found out what time it was I suddenly got really scared and anxious for some reason, felt really cold and my mind just went blank. I suppose it was just a real shock, It felt like how you'd feel if you travelled through time.

Ok this is really weird, Ive bin working late most night, like I always do, usually around 3am and wake up like 8 each day.. that gives me about 5 hours a night roughly to sleep.. and I felt it was really messing up my system, so I finally decided to go to bed early last night, I went around about 9 and probably fell asleep about 10.. I woke up and it was pitch black outside, it was cold and I was wide awake. I figured it was like in the middle of the night, about 4am or 5 so I wondered into my kitchen and made myself some Horlicks to get back to sleep because I was guessin it could really mess up my sleep pattern.. Next minute someone knocked on my front door.... I was thinkin, ok whats goin on? It was my mum... :-k She just got back from the shops and asked "why are ya still wearing your bed robe?", I replied "It's the middle of the night, why were you at the shops?" .. She then explained to me that it was half seven in the evening and she was about to make dinner.. :shock: ......... God knows how she didn't notice me in my bed, It would have been nice to have seen the sun for the first time in over a day, but really Im really scared.. :ohnoes: thats never happened before.. I didn't even wake up briefly throughout my sleep, I just fell asleep, then woke up.. no dreams or nothin, just 20 hours or so just went in just a few seconds to me... Does anyone know what happened to me?? :uhh: I'd love to know.

what this lacks is shadowing, other than that its looking great, never too fond on spray-painted trees but I suppose it suits.

when working on a large scale its important to skrink it down just to see if your proportions are correct, I did and realised the dragon's head is waay too small.. I'd expect it to be this big. I personally would have planned it out this size before hand, then blown it up, to detail it.

sticking to a certain amount of colours goes back to the beginning of pixeling because it's main use was primarily for gaming, having a certain palette was not because they wanted to make it hard for themselves, it was because technology was still developing. Today it saves precious memory, so in all, the game runs much smoother (making a game you should know that). Though pixelers today may not have to stick to so little colours it's nice to do it how it's originally supposed to be done, you should only use as much colours as absolutely necissery, and no more. ok for this woman I think the face could do with some very slight tweaking to suggest depth inbetween the eyes, some colour in the lips and some general changes to soften the faceshape more, plus the shadow of her hair. The proportions look pretty good, but whats bothering me is that the chest looks as if it's far too wide running up to the shoulders.. as if she's taking a deep breath or something, also people usually have lower neck holes on their t-shirts, it looks contricting on the throat and makes the neck look shorter as always you can AA as it works to your advantage when it comes to smoothening/making colour transition easier on the eye.. if you learnt how to dither and you're using well I don't see why you shouldn't be learning AAing.

If you want to start a new thread pjb that'd be awesome and if you'd like I'd be a co-organiser, it's pretty annoyin sometimes tryin to sort everythin out yourself. Ive got to go atm cus im starting my first shift at my new job so I can't do anything right now, so if you find a nice palette before I get to make one myself I'll try to do what I can whether it be suggest a palette change or even start of a first totem piece.

im gonna do something a lot smaller :oops: ive bin spendin a lot of time away from the computer recently so I have no choice also I start college tommorrow. dont count me out yet.

The more expensive it is, the better it will be remember, if you're gonna get one for like ÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâã30 it will work, but may not be as high standard as more expensive makes, I gave up usin mine which was ÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâã30 cus it just didn't configure with the screen right.. Im Hopin of investin in somethin much more expensive.

whats with the personal attack ? :cry: It's great, anatomy is fundamental because this is initially based on a human, what you do from that is exagerate features, twist and change it to how you want. The textures are amazing but overall you've lost the depth the character needs, overall I think it looks a bit flat. But omg jr_striker you impress me, I can't remember the last time I saw someone challenge themselves so vigerously.

Why do people think english is all posh and tea drinkers? its mostly americanised now, and accents are far from posh :lol: .. I think only the queen talks that way. france is just like england, people's perception of it is really wrong, its mostly countryside tho. erm I haven't explored Europe aint that rich :notalk:
