Jewelery you really need Rouge from Summers End because he will buy the items if it falls through on the GE. Plus you need to look at the graphs. Or you could just beast it out with green D'hide bodies.

You should only do something if you like it. Skillcapes dont matter really. I got 99 defence because I like the skill. Same with crafting now.

Umm I found that under the option with sc tools, the feathery headress still appears as an option to use. To the best of my knowledge you dont need any tools for them.
