Why female players are underepresented in RuneScape?
I disagree that females stay away from RS or other games because of the male environment.. Make a game where heroes have no gender and the majority would still be males. Like I said, males dominate all computer games except for tetris.. 8-)

Am i missing something? Ranking above Avatars.

Why female players are underepresented in RuneScape?
lol not really. my highest ranked friend is a girl. plus my 2 clan leaders are both women and they do a GREAT job I've known some of Runescapes greatest female personalities too. But I'm still sticking to my beliefs :P

The only game women are better than men at in general I think is TETRIS. No kidding. And maybe the snake game on cellphones. \

What if you -COULD- use P2P Stuff in F2P worlds?
I would laugh, buy members, and point you in the direction of Zanaris

What if you -COULD- use P2P Stuff in F2P worlds?
New players (POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS) would hardly find it amusing. Although I can see that it would be a rather great incentive to purchase p2p. But I think Jagex would take massive heat from gaming websites and competitors.

So how's the new CEO doing so far?
I see you chose to take my reply as a personal attack at your own intellect. Yes its pretty obvious they should consider feedback. Are you saying they don't? I also don't see why you are explaining the consequences of not listening to players as that too, is pretty obvious. I also perfectly understand the logistics of capitalism, and attempts of belittling others usually gets you nowhere on the internet. But do you understand where I am getting at at all? If not I'm happy to explain again. Yes, every player is entitled the right to voice their opinion, be they free players or paying players. However the trend seems to be that most paying Scapers feel like they never get heard.. Could it possibly be because they are simply 1 voice out of millions? Or is it because Jagex doesn't care ? Usually the player will tend to choose the latter (not caring part). Which is wrong, and merely a sign of egocentricity. Yes, Jagex should strive after pleasing every player possible, and I'm sure they do. However not all updates are meant for the entertainment of the general public, and that has alot to do with "logistics of capitalism". So sometimes they must ignore the repercussions from players as you mentioned, in the name of capitalism. This usually gets translated into something along the lines of "jagex does not care about us". See what I mean? And last but not least, it is the players own responsibility to find entertainment within the content made available to them. p.s. personal attacks would be appreciated as long as you do it over PM's another time. :) Although I'm sure we at some degree really agree with eachother, as I, like you, agree that Jagex has a certain responsibility as well to please consumers. Just not in the way that the consumers are to be allowed to decide anything. :)

So how's the new CEO doing so far?
I disagree. Jagex cannot tailormake the game for every paying customer (1.000.000+ individuals). Paying for membership is usually a sign that one already finds entertainment in the free version and wishes to experience more of the same. Also something people have misunderstood is, that we in reality have nothing to say about future updates. That is a mere PRIVILEGE that is sometimes bestowed upon us in the shape of polls. If we were to have something to say @ updates, Jagex would have to re-write their whole company idealism and shape it in the form of a democracy. Where we, the players vote on employees, employees who uphold our personal interests and spend their worktime fighting for our personal interests, much like politicians. But fact is we/you pay for a dictatorship. And to be very plain, if you don't feel entertained, you can cancel subscription. Sorry but I just think what you and alot of others say is wrong. That Jagex is in some way legally bound to please their customers. They are not. But I mean, I think I know where you're going and I totally agree. Any games company with self-respect must strive after pleasing as many customers as possible, but in the words of Abe Lincoln: You can please some people some of the time, and you can please all the people some of the time, but you can't please all the people all of the time :)

Piety Dominates F2p!
That is normal for almost every game on the internet. Maturity usually decides wether one chooses to abuse bugs, or abstain from abusing and instead reporting them to the game creators.

Rest: Predictions (New pics added)
Yeah, I think this is the most likely option. I'm wondering if it will be available to f2p... Unless it has something to do with agility skill only, I'm pretty sure we on f2p will recieve the option.

Rest: Predictions (New pics added)
I think its pretty obvious like you stated above. Except I think it will be more than just recharging run energy, but also include HitPoints and maybe prayer. Although I doubt they are going to go down the same RS1 fatigue path again, and make you have to write a word every time you rest.

The future of Bounty Hunter: more info revealed.
Ha! I don't know about that, as I'm still f2p only :P And ice giants are my only source of big bones :ugeek:

So how's the new CEO doing so far?
Well he does have a lot to do with the direction of the company in regards to its overall goals, and he's doing a lot better of a job than Geoff Iddison, especially in regards to the community and f2p. Mark Gerhard wants to make the game more fun for both sides, Iddison just wanted publicity. You're definitely right on those points. He has improved the connections between *certain* fansites and updates on f2p. But I don't think we should all bow down in worship just yet as it is custom to want to make a good first impression as a new employee/boss on the job.

So how's the new CEO doing so far?
I doubt that the CEO has alot to do with the recent updates. We will probably have to find some people further down the chain of command to hold responsible. But if Jagex in this year keeps expanding, hiring new employees and comes out of 2009 with green numbers on the bottom line, than we can say he's done good.

Pray-X....GF Prayer Cape
It was never hard getting dragon bones....Now it is....Completely bought out in GE...Clan merchants will probably hold on to them... So now the skill is ruined, because there is no more overflow of an item? Come on.. You get half exp for using the new feature, so its the players choice. I can't see a reason to be mad about it when no one is being forced to use the new feature. You can continue clicking each bone if that is what floats your boat.. And if it is not what you want to do, you now have an alternative method.
-
Pray-X....GF Prayer Cape
Why isn't it a good thing? The hard part of prayer is getting the bones, not clicking. So what is the problem? Don't kid yourselves and say its a ruined skill now, when its not.

RS CLASSIC TRADE (no limit) is it true
Yes that was just stupid for wilderness training.
