hi wakka... I think barrows would be better for instant money...but you and I both know abyssals are mindless ,easy training and kills. Barrows and dragons are work.

I prefaced the guide saying that these training locations are my opinions. However I do lead by example as I am 99 slayer and I am better prepared to give advice as opposed to a level 80 slayer who decides to churn out a guide to get attention. The title of Master Slayers Guide wasn't decided as a tribute to me though. If you do Mourning's End Part 2 you must pass the Dark Beasts. The NPC that mention's them states that "You must be a MASTER SLAYER in order to defeat them." So unless you are a quester and a slayer fanatic already you probally don't get my referance. As stated at the very beginning of the guide, this guide is mainly here to assist you in gettin to and past 85 slayer, to become a Master Slayer. You really have noclue what your talking about. I hated it at first, once you get to a decent level, able to make Irits and above you will be rollling inthe money and the exp from all the hrbs you can make. I know you love to be negative all the time, but your commentis telling that you haven'treally tried out the skill sufficiently.

am i missing something or are you referring to the 2 seaweed spawn in the nets? its SLOOOOW and entrana is liek 5x faster;\ its faster in terms of walking and collecting yes it is spawning slow.. but consider the banks juts a short walk no ships to go though no teleporting needed. so it IS better.. but :) Entrana still alot better. Use the abbys, craft a load of laws, collect rest of seewead, use padawa tp back to edge, repeat. Pleanty faster and you get laws out of it too.

All you noobs bashing him take a step back and learn from his mistake. Same happened to me several times while training at gargoyels. Computer lags, loses connection, and gargoyel kills me. Or the time I went to metal drags with cannon, 20k balls, and whip which was 8M at the time. Forgot antifire shield, kept 3 cannon pieces. Stuff happens, sometimes your computers fault, others your own stupidity. Learn from it so that you might not be so foolish in your future. I do them if assigned for slayer. Its more trouble to swap assignments than it would be just to do them. A quick, safe, and mindless task.

This post has been discussed over 2 topics so far. 1 locked and this one on its way to it. Someone bumped it today and those that havent seen it yet treated it like a fresh topic and picked their side. There is no debate. Non 85 slayers and those that think they deserve a whip for cheap call the slayers greedy noobs, 85 slayers who actually have to camp at the Abyssals fret that the drop isn't as frequent as it once was and that its value should rise for the time it now seems to take to get one. Since I first posted this whips have risen from 2.9 to 3.1. This is becasue most high slayers would rather level their skill instead of waste their life at the Abyssals praying for a drop that never seems to come. Less whips come in, demand still remains, the whip has risen, if just a little. It seems 2.9 to 3.1 is the whips low that it leveled out to. Thats decent enough some would say, but not to me so I don't kill them. I prefer a sure thing from blue dragons instead of praying on each abyssal. Do you know how frustrating it is to kill abyssal demons for 8 hours without anything better than a rune chain and a load of herbs to show for it? Would you be happy? If you arent maxed out in your skills, sure youll say I trained my haut stats, but I am already maxed and it is wasted time if I don't get a whip. Those going out of their way to flame an old topic I have already adressed. Nothing new can be added to this topic, and those treating it like I wrote it this morning are responding as if I'm and idiot and stressing yourselves out over nothing relevant. If you like to gamble, camp at abyssals. If you like a sure thing kill green or blue dragons. Its like the stock market comparred to a savings account. Both canget you where you want to go, but only one is a sure thing. Thats all I have to say about this.

No thanx. Just be glad Jagex gave us an option to switch assignments through buthorpe at all. If I had to do metal dragons I would never even dared attempt becoming 99 slayer. If any addition to slayer I want a new monster and a new drop that will reward me for training slayer past 85.

Lol who bumped this? I know it inspired the 85 slayer strike thread which was locked. I'm over it. I won't kill abyssals anymore unless I have them as an assignment. And since I go to edgeville on hopes of a 150 green dragon task, I won't ever be assigned them. I'd rather make guarenteed money and exp from green dragon hides, bones, and clues instead of losing money and praying for a whip every 6 hours to 2 days. Thats my preference. Nor should tip.it appreciate you advertising RSC as a superior clan community. Also people of this forum don't trust external links, especially those from a low poster spamming all forums to get attention to his work. Work on getting your account unbanned for language and advertising websites. Then fix your clan. Then people might read your work if you post it as a post on this forum and not a link. You can't call your work a great piece of literature. It's up to the community here to appreciate and comment on if it is great or not. If so, and if you follow the rules, it might be stickied as such. Until then don't call your "thesis" a great anything. Off topic, yes His Lordship and I have a bad history. I left his clan because he allows character sharing, promotes using shiftswitch, pays for peoples accounts so he can win wars, and was an unfair clan leader my time in it. He was recently perm banned for the second time and may or may not get his account back for a third time. That doesn't cloud my opinion of his work though, he has been promising it to the RSC clan community for as long as I knew him and I can't say it was worth the wait.

I like what you are saying but I would think a person maxing their skills would want to do it in a more public place. With a lamp you can do it anywhere you wish. I always thought the place with the dead demon from shadow of the storm was cool. Other great places. The death altar. Inside a leaf trap. The bridge north of the canafis slayer master. The tomb from the digsite quest. Party Petes. Drayor Manor. Varrock west bank basement. My luck Id get everyone there to see me level at tears and get my worst tear total ever and not get my level. Allow me to make another statement: There do exist lvl 100+ players who either have no reading comprehension or are too lazy to read through pages of posts. Read again, mr. 99 slayer man. Very carefully. Very slowly. Don't skim the cliffs notes. Read very carefully. Then you can reply here saying "wow i'm dumb I don't understand sarcastic humor, my apologies for wasting your time."
