I got a level 4 clue from the Skeletal Horror: Scan Locations: [hide] When you scan and are in the range an arrow appears showing where to dig Wilderness: I scanned just north of the ardougne lever, dug and got a celtic knot puzzle Dorgesh City: Scan in the bank, go upstairs and I got a compass clue. Brimhaven Dungeon: Scan south of the room with iron and steel dragons, dug and got a puzzle box. [/hide] Compasses: [hide] One was in the desert, just south west of the desert house portal. I got a puzzle box. One was near the Jogres in Karamja, north of the glider. I got a celtic knot puzzle. [/hide] I got the following clue reward: The seed was a snapdragon seed. Level 1 clue: A clue requiring gnome clothing and an oak shortbow and doing an emote in the field in Lumbridge changed to requiring a sapphire necklace, Polar Kebbit leggings and an oak shortbow.

That was a level 4 clue. :wall: (The seed is snapdragon)

It makes no difference being in F2P or not since maples are inferior to yews for gp and willows for xp, they're in a poor location and maples mostly come from MTK.

Darn I was thinking about selling my Arma because the new range prayer gear may be a lot better and I don't use it much anyway - too late now. :P That may be the reason for Arma crashing.

There are chaos druids in there too. :wink: And considering you can hop worlds in around 35 seconds (cancelling at 10 seconds and clicking play now) that figure would be trebled which isn't bad money at all for the low requirements it has. :P

Rare items from the previous levels of clue scrolls? The level 4 clues would have to be very rare though. :P

In the first diary it said that berserker increases damage only in aggressive mode, it looks like they changed it. Depending on the bonuses and how easy it is to change rings I'd probably prefer a promethium battleaxe+kiteshield and use accurate for where stab is needed and tank for everything else. Using a kiteshield would probably be like using a better elysian spirit shield. We'll have to find out though because the rings could make range and mage worth using, or they could all be too expensive in tokens to be worth using.

Support, I don't see any potential problems with this and it'd be an update which would be beneficial to me for a number of different circumstances.

I think that they should just keep potions boosted as you don't have to use a new summoning pouch for every time you die there.

I'd try to limit the use of the iban staff as it only can be used 60 times so I'd probably use it as a KO weapon (train your range to about 50 with cannon and you'd be the same combat level, so you can use MSB spec then Iban Staff) :P. There's no way at 29 combat to recharge the staff easily. :P On my pure at the moment it's 44 range 37 mage 34 hp so you'd easily beat me. :P

What I understand from trail specific is an item that can only be got from the trail you are doing, for example on a level 1 clue some of the items you could get all the time are black (t) and (g) armour and willow composite bows. I think it won't include purple sweets and firelighters as they can be obtained by any level clue, and I think the item will take up an extra slot in a clue scroll and won't affect other items. Considering most clues have no unique items, I think items will drop quite a lot. It's just speculation though.

The updates sound great from the BTS, it looks pretty much all combat updates though and I don't want to train combat for a while. :( Lets hope they're as great as they sound when released. I don't have any thoughts on the quest although I was like :shock: when the highest level requirement in the game will be only 77 magic, still no 80+. I'm glad there are dungeoneering updates although it's a shame there won't be any new floors, bosses, in game items or rewards released for a while. New rewards for treasure trails always excite me when released, I'm sure that the values will be HEAVILY degraded though (consiering the majority of my clues are junk :P), and maybe halloween masks because they sound very similar to the dragon masks which are going to be released. The higher level TTs will be an extra incentive for me to do Bork and Skele Horror though.

To answer your question, assist doesn't work for quests. :(

Sell d legs and get skirt, sell d med and get neitiznot helm (after the quest), sell sara sword and use whip and defender on controlled. :thumbup: Barrows gloves are the biggest upgrade that I can see but it requires a series of quests. I'd recommend training slayer as higher level slaying is decent money so that you don't have to go out of your way to monster hunt etc. to restock once you slay to the best gear, it helps total levels, charms for summoning and full slayer helm can help you level your range and mage (especially once you get 55 slayer for broad bolts). My bank's around 300-400m after training herblore, I've got that mostly from farming herbs, daily tasks and training slayer. I don't monster hunt much but I have got 1 and a half dragon claws and a 3 way Armadyl hilt split. So once you get higher combat stats it opens a lot of money making ways through bosses.

I was killing Spiritual Mages for the 1st time, I killed a few spirit warriors when I ran out of prayer and weilded black kiteshield for more defence over my unholy book - bad idea. :P I managed to teleport out with runes that I picked up as drops though. I also went to Corp to test out a weapon, it was the 1st time I went and I brought berserker ring and void... I died. :P I probably have more but those are the two I can remember atm.

All discontinueds have gone way up, it was a shame because you could get disks for 4m and easters/pumpkins for 5m at one time. :( If I wasn't so poor I would have bought one as a piece of RS history for so cheap (a few hours work). There's no item you can buy on the GE with that gp and even if you can afford the GE price it's unlikely that anyone will sell through the GE.
