  1. Indeed. The biggest issue with the dungeoneering system is it doesnt allow you to control the levels within your party. Were the system to be made for onlly +130 cb I think it would see significantly more usage by players.
  2. Does anyone in the Tip.it community play (or have even heard of) League of Legends? It's a strategy game from the guys who made the DotA mod for Warcraft III and it's AWESOME.
  3. The best longsword > the best scimitar.
  4. I support the idea 100%, however there are many things that would need to be ironed out: 1.) Most KBD drops, including all it's 100% drops, are members only. This could be solved by -Making Dragon Bones obtainable and unburriable in f2p again. -Making Dragon Bones obtainable in f2p again and burriable. -Marking Black Dragonhide obtainable in f2p. -Offering coinshare style payouts for it's p2p drops -Offering alternate f2p drops in place of it's p2p drops. 2.) F2p armour has already far outstripped f2p weaponry. The dragon medium helm, chainbody, and square shield would just increase this problem.
  5. Sorin has seen some play, actually. Most recently, he showed up as a singleton in a Grixis control deck that Top 8'd the Starcity Games 5k in Los Angeles last weekend. (The deck ran one of him over a fourth Ultimatum.) Other Grixis control decks have been doing the same thing. (Source) Sorin is an absolute house if you can land him--he can easily win the game for you once he comes out. (And he's obviously brutal in EDH.) Read the decklist... it's interesting. Not sure how I feel about the courier's capsules, especially when he could get another divination or a Jace instead for LESS overall mana. But hey, he Top 8'd the 5k, so who am I to talk? *cough*lucksack*cough* In EDH however, he is brutal. As are many other cards you wouldn't run in a "conventional" constructed deck. Which is why it's an awesome format. :-)
  6. Haha no. Actually it was a reference to the Russian mathematician who came up with the idea of Markov Chains. Markov Chains are a sequence in which each value (in this case what drop you get) is entirely independant of all other values. As for Sorin Markov, 3BBB is utterly uncastable in any deck except mono-B Vamps, and that deck has so many issues already that it cant bother waiting around for a questionably good 6-drop thats just gotta bite it to Celestial Purge anyways. If I'm gonna shell out 3BBB at sorcery speed for something it ought to basically win me the game (Cruel Ultimatum I'm looking at you) before I consider running it.
  7. A dozen Vesta sets, 99 Prayer/Herblore. Buy friends junk. Probably just sit in my bank gathering dust tbh.
  8. is Like a Boss.

  9. Yeah world 2 is a cluster-[cabbage], and the worst part is the hundreads of PMods and JMods don't even care. It would only take one Mod all of 5 minutes to mute all the autotypers and hopefully line them up for the BANHAMMER at some point in the near future.
  10. My Fremmenik name is Fubar.... nah just kidding :-P that would be awesome though. it's Raltor tbh. Tzhaar: Ket
  11. at least you now have a pretty new cape so 99 actually does offer something congrats on your level This is a valid point. I am rather in love with my new cape. :-D
  12. Revise that - I am now 99 attack and have gotten nothing new to wield since 78. Epic content gaps FTL.
  13. now that's what I call lucky bastard. Yup thats Grom for ya! I'm also in the picture!! :-D Here's my pic for the day!
  14. I can certainly do better than the inaction of the current status quo.
  15. The very fact that one is unwilling to risk his moderator status to report rulebreakers is evidence that it should never have been given in the first place, and that said person is more interested in maintaining his status symbol crown than in cleaning up the game. It's Jagex that decides what is against the rules, and they also enforce them. What good would reporting/muting do if it's lifted the next day? :? In the short term, it would prevent them from luring more people into their scam. In the long term, you're starting with the assumption that these mutes will be lifted. I am of the opinion that they would not, as autotalking and requesting advertisement of cc's is illegal.
  16. Perhaps I'm suffering confirmation bias but I have thought that as well. On another note: It's a Dragon Kilt thank you very much! Furthermore: Yes they are certainly out there. My oldest RS friend who I still talk to (from way back in the RS1 days) is a girl in real life.

  18. Which brings us back to PMods as using their title purely for status instead of enforcing the rules.
