  1. Thanks for this suggestion; it was defiantly needed. If you have any questions or concerns, pm me or any other crew member.
  2. Thank you for submitting this. The guide has been edited and you have been credited. I've heard the zamorak general drops effigies too, so I have to assume graardor does too.
  3. I don't know what AA is :-? I play on a Mac, so I think I have something different then what Windows has. AA means anti-aliased. In your in-game graphics menu you can choose to turn AA off, x2 or x4. When AA is on, the edges of objects become "fuzzed" or "blured" to looks smoother; but it also makes it harder to select certain objects in images, such as npcs, to make the background transparent. Here's an example taken from wikipedia: (The right image is AA'ed)
  4. Well I recently realized I'm in need of some cash, so I figured, why not Barrows. All I'd like to know to is, what setup and inventory I should use. My current setup: The reason I'm using a staff of light is because of it's 15% magic boost, it saves some runes and has a good special to use while fighting the melee brothers without prayer. The empty spaces in the invo will be food. Questions I have: Should I switch fury for an arcane steam necklace? I won't be using prayer that much, but a fury's defense bonus is a big plus. What spell should I use? Barrage, to take advantage of the freeze? But it's costly Fire surge, less cost than barrage? Fire wave or ice burst for even cheaper spells? What food should I take? I heard strawberries (5) are good? I should also probably ask, is it better for me to tele to house then canfis through my portal and run back? Or run back through the cave after a chest?
  5. If there was a hockey mask I'd vote for it. I initially thought I'd vote for a pet, but then I remember the squirrels from last easter and how much I don't use them. I wouldn't mind a mummy costume either, I like interesting clothing, but I ended up voting for the pumpkin seeds; yay farming.
  6. Thanks for this suggestion, I added new setup pictures and a new inventory picture with super antifires and extreme potions. Hopefully this will suit to our higher level players. :P A few pictures could still use an update, but that's can be done in the future. Locking this topic now, pm me or any other crew if you have any questions.
  7. I have implemented a new labeling system, to show p2p or f2p and low, standard or high risk for all activities, D&D's and mini quests. There's also a filter to make it even easier to see which is which. Thanks for the suggestion Serp
  8. Thank you Chenjs2 for this suggestion, it's something that was defiantly needed. I arranged them to according to Jagex's list of activities and D&D's. Users will also find a new labeling system and a filter to go with it. I hope you enjoy it
  9. If you live by fancy malls, you will find a mac store, who sell 10.6. Or yea, buy it online.
  10. Get Snow Leopard (v10.6), it's only about $30 last time I checked.
  11. It certainly doesn't hurt for it to be mentioned, which I've done in both the item's page and the crafting guide. Thank you for this suggestion.
  12. I have now revamped the strategies section. If you see any problems, please do not hesitate to make a topic or pm me. Thanks :D
  13. I think death risk (or danger risk) will be rated on what sort of damage a npc can do. For example, a player cannot protect against any of the corporal beasts attacks and it can hit in the 600s; compared to the giant mole which only attack with melee and can only hit around 300. So even if you're a corporal beast pro, and have never killed a giant mole, it still doesn't change the fact that the CB can potentially two-hit a maxed player(s).
  14. Thank you for finding this. I have added it and you have been credited.
  15. I personally like bringing the Blessed Spirit Shield to dks and it deserves to be mentioned, so I have added to the suggested mage setup in the dks guide. Thank you for the suggestion.
  16. Information is no longer needed. -locking
  17. Most of these suggestions have been implemented since your post, but I did add a few sections including new solo pictures and void setups. Thanks! And I'll lock the topic now
  18. I've updated the guide with notes about how to trap Rex in a safespot. As for pictures, those will have to wait because I currently don't have any. Thank you -locking the topic now
  19. Since I got my first firecape, I haven't failed since; so what they about nerves going away once you've finally killing him is true. But before I got my first firecape, I think I had a total of ~8 chances  . I have a two firecapes in the bank and lost 2 others, for a total of four. ;)
  20. I would put that in the class of useless posts, same as picture-less posts with nothing to contribute to the purpose of the thread. Although, one could argue that it was a genuine post for X time, I suppose it would be a matter of judgement? That's why we wouldn't want a system of rating pictures; no one wants to judge each picture on whether or not it's worthy, and why requiring un-spam pictures is not a good idea.
  21. But he hit right through it. The only explanation for that is you put it on too late, or something glitched. :???:
