No this has nothing to do with the current number cap, that is tied in with Java, not with the OS on the server. Basically, it means the servers should be easier to upgrade on their end, but nothing really game wise on our end.

See, you have 3 skillcapes. Once you get hard capes/more capes, they start to lose their value to you.

Merchanting involves buying items from players who don't need them and are willing to take a small loss to sell quickly, then selling them to players who need them now and are wiling to pay a premium to do so. Nobody is getting swindled. Which is something I plan on mentioning in an article I'm working on now. You can't say that 99 is nothing and then turn right around and say that high total levels deserve respect. They're the same thing. Well no, they're not the same thing, because having 99 Cooking at 1200 total isn't as good as having 1700+ total What about not having 99 cooking at 2200+ total? Who determines what is "good"? Personally, for most skills the difference between 95 and 99 aren't really all that great, to me, except for expensive ones/slow ones. I got 97 FM, then left it there for 6+ months. After I got 99 prayer, summoning, and slayer, almost any other 99 is less prestiges, or good looking.

Which is why, even with 4 GB of ram and a duel core, you are really only getting around ~3.5'ish GB of ram.

I wouldn't exactly call Merchanting a accomplishment, but that's merely my opinion. I'll admit I want some capes just because it looks good with an outfit, but there's also ones where I do it because I like the idea of the skill. I'd love to get 99 RC because the cape is damn hot, the profit is great and I dont mind RC'ing. The problem though is I neither have the time or patience to accomplish it without it spanding over 5 years. if its not an accomplishment i would like to see YOU merchent several billion + get into the rares market by building street value. Yeah I suppose any chump can do that, just like cooking :rolleyes: Yeah its a real accomplishment when you get out daddy's credit card and buy some rares off the chinese. :rolleyes: I think someone is bitter/jealous.

Every one of my 10 capes I got either because I LOVED the skill (Slayer/QP cape) or because that was part of a goal I enjoyed getting.

Is it against the rules? Maybe, probably. Will it get you banned? PROBABLY NOT.

Most of those sites block Jagex so its rather moot. Also, why would you even care? Not to mention those names don't prove anything; if I botted, I wouldn't use my RS name on a botting site, I'd be more likely to use someone elses.

Combatively. I can agree to disagree on occasion, but if my opponent is an obvious troll, or just flat out wrong, they will know. However, most of the time its nothing personal. There are only about 3 people on TIF who I've given up as incomparable idiots, of which I am happy to say 2 are no longer around. Strangely, I can not stand serious conflict IRL, where it matters.

That sounds asinine. To me it sounds like: "Oh lame, I don't have the level to finish a diary designed to show that I have the "elite" "hard" etc requirements, and a I can't leech off others levels to do it, so I guess I'm stuck" Same reason you can't assist for quests. I'm sorry, but I take offense at that. Most free play friends I know are great friends to talk to, and aren't actually showoffs in any way (aside from what they wear, but that doesn't really count). There's this maxed free player that comes into this dungeoneering clan chat that I go to (they are GOOD, btw), but does she ever mention anything about it? NO. In fact, this other day, while I was slaying greaters on my p2p account, some 105 comes and was like "gtfo black mask noob, go to the other side". I don't recall hearing anything like that in free play, at least not when I was cockroach killing. Yes I know that since it's free, there will be more players and a greater chance of immaturity, but please, don't assume that just because it's free it will be full of immature [wagon]es. I've said all I had to say about that subject, and I'm not interested in detailed exp/h discussions etc. XD OT: You shouldn't forget that Dapledo might be 1B behind atm, but he also has alot of easy skills left to train. If he trains those at the same pace as he's training the slower skills then he'll go up in exp quickly when he does - while the top players have pretty much used all the fastest exp skills already, thus unable to form a decent counterattack. Aka, they will get owned. And that's the problem of the discussion atm - it shouldn't be all about the biggest exp raises. For example, a player might have gone up 2m exp doing rc while another player has gone up 10m by doing herb. What most are doing is give props to the player who gained 10m - while you should actually be giving credit to the player gaining 2m - since herblore is 10 times as fast than rc. The only thing that would save the 10m herb player is if Jagex decides to make other skills big exp gainers - such as what happened to slayer now (stronger weapons, effigies) - extending the 'inevitable', as I'd like to call it. And that's exactly what's happening with Zarfot atm. Funny thing is - Jagex might extend it so far that he'll be unable to get caught by screwing all other players over that haven't been following the same path and make more skills even easier aswell, to put it bluntly. It is sad that they're making the game so selective as to who might be able to obtain the #1 spot. That will be all for now. :) I don't care if you crashed, I do care that you were a royal [wagon] about it.

TDS and DKS both average more gp/hr then frosties, unless with frosties you can break 4m gp/hr. Even paying attention @ frosties, I get max 200 bones/hr not including banking.
