He's right. Lens flares are one of those things that sound really uber cool in theory, only to become the bane of society when put into practise. Others include- Emo's 1337 5p34k internet vernacular in general eg. 'dis' instead of 'this, 'dat' instead of.. well you get the picture those hoodies with the skeleton design on them having your hair dyed crazy colours when you're 40+

My guess would be no. If you're messing around with the settings and getting a picture that isn't the same as what was taken, it counts.

As long as you give credit to the owner, there shouldn't be a problem, and if they really don't want you using it, which is unlikely, then just take it down, and you won't get banned or anything. Better to ask permission before you start though, just so you're not wasting your time.

Seen it before, the guy's name begins with a V, because if you look closely between the 5th and 6th trees (from the left) theres a V in a circle, which he put there as an anti-rip.

Qualifications are only half of it really. If you have a great portfolio, and you work consistently, most employers don't care if you don't have any GCSE's or A levels. You can always take GCSE art at college, and do AS art after. All you need to do now is draw as much as possible, using as many mediums as you can, so you can build up a nice portfolio. Not sure if this is the right place or not.

I listen to stuff like Green Day and Slayer for their musical ability, but I also love Bob Dylan, 'cos the guy's a damn genius. He writes incredible lyrics, which really appeals to me, even though I like hardcore bands like Slayer and Napalm Death.

Nice idea, well executed. However, maybe you can edit the Kalphite Queen to make her look more like a sea monster, and less just like half a KQ stuck in the water. Turn her blue, add some fins and gills etc, actually make her look like she can swim. Because, if you've ever dropped a beetle into a pond, they can't swim for sh*t.

Right now its Waiting, by Green Day. But I'm hooked on Flathead by The Fratellis at the moment, it's damn addictive.

Can you show us how you made those gradients? I'm not really buying it to be honest. And I don't really think the style fits the game, it looks too technical when RuneScape is all about old style. Nice though. You should probably try make a website template, those buttons would look good there.
