Chaos Tunnel Waterfiends
Yes, it is an excellent method for defence xp + charms, probably the best. A big upgrade to your kph should be a better cape, specifically a fire cape or Tokhaar-Kal. If you like you can also kill them in not-void using a helmet of Neitiznot to increase the number of scrolls you can use per hour. You'd have a slightly lower max hit, slightly higher accuracy and twice as many scrolls. When you're using helmet scrolls, it's helpful to have as many waterfiends on you as you can handle.

Skeletal wyverns: 100-150 crimsons per hour and profit
Likely lengthen the trip but reduce the number of kills.

Future Update Discussions
Everybody knows that's how it is. More skin equals more attractive bits that mustn't be touched! Think of it as a charisma bonus to armour :D. From this we also conclude that all female (humanoid) monsters must be gay (or at least bisexual). Not sure what that makes non-humans, especially cave slimes...

Range training?
Cannon+crossbow@black demons would be easy, good charms and decent xp. It's also costly :(. Profit, charms, good xp basically means you want too much. There's no monster near the top in all of those (maybe Nex or something :P). You're looking at dragons for profit + xp. Charms + money, not even viable.

Improving KPH at glacors
all dung exp = pengs tears trolls tryna get to frosts this way xd In that case you better get dungeoneering, frosts are waay better with a rapier (so are glacors). And the difference when killing sapping would be that the glacor won't heal, I'm guessing 10-20 seconds per kill saved.

You can always buy gems :P.

Improving KPH at glacors
You're not using an arcane stream necklace, along with your weak magic level boost that means you won't be able to deal with the glacor exploding. Stick with killing sapping last and keep your prayer low to avoid much drain. You also don't have turmoil which makes the glacytes a lot slower, and overloads would help a ton on every end really. You should bring a defender switch too. Just get overloads ASAP (1 more level!) and then turmoil immediately after.

Q
Just had an interesting conversation with Latin (on RS, I even left the lobby :shades:). Apparently glacors have their max hit reduced by 20 when you leech mage on them. Nomad and Zilyana have their max hits reduced by 30. Monster examine shows adjusted max hits. This would indicate they have a magic level of 200, respectively 300. The thing is, monster examine shows melee max, not magic. You can easily check that by monster examining Ahrim (max hit 35). And leech strength apparently doesn't do anything on Zilyana or Nomad. From this we conclude that Zilyana, Nomad and glacors use their magic level to determine all of their max hits, rather than just magic max hit. Also, Kree'Arras magic attack is definitely range-based.

Crafting advice
Eh, citadel would be great for you (free, good xp) but you need a t4? or 5 citadel for that. Otherwise, there's always jewellery that profits and battlestaves are break-even but hard to buy.

Dagannoth Sentinels
I don't know *how* it works but I know it doubles or triples the scrolls/hr. For example at spectres you can use 50 scrolls (1 slayer helmet's worth) in 10-15 minutes in addition to the 25-38 you get from manual scrolling. The main obstacle to using scrolls is changing targets, which occasionally resets scrolls, but you don't have to change at sentinels :D.

The Third World
Having a high standard of living helps democracy, not the other way around (neccesarily) :P. For example if you don't have a car/bus/train, it's harder to go out there and vote. Especially if you can't afford to lose a days (or more) worth of wages walking there. Democracy is more of a luxury. It's really popular with the people (and the people do have an influence in a dictatorship, just not as officially or directly). You could see democracy as a sort of inescapable state of goverment. It won't vote to abolish itself (political & bureaucratic inertia) and (pretty much by definition) it includes everyone, basically reducing the chance of a revolution (that leads to not-democracy) to zero.

Powerslaying Guide
I think you added about 50 line breaks too many :P.

Power Tree chopping
^^^^ Maples are a lot slower than willows, lower xp/hr, lower gp/hr, less fun (cause willows are prettier :D).

Slaying Grotworms
If you have trouble surviving you could cannon + range/mage with protect mage.

how to make friends
Giving people advice always seemed to help for me... there's still a bunch of random people on my friends list because I recommended fury over tassets and we got talking metagame after that.

Gravite Weaponary & FtP Training
1) Nearly none, a hundred xp/hr or so? if you're training on something with defence. Only arrows really matter. 2) Eh, few hundred xp/hr, maybe 1k extra, not sure. 4) Few million gp? It saves .08*(gp value of adamant bar)*(xp from 88 to 99)/(xp per plate) total. 5) Nope.

What's with the herb names?
Dungeoneering (puzzle room) herbs are plays on existing herbs, e.g. parslay, slaughtercress etc. all with a horror twist :P.

Dagannoth Sentinels
You're under attack by 4? sentinels at the time, which gives you 1-4 chances per round (2.4 secs) to activate a helmet scroll. Manual scrolling is 150/hr. Add a couple of thousand chances per hour for helmet scrolls (which do not drain special bar), doubles or triples the titan dps?

The Third World
The biggest problems Africa has is corruption and instability. A good democracy would greatly reduce both those problems. Not really. Democracy, specifically elections, are easy to rig. And they tend to run right over the interests of the small minorities. If you want to solve corruption, you need to pay your employees (customs officers, police, tax collectors) enough that the additional income from being corrupt buys a neglegible amount of happiness. Instability has to do with religious/tribal issues as well as poverty etc. and those will take time to get over.

Returning to Runescape
Looking at your equipment, 12m to improve it means: Bandos chestplate and helmet of Neitiznot (requires Fremmenik Isles quest). I would suggest not working on those 99s for now, as they are completely useless. Not that you shouldn't get them, but your other goals will make it much easier to make money etc.

Maxing gp/h with my skills (exp irrelevant)
He has 61 dungeoning and isn't maxed so I doubt anyone would buy floors from him, at least consistently. And how often do people actually buy c1s? At least Ive never seen it happen C1s are probably the most expensive floor to buy, because they are the most hated as well. I guess the stackable resource update made c2 more attractive. But the main advantage of c1s is that you don't need high stats much. It's just for showing off.
