  1. Greetings! All members objects, including a dragon woodcutting axe is not usable on f2p worlds and if it is equipped and you switched worlds, it just won't work and people will only be able to see it. That means if you try wielding a dragon woodcutting axe and try using it to cut f2p trees, then it will not work. :D
  2. Interesting idea. I am not sure that normal players will be give that power to right-click report, but another group has and I will not mention their name. That report abuse screen also looks rather interesting and will all of those extra options, it will certainly prevent a lot of mistaken reports. Happy New Year's everyone! :D
  3. Congratulations on getting unmmuted at 12:00! Happy new-year everyone! :D
  4. My resolution is, and I hope I can achieve it, is to get to 99 woodcutting. It has been my goal ever since I've started a couple of months back and I am currently 81. Happy New Year everyone! :D
  5. Most of the time, I mute the Runescape music section, however, if I were to choose on the top two songs, then it would be Autumn Voyage and Newbie Melody, which would be a memory of my nooby days in tutorial island. :D
  6. It depends on which category you are talking about. ;) In terms of rewards, then I really like the maze as it gives pretty decent awards and some can be pretty valuable. In terms of clothing, I favor the mime as it gives you a nice and modern looking outfit and it is pretty fun to try and figure out emotes. Happy New Year everyone! :D
  7. There are 2 mines that I know of that have quite an amount of coal. Number one is obviously the mining guild with 32 rocks and the Falador East Bank not far by. It does tend to get crowded at times, especially during mid-day. Another mine which I find quite effective is the Skeleton mines. Located just south of the Dark Warrior's fortress and located in level 8-9 wilderness, the skeleton mines are not as crowded. Here's the catch. It is in the wilderness, therefore, the skeletons surrounding the rock will be agressive and there is the possibility of being struck by a revenant ghost. The closest bank to that is the Edgeville Bank. Edit: Another option for p2p is coal trucks in which you mine at the Kingdom of Kandarin and send the coal trucks out to northwest Seer's which you pick up and bank. Good-luck. :D
  8. For f2p training, the Stronghold of Security is your best friend. At your level, killing flesh crawlers at the second level is one of the quickest combat experience. They are level 28, agressive, and have a low defense, yet, a rather high hitpoint. Their max hit is also 1, so it won't do too much of a damage, especially if you have rune armor. Good-luck. :D
  9. For me, I have seen Jagex Moderators countless times. :-w
  10. One of the main reasons why I believe p2p is more prone to accepting free items is most people in f2p Lumbridge are new players that don't know anything about the game and how to earn money to buy things. Most people in p2p, however, know the game a lot and therefore, they are very used to little items and think of them as nothing, therefore, not much will accept it. It is just natural for new players to accept free items. :D
  11. Greetings! I am just stopping by to wish everyone a Happy New Year and I hope 2008 will be another awesome year to come! :D
  12. If you use your ignore list, then people would still be able to see your name appearing as online and will still have the ability to message you, however, you will not receive that message and it will not show up on your chat-box. Most of the time, I simply put private chat on friends and your online status will be shown in red, meaning you will appear offline to those who are not on your friend's list. Good-luck. :D
  13. I have seen a couple around the rune rocks located north of the lava maze, but to answer your question, there really is no specific place where they spawn. They teleport anywhere and if you're luck enough, you might find one. :D
  14. Well, from what you said, it will be kinda hard to make money and earn quick fishing experience at the same time. If you want fishing experience, I would recommend you fly-fish in Lumbridge or Barbarian Village and drop them once you have a full inventory. On the other hand, if you want money, lobsters would be the best way to go and the best way to obtain lobsters in f2p is to fish at Karamja and bank in either Draynor or Falador. To speed things up a bit, you could also bring a couple of teleportion runes and teleport to Falador once you have a full inventory. Good-luck. :D
  15. I would probably go with the rune scimitar. (My favorite weapon. ) That is because of it's slighter faster speed than most other weapons and hits relatively hard. On the other hand, unless you want to do some knock-outs, rune 2-hander is horrible because even though you are able to hit hard, the speed is extremely slow. Good-luck. :D
  16. For me, since I'm f2p, I find the semi-hardish quest, Dragon Slayer, to be a pretty fun quest. I would love to go through Melzar's maze and fight Elvarg again. :)
  17. To send Jagex a massage via the message centre: 1) Head over to the Runescape main website at runescape.com 2) On the left panel, you will find a link that says "Comment on our service" under the category Knowledge Base. 3) Click on that link and it will direct you to a page will many options. Since you have a question, simply click on the link provided under the "Other Comments" section and is labeled as an brownish here. 4) Log in using your username and password. 5) You will then be redirected to a box to type your question in. Keep in mind, though, that this box has a character limit of 400 characters, so make sure that your question is not too long that it doesn't fit. 6) And the final step is to simply hit the "Submit Message" button and the message will be on it's way. Good-luck. :D
  18. Congratulations on 20 million f2p defense experience! You will block nearly everything! Good-luck. :D
  19. Very Interesting! I was never a RSC player, but those memories are never forgettable! :D
  20. To add a signature, all you need to do is find a picture that you like and save it in the file format that you like. The next step is to upload your image on the Internet and that can be done with either Imageshack (Imageshack.com) or the forum's built-in picture hoster (Postimage.org), which is accessible by clicking the link "Add image to post" located on the bottom of the text window when entering a post. That will give you a code and to add it in your signature, simply go to "Profile" located at the bottom row of the buttons at the top and then scroll down to where you see "Signature". Simply enter the code in that little box there. Here are a few guidelines for signatures. 1) Limit to 255 characters on 5 lines 2) 4 Images - No larger than 450x175 pixels - Maximum of 30kb in file size. I hope this helps. :D
  21. The fastest way for firemaking in f2p is either to buy it from the Grand Exchange and burn outside of any bank, or buy them from the Rimmington General Store and burn along the southern border. I find the Rimmington area to be a not-so-bad area for firemaking as there are usually several hundreds of logs sitting around in the general store, which costs 12ea. If you think that prices are too high, then the only other option is to chop and burn willows. Good-luck. :D
  22. Due to the wilderness update a couple of weeks back, players can no longer be randomly attacked by another player in the wilderness. Players are prone to be hit by the very agressive revenant ghosts, who will hit hard and act as bot player killers that roams the wilderness. I believe the skull came from people runecrafting via the abyss. :D
  23. For me, I would use your main. That is because it has better stats ans is more powerful because the primary point of pures is for Pvp, but since the wilderness has been taken out, it would feel nicer to train summoning on your main and gain a higher combat level. :D
  24. Depending on your printer, there are different ways to print double-side on a single piece of paper. Laser Printers: For most laser printers, there will be an option that allows you to print double sided on it's software. Upon printing, simply click on "Properties" located on your top-right corner and play around with the menu there. Most of the, do require you to insert the paper manually and a pop-up will give you instructions on how to feed properly. Inkjet Printers: For inkjet printers, papers will often either print on the front if the paper is inserted on the top, or print on the back if the paper is inserted in a tray. If the paper feed is on the top, then it will print on the front side and thus, you would need to flip that piece of paper over and insert it text-up. If you have a paper tray. then the printer prints on the back, therefore, you simply would need to adjust the paper so that the top goes in. These are methods that works for most printers. I recommend that you play around with things on scrap paper before printing on the actual paper as it wouldn't be good news if the text prints on the same side or if things go upside down. Good-luck.
