Brief analysis of time/money expenditures on 99's
Actually, I would say the most obvious flaw is that all the viable methods aren't included. For example, woodcutting does not include teaks, and agility does not include the Dorgesh-Kaan course. Magic doesn't include a lot of viable spells like humidify, string jewellery, and charge air orb. Cooking is missing wine and pizza. And so on.

Brief analysis of time/money expenditures on 99's
350 yews/hr is higher than I've ever gotten. My average is about 240, out of 3 timed hours.

Use the sal[bleep]er spring in Oo'glog for infinite run.

75 fishing
I have 99 fishing and pure essence is still better for money than lobsters. It would be better money than sharks or monkfish too, if it wasn't for the granite lobster adding like 20k+ gp/hr profit. Fishing is not great for cash at all and I do not recommend it as a source of income.

Woodcutting 57-60 and yew help
Don't cut yews at all either. They're pretty slow for cash. Not a good moneymaker at all, and not good wc experience.

No, if the trees had an infinite lifespan, your chop rate would be completely unaffected, just like with fishing.

Woodcutting Logic
It wasn't in the first person. He was speaking in general terms, in the second person, no? I don't feel that way, and everybody doesn't feel that way. If he was only talking about himself, that didn't come across to me when I read it. I know that profit wasn't mentioned; I was talking about the notion that getting more "things" adds to a feeling of psychological "speed." Sure. *shrug* You're making a conscious decision to use a less efficient method based on your criteria of what you enjoy in the game. I obviously can't fault you for that, but your choice is only the correct one within the context of how you, personally, play the game, and it isn't really applicable to anyone else unless they share the same values. ...Huh. I wish we had "shrug" smilies. Ah well. :-w

~ Troacctid's Woodcutting Guide ~
This has come up before, I think. The idea is to focus more on runecrafting, so you wouldn't want to craft a rune you wouldn't normally craft (such as earth runes). So, you'd want to look for trees around the altar you already want to visit. The only runecrafting altar worth crafting at with nearby trees worth chopping is the nature altar, where you would bring some trading sticks and chop a load of teaks on the way back. So I'd recommend that if you want to mix the two.

Dragon imps: looting or selling?
It's always better to sell the dragon implings in the jar,

Woodcutting Logic
Nobody disputes that woodcutting goes slower when there are multiple people sharing a spot. The point is that if there are two people in the same spot, it's more effective to chop the same tree than it is to chop two trees. Okay, well, your theory is wrong then. Otherwise, see, why would people think that yews are good money in f2p? Because you chop them so slowly, right? So they should feel like really slow money. Yet I see people all the time saying how awesome yews are for money in f2p. (They actually are pretty slow cash, anyway.)

Dragons
Levels are more of a sliding scale than a hard line you can cross. There's not so much a specific level you can get and suddenly be able to kill dragons effectively. If there were one, I suppose it would be at straight 70s in melee so that you can use the most useful equipment. (Barrows armour and whip.) Black dragons would want significantly higher levels than that, though, because of their high stats. Red dragons I wouldn't recommend killing at all, since there's no good location for it. Anyway, green dragons are probably better cash than blue, red, or black for meleeing no matter what level you are. They die way faster, so you get more hides and bones in the same time.

Kind of discouraged....
Do more quests. 80 qp is way too low. Shoot for at least enough quest points to do Legends and Swan Song and RFD. There are a lot of features of the game you don't have access to because you haven't done enough questing! I recommend also putting a little work into your agility and farming, since they're pretty low. 36 farming means you can already plant ranarrs and make some spectacular profit, and you can move onto toadflax soon so you can buy more seeds at a time. Oh, and you should train your slayer higher. It'll fuel your summoning, which currently is pathetically low and needs a lot of leveling. Summoning is one of the most useful skills and you should shoot for at least 52 for a terrorbird.

what should i use?
You're willing to pay millions upon millions for a dragon platebody in order to save 60k in repair costs every 15 hours? Don't tell me you can't sell it, because even if it was actually impossible to sell, you could just alch it and still pay for like 200 hours of repairs for a Torag's plate.
-
Does anyone with 60+ farming want to help me get extra XP?
You can't assist for planting trees. I don't know if it works for checking health.
-
what should i use?
i don't want to touch anything thats barrows armor. i was using torags as an example. anyways, since torsos winning, i guess i'll continue using it. Wait, what's wrong with barrows armour and the appearance of the Bandos Chestplate? :?
-
what should i use?
i can't chose the chestplate for two reasons: 1: no money to buy one. 2: i want a tasset\defence combo like torags because it's easier to camp and i'm not really going after str bonus. Torag's is better than a dragon platebody. Why not use that? And if you have the money for bandos tassets and a dragon platebody, then you can use a bandos chestplate. #-o Chestplate > tassets anyway.

Probalem with bone seeds...
I guess I must have had a familiar. I went back and I was able to get my bone seeds again. Weird though...why does he say he doesn't like my clothes? :-k

Woodcutting Logic
Because at willows you can completely not pay attention and then just bank, then go back to cutting. No dropping, no trade sticks and stuff...and you dont run out of room for seeds or nests or anything. Or random event gems. And you can tele to draynor and immediately start cutting, then quit easily in an hour. Pretty handy for people who can't stand the skill. If you want to completely not pay attention, then willows aren't the best choice at all. A full load is chopped in roughly two minutes, and banking takes about 20 seconds. That's not any slower than teaks. Teaks take about the same time to get a full load, and dropping them is actually faster than banking willows. The amount of attention required is, more or less, identical. If someone wants to relax when they train woodcutting, he or she should train on eucalyptus. They're much slower to chop and require far less input, and you need to value your time at greater than 800k gp/hr in order for willows to be worth the relatively small amount of time they save in comparison. Eucs are only about 5-7k exp/hr slower than willows and faster cash than yews; willows are a full 10-15k exp/hr slower than teaks without providing any additional profit, as the willow logs are all but unsellable. The only two reasons any member would have for chopping willows are ignorance and/or apathy, and neither one has any value as a logical argument. But I digress.

Woodcutting Logic
No, that part actually is not true. Willows are not good experience. :shame: willows are probably psychologically better, since you get more logs in the same time span no matter what. This is regardless of whether or not experience wise it's better. First, what I said was that they weren't fastest and that they weren't good xp, both of which are true. Second, what do you mean "psychologically better"? Are teaks going to cause you to develop schizophrenia or autism or something? #-o

It has occurred to me that you can save yourself some trouble updating prices by adding a link the the GE database giving all the prices of the shop in question. Fish (Catherby fishing shop) Fish (Mos Le'Harmless fishing shop) Farming equipment (Catherby farming shop) Meat (Canifis meat shop) Meat (Oo'glog meat shop) General (Catherby general store) General (Shilo Village general store) General (Ardougne general store) Yeah you get the idea. Good workaround, right?
