I think you need to look up the definition of disilusioned first of all... Second of all, I am one of those players who is constantly ranting about how awful this game is. However, there are still many aspects of the game that are from good quality updates a long time ago, and I still play because of those. I haven't done a quest in ages, and I haven't played the new mini games at all, but I still love to do slayer tasks, barrows, clues, etc...

I typically do every task that I get from Shilo. I haven't burthoped a task from there yet.

Sounds funny haha. RS1? You mean classic... 1.) You just corrected Thehate and you deserve to be slapped. 2.) I doubt you were even playing back then, but just to remind you, the new Runescape was being called Runescape 2. I still call the game Runescape 2 a lot of the time, especially when comparing it to Runescape "Classic". So, the old RS would need to be called RS1...otherwise there can't be an RS2 correct? Anyway, after awhile Jagex decided to start calling the new game Runescape and the old game Runescape Classic. 3.) A cheap way to the riches? What are you talking about? Of course its cheap...it shouldn't cost you ANY money to do. If it does, you're doing something VERY wrong... :-k

I personally think this is an awful idea. I think some type of recognition for getting level 100 is a decent idea, but there should be no extra perks of using that skill, especially not the insanely overpowered ones that you described.

I stopped reading here. I hate quests, and I don't do them unless there is an awesome reward. The newest quest I've done is Lunar Diplomacy. And before that...I dunno, RFD?

I posted this a long time ago, and nobody believed me, and the thread died. Btw, the reason you don't get hit by the "magic" attack too often when wearing that setup is because it is ranged based. Like how the bloodveld has a magic based melee attack, they have a ranged based magic attack. So, the range defense of the initiate armor helps out a lot. The best armor to wear when doing this is full verac. :)

Fact: If we made an encyclopedia of all posts talking about the "hints" of new crystal items, the pages would stack high enough to reach the top of the Empire State building. These hints have been around forever...I doubt we'll ever get an axe or a hally.

In other news...summoning really isn't going to be as good as anyone might think it would be (if it ever comes out). Incase nobody else has noticed, the AI for Runescape is quite sub-par. It seems rather unlogic that a just born baby would cook food and eat it (eat meat without teeth?? Well maybe baby trolls already have teeth when they are born :-k ) Maybe he ate the burnt meat his father made him, and was inspired for the rest of his life? :P It is just one of the great questions in life: What's there after death? Why are we here? Was burnt meat realy the first thing Burntmeat cooked? We just might never know. Why do people have trouble grasping the concept of a game needing to be a certain way? Jagex felt that the rocks were able to be crossed too quickly, so they changed it. End of discussion. There are a lot of things in this game that should be changed or shouldn't have been changed in the eyes of the gamers, but those things are just what the developers want the game to be like. I'm sure none of us want a million of these "mini-games" that are flooding the update section either... Unless the slowing down was a side effect of another update, I don't support this.

Yeah...I can make like 300-400k per hour. Any time I do something that doesn't make me that much money, I begin to feel like Ive wasted time. However, I then realise its a game and I just play it to have fun. Not to make money, or any of that stuff. If money comes from fun things, awesome. But if it doesn't, then I'll be poor. :D

Really? I dont think anything can be cheaper than free. I never lose deaths or minds. If I would use a bolt spell, I would need to buy more airs/fires. Nuff said. Oh, and also, slayer dart isn't affected by your magic bonus, as long as it is not insanely low. Fire bolt, however, is really affected by your magic bonus. So, with slayer dart, you can wear armor and not have to use prayer as much.

I wouldn't rely on a maul to get me kills, but it IS really fun to play with in CW. Also I always keep one on me if I'm dueling, incase someone wants to duel with the shield spot on.

Actually, I think they turned the fire cape upside-down to prevent scamming people with the nooby "lava" cape.
