Women, put your handbags down please. There are several elements to making a good pixel signature. A background A main subject (character or something else) Sub-characters (normally) -shading/highlights -light sources -depth -anatomy If you include all those elements then you should have a nice signature.

exactly what i was gonna say, have them like busting out of the ground and about to grab him very good though i'm pretty sure this is one of the best pixels i've seen in a long time

Red and blue dont really go together in those shades make your render go behind the border and anti-alias the text at least, preferablly change the colour and add some effects and blend the render in with the background

yeah, it looks kewl but it does look like a googled picture that you used a solarize (i think) filter on in photoshop

There are some parts of this sig that are actually pretty neat for a beginner, eg the fence and signs posts. But check for inconsistencies. The river should be getting thinner as it goes towards the horizon. And the person... his arms are thicker than his body, thats juast freaky k? Oh yea and your weather vane has the compass directions in the wrong places lawl

Click anti-alias off when you're using the paint dump tool on photoshop, that's what makes it go outside the lines, and fiddle around with the tolerance meter, that should make a difference to how much it acts like the one on MS paint. Also, shouldn't you be able to just re-download it again from the Microsoft website? Considering it's free when you get your computer anyway.

OMG did you not the the fake pokemonn card on his DA profile? almost gave me a seizure! and im serious! the only way to be a good artist is dedication and knowledge you must work on your anatomy and spent a little while on each work before you are totally satisfied with it i have a slight OCD problem which makes me a perfectionist \ anyway keep practising and you will get better

graffiti-esque fonts are never good, they are way too hard to read and i agree with xxxshade, you need to use a better colour perhaps use duotone or something

hmm, its very atmospheric, but IMO i think the rock and the grass clash too much find a way to make them look more harmonious, like adding specks of green to the rock or something, not necessarily just that but something along those lines good though,

there a decent amount going on, which is quite rare in pixels these days, good job on that i like the busy style of it, but the lines do need to be cleaned up and/or make the black lines into darker coours of what its bordering (yes i know that sounds wierd but i cant word it right atm)

i think im in love with that ocean, nice job only thing i see wrong is the tree still looks a bit... unnatural maybe make the trunk slightly thinner and the roots less predictable and a lot longer good otherwise (<3 ocean)

hes.... floating dont rely on the preset tools so much, try to stick with just the pencil tool i also doubt i can get it that small with the text still being coherent

well this is pretty rudimentery but still your facial proportion and anatomy are wrong, it makes your head look bloated and wierd google 'facial proportion' and you will find some helpful pictures that will say where everything needs to be eg the middle of your eye should be in line with the edges of your mouth etc like so:

i love the idea, the minimap then the actual kill, thats very nice maybe better execution though EDIT: make the other dots move as well and make the animation smoother like the actual game, and try make the 25 25 bit better quality
