The hand cannon got stealth nerfed months ago :(. It is now one speed slower so it'd be very surprising if you preferred it still.

It's hardly difficult terminology, it's much less complicated than the definition you outlined. Efficient implies the best option going. Cost implies, well cost. Therefore Cost Efficient implies the lowest cost way to do things. It is efficient in cost. :rolleyes: As I said, time = money. Hence cost efficient = least amount of time spent overall. It's not the word 'time' or 'cost' here that matters, it's the word 'efficient'. Efficient means the same no matter what adverb you use, because by definition it takes into account the whole method, including making the money. The three words you are looking for are cheap, fast and efficient. Using adverbs does nothing and only makes it less clear what you mean.

Void deflector is better than full black dragonhide, that's sure, but you can't use a tank helmet. I would still try it, if you fail to get to Jad, switch to a tankier setup with obby shield/Verac helm/black hide top+legs.

There's a massive difference between lobs and skeletal monkeys for bursting... monkeys are at least 1.5 times as fast if not twice as fast. I don't know why you don't want summoning, if it's for a pure remember that summoning doesn't contribute to combat level in the wilderness and wolper is very good for pking in the deeper wilderness.

Not true. Hand cannon simply had higher dps. You want the highest average DPS, hunting tds. You achieve that by using the highest dps weapon you can as much as possible. For example, you would use rapier + maul + kxbow. Maul would have higher dps than kxbow (especially in void), rapier still higher dps. You would use rapier first, and if it hits below 310, you maul or claw spec. This ensures most damage is done by higher dps weapons. With steel titan, ranged is higher dps of course (and magic is higher dps than maul also).

The news post than went with the release of the Barrows update doesn't even mention the combat level change. According to RSwiki the combat level was updated then. So I don't know what you refer to, maybe a FAQ or Q&A? Atm there's nothing to suggest combat levels based on rolls.

Idk how swift gloves work, certainly not based on 66% or more of your max or whatever. You just get free bonus shots every now and then. Swift gloves work with almost every ranged weapon but not hand cannon iirc. The stun effect seems to be unrelated to max as well.

You can 100% mage the queen with SoA as well, but not without a magic level. I'd go with void hybrid, using whip + defender and switching to rune crossbow.

Dark beasts are in the Temple of Light, you must have a crystal able to teleport there as well or the run just isn't worth the hassle.

In terms of cost, much less cost and efficient... you're messed up :P. You mean cheap, not cost efficient. Ingot iii is a lot faster than i, it can cost quite a bit more. I think i is so slow you really should be superheating or even just smelting gold. Ofc the OP doesn't need smithing xp, but with a max cape you should be able to make some decent gp/hr.

Swords are a little better than addy plates, but not at all afk. Armour is a little worse, but very afk. Adamant ingots iv and iii respectively.

No, broads are always a bad choice when making money! The best would be void deflector, swift gloves, chaotic crossbow and either dragonbane or runite bolts (depending on whether dragonbane works or not).

Ah little damage per attack* then, or per shot. From what I remember, Vex tested Ghorrock steels and found them less efficient than Kuradal steels. That was pre-SoA.

The only one who has come close i believe, or at least heard about is Ron. We have learned that some mod or other's favourite headgear is bunny ears with druidic wreath a close second. But really, the Q&A contains a massive number of 'sorry that's content, I can't answer that' even when it's on tiny issues. For example: make-x used to pop up only for x > 1, but due to an update a while back it also shows up if you're making one unit only. Someone asked if that could be reversed for urns (and only that, ignoring all other times it's just bloody annoying) and instead of saying something useful the answer was "sorry that's content idk anything". One thing that's upsetting is the adaptation of the presidential system in countries with multiple large ethnic groups. Those perfectly straight borders literally drawn with pencil and ruler on a conference somewhere in Europe a century ago, divided peoples and put them in one system of government. Now they have to live in one country, and of course it makes perfect sense to take ONE leader with a massive amount of power instead of, say, a dozen ministers in a coalition government. More on topic: as far as I know no candidate for the presidency has campaigned for, for example, gay marriage, the abolishment of death penalty and other basic things, so until they start doing that I can't take them seriously.
