at best, usually it's 1:100 chance for one. You will get lucky later on and get double rune meds (one after the other). If now you are very unlucky, later on you will get extremely lucky. It happened to me a few times, just that it was the other way.

Hellhounds are considered the best clue droppers because it's their only none 100% drop. Some people prefer jellys and ankous because their weak. Per kill, its the high lvled monsters (e.g. dagg kings), but they are hadr to kill. Aberrant specters are also quite good because they drop other good stuff. Hope it helps.
