I disagree. I believe agnosticism to be neither a theistic nor an atheistic belief. Agnosticism for many people means that they don't really care whether or not there is a God. They don't believe in a god, nor do they necessarily believe there isn't a god. The two are not mutually exclusive. For reference if you need it, I would be a theist. I'm just saying that agnostics are either atheist or theist and not a category on their own. Thats all i'm trying to prove :P Your trying to prove something that is innacurate in all but semantic terms. Theism is the belief that god exists Atheism is the belief that god does not exist(not necessarily that he can't) Agnosticism is the belief that god may or may not exist Agnosticism is only the same as atheism when the insufficient definition of atheism as a lack of belief in god is used. There is a clear difference between believing god may exist and believing god doesn't exist. What makes this tricky is that agnosticism is varied on a theism scale with people who are atheistic theistic and truly agnostic all in the same category.

Nothing, what most of us have a problem with is people praying for trivial things that are insignifigant in the grand picture. Its good to be thankful for whatever happens, but its wrong to ask for a winning ticket when people are starving(unless you want to win money for charity of course).

Shotguns are a better choice then a full auto against rage zombies. 1. shotgun is easier to aim 2. machine gun is likely to be non lethal...shooting full auto at a moving target without training isn't going to work 3. a shotgun wound to any part of the body is a very severe injury(if most of the shot hits). A machine gun bullet to the arm or gut won't stop a raging beast from killing you.

Well, I am finally prepared to chin my way from 90-99 range(mostly waiting for chins and pray pots to drop in price a bit) a few final questions before I start note--I have dial up so please don't link videos, also I have read the guides in the aow 1. I will be getting 70 prayer before this for enchanted excalibur(unrelated to chins); would getting 75 or 80 prayer save me a considerable amount of money in pray pots?(not counting the training cost) 2. Does anyone understand how void fully works? For instance, does range bonus get a void boost or does void provide just as much boost regardless of your equipment? 3. There are a lot of options where I could trade 1 range boost for 1 pray boost(such as accumulator for god cloak or range ammy for fury). Should I go for: all range, all pray, or an even balance of the two? 4. What familiar would you suggest(68 summon)? Since I'm not interested in mage xp, should I just use the highest level range familiar? 5. Should I do the rfd monkey section(does it help chin runs?); if not, what way of getting to the dungeon is quicker? Thanks in advance for any help you can lend me.

No, that law simply means that they have to acknowledge that pennies are legal tender whether or not they accept them. Since it is a private business, they can choose to accept payment in whatever form they want, posting a sign is not required. Something analogous would be a high end restaurant with a dress code, they don't need a sign that says formal attire required but they can refuse to serve someone who comes in wearing jeans and a tank top. wear standard melee gear but switch body and legs to best dhide pray melee until the minions are summoned, switch to praying range when they do. Take monkfish or other good food, the boss can get some lucky hits.

In a way I think you answered your own questions. Someone who is trained from a young age to be an olympic athelete might become mentally commited to it and have no objections to that "fate" being chosen for them. I guess it depends on what we consider a total molding of someone; do we count raising someone with skills suitable to being a world leader and them ending up as such a molding of them, or does it only count if you raise someone from birth to become a world leader and they never consider anything else? Personally, I think its possible to mold someone to a certain extent. If you were good at molding people then you could be highly succesful in raising them for success in something they would "choose". However, it has to be done properly or it is raising someone with specialized skills that they will use in an unknown manner, a good example would be the amount of monarchs rasied in the royale family who become horrible kings/queens.
