In Norway, went to Tusenfryd amusement park, and there was this one attraction called Spin Spider. It was freaking awesome, besides one small fact. It was like a giant swing, which also twisted around itself from the center. To better understand it, here is a pic: (all safe, from its official homepage) https://services1.cloudhostedresources.com/image-resizer/?/1024/http://www.tusenfryd.no/var/plain_site/storage/images/media/images/attraksjoner/spinspider/spinspider_3006_2/4105-2-nor-NO/SpinSpider_3006_2_gallery.jpg That circle part span around. And that's not it's full height. But when it got to the top, when one managed to be at the lowest seat at the time, it felt like you would fall straight down. And what was terrifying, was that the security harness gave way a small part. And that click, it really felt like I was about to fall. Never ever been afraid of an attraction so much... Yet I am glad that I experienced it, even though I probably wouldn't go there again.
  2. It's not that I am ruling it out completely, but I am finishing it up in 3 months. And I did get myself started really wrong at the start of high school, didn't talk or hang out with anybody the first few days. And now I am stumped and quite alone, even though I have changed a LOT during high school.
  3. Why female pushups? Everyone can do at least 1-2 regular ones, even females. Might be that I am a bit ruined with me being able to do 30+ without any regular exercise or anything, but still. Tim, my road to any public transportation stop or any shop is 2.5 klicks and I can do it in 20 mins without running... If you seriously want to train with walking/jogging, you gotta do more. Walking 10 klicks or so is almost a must for me anytime that I go to any party. And I have done it with partying clothes in 57 minutes. Without running most of the time. Edit: Just tried those pushups, did 31 in a row without breaking a sweat. Actually I was a bit surprised, since I haven't been to a basketball practice since the start of December and my last time at a gym was more than a year ago. I think my reason for being able to do so many is in that my BMI is under 20 now, I think and most of my life I have been fighting against being underweight. I even wish right now that I could gain a few (tens) of kilograms, so that I wouldn't be that bony. But I can't seem to add weight, no matter what and no matter how much I eat.
  4. Can't weed out my whole class. Not if you are going to an "elite" school and pay for it.

God, Southern accent sticked on to my friend very deeply after he went as an exchange student to Florida for a year. He went there with a typical Estonian accent and came back as a redneck. No offence, but still. And Randox, try an Egyptian amusement park from the '60s or something, with rusty Soviet rides. Most fun I've ever had on roller coasters, with the employee putting on extra speed that would not normally be allowed on the ferris wheel. It creaking and cracking and all of us shouting together, on a ferris wheel, was awesome :D And don't get me started on what it felt like on roller coasters :)
  6. Bah, RPG, don't you ever read stuff? Even I knew that and I have been around here for less time than you have. And I am only posting here for not allowing you having the last post in here. And Kaida, at least you've had a wife, so you must have done something right, so it can't be that bad. I still haven't even been on a proper date with a girl...
  7. 3d Blu-Ray player is PS3 already. Tried and tested and seen it running on my own personal PS3 with my own 3D tv. Not that awestruck with it, I don't actually like 3d with all those glasses and stuff. Just a gimmick. But I remain positive on PS4. It is based on PC architecture, sure, but that means only better games for players. Everything done on PS4 is for the benefit of gamers. Sure, they could have created another monster with a CPU similar to Cell on its reveal, but look at that price. And it was notoriously hard to develop for. I am for sure waiting for PS4 and am actually impressed with such a move. And I think it will only benefit us by giving standard specs that developers can optimize for. Practically make developing the same for PS4 as it is on PC. And it can only mean better games.
  8. Don't get me started on the tendency of OT. Seriously, never seen a more tightly-knit collective than what was here a few years back. Seemed downright hostile to new people, at least to me. But, yeah, as my siggy says, I have gotten some recognition here. On a different topic, I still haz no chance for a girlfriend. Absolutely none. Just waiting for university now for hopefully meeting someone even remotely suitable for me and getting me first girlfriend. Granted, I still am young compared to most of you, but still.
  9. Wait, what? Has RPG been posting something moddable or something? And well, OT has more than enough of mods...
  10. Yeah, not gonna happen in my school. You just get flak. A lot of it. Believe me, I've tried. One thing that really annoys me is how I seemingly can't keep a conversation going for more than 5 minutes with anyone that I communicate daily with. Only times that I really feel as part of a crowd is when I am with my former schoolmates, which happens once every 2 weeks or so...
  11. Good words, RPG. Couldn't have said it better and yet I feel that way even if I haven't really posted here that much or been the ost active.
  12. Weird accidents... I hate how every thread is ending with a pic of RPG. *trollface*
  13. Ewwww. This topic and the recent developments freak me out. NEVER SEEN A SEAN CONNERY BOND MOVIE? I don't know you. NEVER SEEN STAR WARS OR DIE HARD?!?!?! *escape thread*
  14. What about those that never leave? And seriously, relationship thread is the only thing keeping me here...

Nice, had a party last night, a quiet one. Was awesome, and I got a ride home at 1 am. But now I woke up at 8 AM and got nothing to do. And I feel a bit hungover... Why can't I sleep?
  17. World War Z. Unlike anything I have ever read before. And I don't think this book needs an introduction in here.

God, I can't imagine not being allowed to drink before 18. Sure, I drank as a minor, but it was ridiculously easy to do so, even at a bar or something while 16 :D
  19. Estonian, English, Norwegian, somewhat lesser German, Swedish, limited Russian and Danish. Beat that.
  20. ON A DIFFERENT NOTE: Estonians have been ranked the least touchy-feely nation on Earth according to some kind of medical scientific research. Just mentioned by a sexuologist on TV.
  21. Sore shins? Try shin splints. And I still have a convulsion in a part of my calf... Since yesterday. Hurts like hell and I don't know what to do about it.
  22. RPG, no. The guy who uploaded the vid is. And Langzor, ewww. And well, we have SOME weirdos, BUT generally the society is NOT that open. There is truth in the jokes about Estonians.
  23. Thanks for ruining clenching a fist for me... And seriously, I love bananas. Those sounds and feels are fantastic, something you can't get from somewhere else.
  24. Well, there are always subcultures. But my range of beliefs is shared by most people in Estonia. And it's ironic how RPGs video is uploaded by an Estonian :D
  25. Most of Europe is, just not us. And we still somewhat talk about relationships, but only thread the topic lightly and nothing about sexuality or sexual life. Maybe it is just I who is so conservative, but I do have a large circle of acquaintances and I haven't heard guys talking about this. But hey, there are always other stuff to talk about.
