Dragon mace might beat battleaxe, not sure on that, vine whip could be a decent option certainly at higher attack levels and on task. I'd recommend buying a Saradomin sword or leaving them blocked.

Herb farming is always profitable, at your level 100k per run or so? going up to 400k at 85 farming with various boosts (Remote Farming, juju potions, master/supreme greenfingers, scroll of life, magic secateurs, supercompost).

I hear Nexing is good ranged xp. All you need for it is 99 ranged :P. Seriously though, the best method is frost dragons with void deflector, swift gloves and dragonbane bolts, and cannon of course.

Basically, not dark beasts. Mutated jads, spiritual mages etc. may also have too much magic defence but you should skip/block those anyway.

Karil's skirt + dragonfire shield has 105 ranged defence and 96-95-100 melee defences, 12 ranged attack. Tassets + illuminated book has 93 ranged defence and 71-63-66 melee defences, 1 ranged attack. So with dfs you gain 12 ranged defence, 25-32-34 melee defences and 11 ranged attack. You do lose 9 prayer bonus, but that's not hard to deal with. You can carry far more prayer than you can carry healing. Karil's crossbow deals more damage than rune, but you also take more damage, so it's up to you.

If the bolts end up at 500 gp per shot or less they will be viable for PvE, perhaps, but I don't see them dropping that low. Rubies are still very powerful, and dragonstone bolts are roughly 500 gp per shot.

I recommend Karil's/dragonhide skirt and dragonfire shield instead of tassets + god book, and runite bolts. More damage dealt = less damage taken ;). Karil's crossbow would be still better, also because you can use a Soul Wars cape with it, but you don't have that, and it's 2h which may be a problem with healing.

The maul vs. rapier is not based on theory but on testing, apparently Graar has a typical platebody-style defence (stab > slash > crush defence) despite the armour he drops. iirc Levon did a lot of hits to prove that cls > rapier, then did maul as well and that scored even better :P.

Cannon is definitely far better than darts for hellhounds so I don't know how darts are relevant here... Surge is half the dps of SoA I think, except on ice strykes where it's 1.1-1.2x the dps or so. Polypore is 70-80% of soa or thereabouts? All combats to 50m and 25m slayer means: melee + cannon + titan slayer, barrage rock lobs for charms (finish up charms @ wfs if you get 50m mage first). Since 50m summ takes much longer. Then titan + salve @ ape atoll skeletons (titan for range xp) and finish up range with chins. If you want 50m combats through slayer, melee + cannon + titan all tasks but metals and abyssals and SoA those.

Personally I value all 90s more than some 80s and some 99s. But nobody can tell you what to do. I don't think one is more respected than the other either. 90s have the advantage that you can open effigies mostly by yourself, and do most/all elite diaries.

Contradictions contradictions :D. Me too :D. Needs vanguard legs/boots but those take 60+ hrs to get (assuming 100% wins, ugh). Idea for a new prayer: An overhead prayer with no drain rate that acts as a 100% divine: reduces damage taken to zero, you lose 1 prayer point for each damage you would have taken. The curse equivalent would have a deflect associated with it that reduces your opponent's prayer level by 10% of the damage you would have taken (it'd take effect after soak, divine and elysian). Interesting balance between having 990 extra max health plus easy ways to restore it, and not having a protect prayer: 32k damage taken, protect pray blocks half: healing 16k damage w/ brews requires 25 brews (4). 32k damage taken, nothing blocked: restoring 32k prayer w/ pray pots requires roughly 25 prayer potions (4) as well. So if a protect prayer blocks half the total damage you take it's better (apart from cost). Brews are generally far more expensive and have more drawbacks than pray pots, but unicorns and soul split are far cheaper. I'd like the equivalent for summoning as well, trading summoning points (changed to 10/level of course) for health, giving up your familiar to do so. Also, insane farm run: 51 herbs, two seeds, 14 ugune, one balloon random, Catherby died and still within one juju dose :D.

You can cannon hellhounds and kalphites well, and since those are multi the small decrease in dps from using a ranged weapon wouldn't be obvious (or polypore). But in general I'd recommend sticking to cannon + titan ranged wise and give up on darts/knives/xbow altogether.

You can easily do the math, considering that sharks will reduce your kill rate slightly (and you will need brews to outheal corp when it focusus on you, just in case).

If you have Enhanced Excalibur, special recover (4) equals 400 lp healing so that's another use of them. I have 3k recovers so I use them at Pyramid Plunder etc.

Eeeep! Also, what is that outfit that you are always wearing? Vanguard top and gloves, firemaker's skirt, slayer hood, Ardougne cloak 4, Fremmenik sea boots 4, explorer's ring 4 (you can't see that obviously) and a tool, usually secateurs or eee. Yesyesyes! Buying :3.

Great day today (sort of), 210k woodcut, 50k fm, 100k thief, 28k rc, 30k farm, 20k mine, 130k herb. 250k to 99 herb, 320k to 99 fm, 580k to 97 woodcut, 160k to 93 agility, 660k to 97 rc, 450k to 94 craft and 400k to 95 thief. Total about 2.8-2.9m, leaving me at about 299.5m overall (but I'll probably try for smithing instead of rc as rc will take ~22 days). 1m for the remaining level, and that leaves me at 2434 total.

He means alerter, it's the upgrade unlocked after Do No Evil. Things that stop it from working are metal chest armour (platebodies) and safespots, nothing else afaik.

To elaborate: it's roughly +1 herb per tier of greenfingers, which for torstol translates to +30k per run profit.

Mostly, juju spirits save time banking, increasing the rate at which you get items and experience. Juju farming doesn't save time but instead provides a direct boost to the number of herbs you get. For example, if you're mining concentrated gold, you'll be able to bank easily 10-15 ores with a single spirit, and 50+ with a single dose of potion. That's two bank trips saved.

Might find this interesting. I don't think it's possible to establish the amount of gp total, but you can use the GE Centre to determine how much is being traded and go from there.

Trimmed completionist is by far more impressive than any lucky item... doing your SoF is nothing the massive effort required to get the cape.

You could get 99 magic, 65 defence and Storm of Armadyl (quite high combat I think), very high magic damage output with that + you can teleblock.

Well I meant that you should buy them to sell in a few weeks/months, not actually use 200m worth of brews :P.

Saradomin brews, prayer renewals etc. should drop a little in price so you could buy those as a mid-term investment. If you're into glacors, Virtus is good?
