  1. We won't know until he tries, but meanwhile it's fun to watch :P. If you want to do something to relax your fingers, I suggest woodcutting teaks with juju potions and hi-alching the logs, it's pretty good xp (100k xp/hr at 85ish) and very low apm. If you need to stay awake with exciting stuff, hunt some glacors or tormented demons :) (note: make sure you get back to your grave in time).
  2. If you want the absolute fastest xp, sent a pm (on the forums) to He_is_gone, he researched it pretty extensively (might be a yt video of that as well). If you're fast, you can loot all of room 7 and 8 along with most grand golden chests, which is the overall best xp/hr.

For glacors, it's not required but a very good option, especially if you do not have a celestial surgebox or chaotic rapier (which I think you don't).
  4. 30k xp/hr is extremely low, sorry to say :(. The best way to train ranged if you're not rich is hunting dragons. They drop bones and hides worth a lot more than the ammo you spend on killing them, and you can stay out of the way of their dragon breath and melee attacks. You can even use a dwarf cannon and not lose any money on it. To improve your damage output, wear good equipment (surprise!). (most of) The best ranged equipment is actually from minigames/dungeoneering/Dominion Tower/quests, so it doesn't cost money to obtain, just time. Void is the first big step and the set alone will boost your damage output by roughly 15-20%. It's fairly easy to obtain no matter what your levels are. A chaotic crossbow is nice for hunting dragons because you can use dragonbane bolts (Ritual of the Mahjarrat required) and with void deflector you can use swift gloves. But that's probably a few bridges too far for now, focus on void (unless you really, really like questing). Keep praying eagle eye at all times! You'll easily get 15% more xp and it's free. You will use about 10 prayer potions per hour, but you'll easily get another 10 dragons in an hour (if not 20 or 30) which means you profit more.
  5. To be quite honest, a monster hunter extraordinaire should be able to summon a steel titan.
  6. Exactly. To completely get rid of 'the bad things' you must spend too much money/time/happiness. Want to 100% ban drugs? You'll have to check every single person and every single storage space on the planet. Same deal with every other crime. It's a bad idea to expect a system to be entirely efficient/effective. That being said, I'm in favour of a benefit system for everyone. Even if people choose to leech, it's still civilized to take care of other people. Basic things like food, water, shelter, internet (at least over here you have to do your taxes via internet, so it's not optional anymore) should be available to everyone. You can solve that by handing these things out for free, or by handing out the equivalent money; I prefer the money because it allows people some freedom.
  7. Congratulations on 2400 . Close to all 90s as well, go get it!
  8. Torva isn't really a good melee switch at glacors/tds, waaay too much effort for little gain (better to switch seer's/berserker (i) + steadfast/ragefire boots + fury/arcstream + arcane/defender + weapons + god cape/tokhaar cape). But otherwise Gwyn is 100% correct, pernix > divine for nex and divine isn't worth it anywhere else.
  9. At 100% accuracy and 0% damage boost that's 220 * .5 * .2 * 9 + 40 = 238 (max hit, halved to give average hit, multiplied by xp per damage, multiplied by number of targets, plus base xp). You also get 220 * .5 * 0.133 * 9 = 132 constitution xp per cast, for a total of 370 xp average. Damage boost may just about compensate for accuracy, idk. I don't know how battle-robes degrade, but chaotics degrade 1 unit when they are in combat in a given tick. So if you hit, you are in combat, if you get hit, you are in combat, but if both happen on the same tick you still only degrade 1 unit. If battle-robes work the same, you'll degrade at 5x the rate of safespotting (since bursts are 1 attack per 5 ticks), or about 2x the rate of 1v1 combat (4 attacks and 5 defends per 20 ticks assuming standard speed monster).
  10. It's really inconvenient that 'efficiency' is used both in the narrow sense (e.g. fastest way to get account from A to B) and the personal sense (e.g. most preffered way for player X to get account from A to B).
  11. I would say that it proves that communism is hard/impossible to achieve, not that it fails once you get there. On a small scale (e.g. where everybody knows everybody, <150 people) it works and has been tested. The way to get to a certain society doesn't have to be included in how functional the society is imo, just how viable it is. Communism isn't bad, just not viable.

Given the date of the next admin election, you have plenty of time for people to get used to the idea of compulsory Twilight :D.
  13. I'd get 200m farming if I did my torstol runs for another 15-20 years.
  14. In Soviet dungeoneering, runecrafting pots you! or something. Coolest thing is that the USSR was never properly communist, always fun to see people (read: American politicians) use the USSR/China as examples of how communism fails. Some woodcutting and firemaking today, worked in citadel last week + this week, getting mining plot next week which will be nice with level 2 fealty. 650k to 99 firemaking, will get it to 500k Wednesday, then it's adze to 99. Remaining woodcut will be from citadel or pines w/ hatchet depending on how much timber we need.
  15. Eh timing may be a bad word. You need to make sure it starts attacking & scrolling ASAP but you need to aggro the vyres so they line up (if they surround you the titan will melee) OR make your titan attack, then move a step and force them to move with you.
  16. +1 Why I don't use it tbh.
  17. Evidence of this? The secateurs boost isn't an extra herb pick, like juju/greenfingers, you get a proper increased chance of the crop surviving more picks, like compost. It would make sense to give each pick chances at extra herbs from other effects, not distinguishing between extra picks from secateurs and others.
  18. That's wise. The new magic armour 'ganodermic' (poncho, leggings, visor) has about twice the magic defence of the previous best item (that doesn't have a melee penalty) and also great melee defence to boot, so at 85 defence and magic you'll be able to tank Nomad. With brew flasks you can carry 1.5x the healing you previously could but that should be overkill. I would recommend melee since ganodermic isn't very good ranged gear, and ranged is overall weaker than melee.
  19. In general expensive skills will save you money and time, profitable skills will save you time but you will also profit less. So I would suggest something expensive and useful like herblore. If you don't have a lot of money you can do a cheaper skill like firemaking or cooking (but they aren't useful unless you wish to max).
  20. Dagannoth bones, 5% (estimate).
  21. Don't worry, Ahrim's still has far better stats in everything but ranged attack :D.
  22. That's epic :D. Unspam: Logged in at teleport spot, walked all the way into the castle and up the stairs... chat/inventory/minimap worked fine, no lag.
  23. None, none, chaotic rapier. Welcome to the forums :).
  24. Orange spice boosts rc, by all rights it ought to be the same in dg >.>.
  25. I'm jealous. Don't be, 28 minutes flesh with a keyer under the flu :/.
