If you want to train ranged with no money, you go frosts and then chin. Frosts are up to 100k xp/hr (but that's maxed), and at 2m/hr profit an hour at frosts pays for an hour chinning - 250k xp/hr break-even average (also at max).

CCS > another defensive bind for sure, not completely certain ccs > efs but don't get three defensive binds. If you ever get a second ammo bind you'll want a hex but until then, it's no good (sadly). I'd say hood + ccs + celestial top. You need magic attack bonus for maging mid-level rangers etc. or you'll never be able to solo a gd.

Still wouldn't recommend them for slayer. Slayer + strength means chaotic rapier, if not that, goliath gloves, if not those, Korasi's sword for high def and Saradomin sword for low def. Make small modifications to your task list: add living rock creatures, maybe do dark beasts in Kuradal's instead of cannoning.

I can't imagine it being much faster than even frost dragons (and of course not worth it), given the time it takes to gather a decent amount of stakes. It's cheap going perhaps, but the loot isn't exactly top-notch.

wow i expected 15-20 at least Getting a fighter torso takes 3-4 hours at most, and that's 4*375 points iirc. You need 1400 total points to get level 5 I believe, so that's a little less, and they can be all attacker points which are fast and easy to collect. So 3 hours would be the most, if you were a pro with a pro team you may be able to do it in 2 or less :).

Cannoning black demons for charms + effigies or skeletal monkeys for pure xp (chinning those, too). Effigies are of course barely useful to you, but charms may be (might as well bank 99 summ, just in case :P).

I'm not 100% sure but I think 2-3 hours at most, with random teams on world 6?

Against dragons, the ranking goes Virtus > Ahrim's > third-age mage, based on magic attack, or otherwise Bandos > Torva based on strength bonus if you are meleeing. Magic defence doesn't really matter on any kind of dragon since you can heal with soul split.

Polypore is definitely more effective than any ranged weapon (maybe, just maybe dragonbane bolts work nicely, but I doubt it).

It depends a bit, some variant of c2 is probably faster than barb (duo, or if you value floors complete anyway), but it's not going to be much.

Just a quick question to someone who i assume knows, are dusts actually a viable way to make money? I can't imagine actually being able to profit with them, even at 99rc. (I know the GE prices go against this but I'm talking about street prices) I've heard of people profiting off them, but you need to buy and sell strategically. That was months ago though.

Guns have higher dps afaik, I had 8 level 5 lightnings but they weren't as good at wave 20 as 8 level 5 guns. It's fun but the story and graphics suck, no way around it. The biggest advantage is that you can mod the game as much as you like. If I'm getting comp cape it isn't any time soon, I'm not even a member anymore and those lost loyalty points add up! GO GET THAT CAPE NOW. I think that was clear enough. ;) :( don't wanna

99 Summoning is by far the most useful 99, considering the difference between 80/90/96 and 99 in each skill. All 90s is still better but also much harder to achieve. Personally I'd go for all 80s along with the quest cape.

If you are slaying, use Korasi's sword for specials in single combat, claws are really not worth it. Korasi's is also a nice stab weapon and accurate slash weapon (Saradomin sword has higher raw dps). Using a godsword means not caring about kill speed. They are slow and useless. If you really want a sword specifically, rapier > cls > Korasi's = Sara sword.

A newb is a new player - they are excused from not knowing/understanding the game. Properly this shouldn't be an insult. Someone who doesn't play efficiently but knows it, is not a noob at all, but someone who plays inefficiently, and refuses to acknowledge that, is.

The shards for one staff (100) equal 8000 Armadyl runes at 99 runecrafting, which can be assisted. You can compare the price of one staff to 8000 runes and decide which is best.

Blues are much easier/faster to kill, higher xp. Blacks have a decent effigy rate so if you have high power equipment they could work.

Not if you can use a cannon and rune crossbow. The best method cannon + range dragons, banking bones and hides. You can use the money for ranged or anything else of course.

That's something to be set right. The definition of free market includes that everybody has all information, can buy anything and sell anything at any time to anyone etc. It doesn't take much to see that we can't manage that even if it's only because geography determines the speed at which you buy and sell. In a perfect free market, any individual can make more money than the market allows by not providing the information: false year reports showing greater profits to lure investors, for example, or cartels providing wrong information about production costs (of course cartels would be undercut in a perfect free market, but that takes time). You need an institution to make sure people actually stick to the rules, that's what goverment is for. The rules apply to the market as well - rules are restrictions, so the goverment must restrict the market for it to work well. Communism has much the same flaws, that everyone is supposed to work as they are able and take what they need. Any individual can increase their benefit by working less and taking more. Of course in small groups where everyone knows everyone, social pressure works instead of an institution like a goverment. In a way, you could say the goverment is social pressure formalized.
