  1. Only like 12% actually (not counting in the extra banks to get more extreme mage pots), since you have to do relatively more lures. It will be about 30% cheaper though.
  2. Use that charmpattern link, only make it use pouches that have a reasonably priced 2nd etc. If you want to know the approximate cost, 7 gp/xp should be close if you start with having just the charms and finish with having sold everything. That calculator can basically do everything for you.
  3. Randomly used some charms: Got 87 herblore too today and finished ardy diary, just the rune crossbow (eeew stews) and manta tasks left to finish the elite part. 5k phoenix feathers to go after that for 90 herblore. :^_^:
  4. Stand just west of the gate to the sheep pen (from sheep herder) and maybe 2 spaces east of the river, and rub the key.
  5. I'd say it would only be more advantageous to use extreme mage pots with barrages, since you get more magic xp from damage done compared to base xp from those. It would probably cost more since barrages are more expensive, but extreme magic pots would make them relatively cheaper.
  6. Yeah. You'd have to cast 30% less bursts though, so it would also save you like 20 hours. And you'd have 91 herblore, which you can also use to make extreme super sets and stuff. Note that the 12 gp/xp figure for herblore is pretty rough, I kinda guessed that from 64-85 costing 15 gp/xp and 85-91 costing 8 gp/xp or something around that.
  7. You get 180 magic xp/burst, 40 xp base and 140 xp from the damage done. You would get 236k xp per 1k bursts with extreme magic pots. You would basically need 30% less bursts, or you'd save about 430k per 1k bursts you were planning to use. About 78k bursts needed to get 99 summoning from 88 without the pots, so you'd save 33.5m by using extreme mage pots. Getting 91 herblore would cost you 68m at 12 gp/xp (which is pretty low). You'll have to decide for yourself if you think 91 herblore is worth 35m.
  8. Awesome link. You could get level 47 with those charms if you'd use them all, but I would recommend saving the blues. Waiting a little longer until you have enough charms for 52 would be good too.
  9. 89 :^_^: 90 is going to take a while though.
  10. That's pretty awesome =D> Now to try and stew 91 smithing from 85 lol. You can do it! edit: And guy above I guess =p Yeah, good luck on the 1/125 chance :P Aaah is the chance really that small? I might have to get 90 smithing some day then. I have enough spice for 16 stews, if I haven't gotten the +6 boost by then I'll just wait and train smithing.
  11. That's pretty awesome =D> Now to try and stew 91 smithing from 85 lol.
  12. Aw yeah that elite part is awesome, I hope stewing to 91 smithing isn't going to take too long
  13. Aw, now to wait until my kitten and jade vine have grown.
  14. Use a spirit larupia to get to the jungle eagle, use the eagle to get to the desert eagle in the cave right next to the phoenix, pick feathers and bank at castlewars. Repeat. Saves about 20-30 seconds per inventory
  15. The same person, except I'm better at keeping conversations going on msn than in real life.
  16. Maybe it would be better to compare it with extreme antifires since those have a similar level requirement. They average 120k xp/hour (that's at 2k finished pots/hour and 800 phoenix feathers/hour, if we take your figure of 1.8k pots/hour it would be 116k/hour on average) at a cost of 7.1 gp/xp as of today. It would cost 2 more hours to get the same amount of xp as you'd get with special restores, and it would save you 2.7m. The only downside is having to collect the phoenix feathers, which most people do the slow way and is quite boring.
  17. I'm brewing it myself too atm, takes about a day for it to ferment. Not using the stuff though, maybe I should. So far 4 vats turned into normal ale. Is there a world or something where it's easy to get the stuff?
  18. Yeah, that was the plan  It would be a good way of getting there if you could take familiars with you on the eagle, since you can get to an eagle nest pretty fast with a spirit larupia. - Okay, the flying takes maybe 10 seconds and you can take a familiar with you. Now to wait until my vine has grown so I can enter the place where the feldip eagle resides! Tested it some more with larupia, it saves about half a minute per run compared to using the broomstick to teleport to the shantay pass and running from there.
  19. Has anyone ever used it? If you have, about how long does it take the eagle to fly you from one location to the other? Thanks in advance
  20. Way, way more. I think I managed to make 3k unf pots/hour and 2k finished pots/hour (finishing them is slower) when I got 85 herblore. So, that would be 200k xp/hour if using unf pots, and 120k/hour if making them from scratch. Oh wait, I misread your post. But still, he should be able to get more xp than that.
  21. How exactly are you supposed to kill metals without a shield (and without the extreme potion, of course) Everyone overestimates the dragonfire. They don't use it that often, and even with normal antifire it only rarely hits 30/40+. Zs is a lot better than whip against metals, and worth the extra risk.
  22. Yeah i thought it was like 100-200M? I mean look how low prices are compared to a couple months ago? Pure ess aren't that low (212 each), it's just the natures that are high (315ea). That may be but that's 100 gp profit per 1k compared to the 150+ gp profit. 418k profit per 1k actually, since you get double nature runes. Yes but it used to be like 500k +per 1k. 418k isn't enough?
  23. Copied this from a pm: Allotments are the same as herbs obviously, just add some more seeds to the herb run inventory.
