  1. So, despite the free trade update that apparently "killed" runescape, jagex is making more money than ever. so much for all the doomsayers going on about how runescape is practically empty. :wall:
  2. a very viable and detailed skill suggestion, but I do have one objection. necromancy is the animation and control of the dead, wheras summoning is creating new life. so the necromancer mask should have a different name. jagex did actually state that they wanted to create necromancy at some point. don't know when though.
  3. try using neitzot helm with the bandos, it would make it more realistic. also, bandos boots?
  4. same...possibly the only gaming genre im actually good at(aside from rpg's, obviously). just hope jagex don't make the rewards underpowered.
  5. my, my, my, I am actually surprised at your incredible ability to expand your absolute wrongness into every word of that last sentance. salve gives you a +20% attack AND strength bonus. strength bonus makes you hit higher. =D> not sure why the hell you wouldn't use a salve ammy, they help so much with slayer.
  6. wow its been a long time since I've seen a picture of an unid, I used to merch em :) . 6/10, nice cash pile.
  7. Kalphite Queen: not worth it at all, too many supplies used, crappy secondary drops, and annoying to kill. King Black Dragon:this is fairly fun for a first time boss hunter, its also fairly easy. there is a chance for a visage, but don't count on it. secondary drops are okay, considering you can kill multiples per trip. just take an antifire pot, teleport out, food, and a prayer pot or two. oh, and a pure set. maximise mage defense, pray melee. Corporeal Beast:next to impossible to solo, forget it, move on. Giant Mole:this can be fun, but the rewards are a little lacking. hell, when I'm bored, I'll go back to kill this critter sometimes. just go down with A LANTERN(DON'T FORGET) and either a prayer pot or some food, super sets, a whip and go nuts. : Dagannoth Kings:maging is out of the question i presume? hybriding would be very hard to do due to your fairly low range and defense. Godwar Bosses. no. Graar'Dor: his range attack will WTFPWN your defense. Zilyana: no personal experience with this one(I hate agility) but from what I hear you need good range for it. K'ril tsutsaroth: minions will WTFPWN your defense. oh, and K'ril has a nice little trick where he screams at you, and melee's through your prayer, draining it in the process. have fun. Kree' arra: cannot be hit with melee. Chaos Elemental: just plain annoying, teleports you all over the place, makes it frustrating to melee. it can be done, but ranging is more effective. Mithril Dragons: shouldn't TECHNICALLY be considered a boss. they can be killed quite easily. inventory of food, super set, 3+ prayer potions, maximise mage defense, pray melee, I have heard that a leaf bladed sword is better than a whip against em, ain't tested it yet. tell me if I missed any, I think I was pretty thourough. :D
  8. I got 30 bad clues in a row, all level 3's, i only really do level 3's, as well as the occasional level two. but in recent weeks, after jagex fixed the god pages, it seems they also fixed my luck, seeing as I've made 10m in 2 days from clues, which was enough to afford my bgs, I then went to bandos with that bgs and got 2 chestplate splits in 50 kills. the luck I had when I was level 80 and got guthan spear on my 11th barrow run is back. and I'm happy. sometimes you just gotta persist, a few months ago i went through an absolutely horrible bad luck streak(200+ barrow runs dry, 300 rex kills dry, and 30 clues with 100k or less rewards) I digress..... sorry.
  9. ^that also, have you checked MTK, there might be a spare 2m or a ton of loot hanging around as a christmas present to get you started again.
  10. pvp

PLEASE, PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD FIX YOUR TYPING. YOU SOUND LIKE AN 8 YEAR OLD THAT GOT HIT ON THE HEAD. you don't even need to attack somebody, just standing in a hotspot/anywhere on a pvp world increases loot value. dosn't mean you can stand in varrock, hidden for 5 hours, kill a freind with 100k and get a dfs.
  11. Amen to that one vampyre quests are win.
  12. OMFG EYE LAZORS1!!!1!!ONE!!!ELEVENSHIFT!!!!!!ONE!!!11 EXCLAMATION MARK or this: don't like somebody? throw the moon at them. \ or another one, the power of absolute command. by which i mean, you tell something to do something, it must do it no matter what. tell somebody not to die, they can never, ever die unless you tell them to die. probably the last one.

exactly what I'm doing now. lying on my bed watching tv and being on the interwebz. I'll be done in...oooohhhh...say, 3 years-ish. i fail at social life. :wall:
  14. you can if you use a familiar...dunno why you would want to though. KQ fails.
  15. Summoning is Necromancy... Lol... #-o well not 100% necromancy is bringing back the dead, summoning is bringing something new to life :D Close enough. -.- It would be a real stupid move on Jagex to make a skill almost identical to another skill. :P add on to summoning then....maybe different system than pouches though. i was thinking, wheras summoning is a secondary skill, I would want necromancy to be primary combat. eg. you can raise up to 6 things, and equip them with abilities, summon them armour, but while they're out, you can't attack. admittedly my example dosn't sound to great, but I think jagex would be able to sort it ;)
  16. Necromancy, either as a skill or an add on to magic. it was mentioned a few years back, but I'm not sure if jagex gave up on it and created summoning.. also hoping for a solution to the cutthroat bandos community issue. and i have high hopes for mobilising armies.
  17. slayer dart is only used as you get the runes to use it from the chest, don't listen to the idiots who think it pierces defense or that mage bonus dosn't affect it.(the only monsters slayer dart is used on are dagg kings and barrows, and they both have terrible mage defense, thats where the rumour comes from). air wave works just fine, but for me, claws of guthix is the way to go :
  18. how in the world can you beleive in vegetarianism and eat mcdonalds food :-# the stuff is horrible, and the animals killed to make it probably suffer the worst abuse out of all the big factory companys...
  19. my 95 attack level up told me that too...
  20. the mystical portal in the top of varrock castle that took you back to tutorial island. spent ages looking for it :wall:
  21. That study compares vegetarians to "people who eat lots of meat." Other studies have suggested that the mortality rates of moderate meat- and/or fish- eaters is not significantly different from vegetarians. The following study, for example, suggests that fish eaters (0.82) and occasional meat-eaters (0.84) show lower mortality rates than vegetarians (0.94) after confounding factors have been accounted for. Mortality in vegetarians and nonvegetarians: detailed findings from a collaborative analysis of 5 prospective studies That other study I linked to found similar conclusions; Hence I mentioned the significant health benefits and protein sources gained from fish. People who occassionally eat meat also have a much lower mortality rate than pure-vegetarians or people who *only* eat meat. [1] didn't know there were people who only ate meat..? that must be really, really bad for them..

I always tend to take a calculated apporach to these. take the option which allows the most people to survive.
  23. then you get hit by a bus after falling over a homeless person while trying to kill a mugger.
  24. indeed, thats the thing though, I tend to be a completely different sounding person on the internet. my opinions on most things are pessemistic, however, my personality is not. my freinds would describe me as distinctly average. I'm a deep individual ;) YOU FORGOT LEGO AND HARIBO NOOB
  25. buy chins 3k at a time until you get there?
