The accounts being sold on ebay are often american accounts who are owned by children or teenagers wanting to make a quick buck. I don't approve of it, but a lot of my friends sold their accounts when they quit.

If a car has faulty brakes, you don't release it to the public and then say that you will fix it in two months. You either postpone the car until the brakes are fixed, or you fix it in time for the release. If Jagex can't do that, I don't know what to say. And if Jagex thought that this big of an update wouldn't impact the game so much that it would only need quick minor updates... I don't know what to say.

They're so out of tuch with their customer base... instead of asking how to fix 3 weeks before putting it in, they should have asked back in November with the Duel Arena changes, giving them time to implement these updates. But then again, who are we to argue with the almighty and all knowing jagex. :|

Have anyone of you people been to china in... say... the past decade? For one, they aren't communists in the common sense and most features of their "communist" government has been weeded out. :| Secondly, China is NOT a third world country. While there are more starving people then over here in the states, it is not on the scale of some of the poorer countries in the world. A 4$ a day job is certainly not a well paying one, but there are better jobs. Why do they pay more? They involve more physical labor. And yes, factories and farming are included there. My grandfather (on my mother's side of the family) runs a plastic factory, and pays his workers 20 Yuan an hour. They worked 10 hour shifts, and 6 days a week.. 200 yuan a day is 28 dollars a day. That was considered quite a reasonable salary. One of the main reasons goldfarmers are payed less is because of their work environment, and how much effort is required. To be frank, they don't have many reasons to demand a payraise. :|
