The situation now is the complete opposite of what it would have been a month ago -- the discussion would not be at all similar. The discussion then would be different. Opinions change. Just like how people like you have shown their hate (Or "Strong dislike") for Jagex. Would you still continue to show that strong dislike in a discussion? You don't learn honesty and integrity in college; That's taught to you during your childhood, hopefully. Truth is, he lied to his customers and actively deprived them of their product, which is arguably worse than simply joining a rival company. It's true that if somebody offers you a job with a better paygrade, you should take it. But you should also take into consideration what the consequences are to your customers if you are the key member of a developing team. People paid for things they no longer can access because you left. And lying about it while escaping is not the right way to go at it, and it only goes to show the lack of integrity and respect you have towards the people who pay you. I'll have to agree with you on that. I don't see what the big deal is; If anything, he won. He got his powers back AND what he set out to accomplish came to fruition. (Not only did Jagex not win the award, but they took action on the main reason why they lost) Fine, I'll bite. His message was clear - he was unhappy with Jagex's lack of action against bots, and stated that they didn't deserve to win the GGA this year. What I'm taking issue with is that he decided to 'quit' RuneScape under undefined return terms. Now had he left quietly, there wouldn't be a problem. Instead, he chose to make a video, post a thread, and have a party. And now he's back. I can't see that as anything besides waffling. Even if he only left for the bots, there was no reason to overdramatize him leaving the game. Yes, a repeat of what I said previously...Attention seeker. Crossed: Got his powers back? Where? Won? I just don't understand some people. :wall: In a game where "Fair" is effecting millions of people, it's perfectly acceptable to use. Going by what you're saying, if I was drafted to take part in a BETA test for a new update, and discovered that it would massively increase the price of a certain item, it's okay for me to stockpile 2B worth of that item? Is it okay to get rich off of that kind of knowledge? Is it acceptable? No. It's not. Everyone should be offered the same opportunities in this game, depending on whether or not they are members.
