Mild Scottish accents are great. Sean Connery for example.

Wait, how am I doing that?
Dominion Tower gloves have this effect, as do rings of recoil, deflect curses, Vengeance and the Reflect ability. It's probably the first.

You can always just toggle it off. It doesn't sound like I'll be able to toggle off others' badges. Pmods and titles are bad enough, thank you very much. It would be much better if Jagex wasn't slapping RWT options on every little thing, that goes for everything already in the game and every new release.

Harbingers of Tuska 3/12/13
Flurry is for disrupting their special attack, it does hit a bit, and I think you get bonus damage (or maybe only Flurry does) for stunning them this way. They drop lots of rune items, I've seen spear, platelegs, platebody and 2h sword, also clumps of 20+ death and blood runes, noted higher-end herbs (6 irit, 2 lant, 2 dwarf weed) and dragon platelegs. The journal parts are pretty common and you get a good bit of text per page, it's interesting and predicts further (mage-based) monsters in the same vein. There's no real need to use t90 weapons, just avoid using chaotics without pot/pray.

Harbingers of Tuska 3/12/13
This doesn't look like a really useful update at all, imo. It's just randomly releasing a random monster with a random semi-worthwhile unique drop, without thought or plan.

I don't like the badge that will appear besides your name in the chat, as the chat was still relatively uncontaminated by RWT. Other than that, I'll pass this time.

20m def, 14m slay, 16m pray. Not actually going for xp milestones, just using up bonus xp and finishing slayer masks (abyss, dusties). Prismatic lamps etc. are going on Divination, gained about a thousand ranks just doing Troll Invasion earlier...

Fletching: 200k+ xp/hr
Around 125 gp per 15 xp - that's 8 and then some.

Tip.It Times - 24th November 2013 - Oh, grow up! 1 down 5 to go
I wouldn't blame the 'efficiency mentality' for the decline of the game. It's just much more obvious that the game is about throwing in the hours, when every boss and pvp minigame requires at least 500m in equipment. Certainly, old-style barraging in Castle Wars was expensive, but it would a) provide xp and b) require a lot less in terms of equipment. When before, you could talk about welfaring a boss/minigame because at least your weapons were fairly cheap (chaotic certainly, but also polypore, dragon defender, barrows gloves), meaning you would get kills but not staying power, now you just need your ascensions to even get a single Vorago kill. Essentially, the fun parts of the game are now after the grindy part, instead of alongside.

Festiva aura
Go with thieving then. Try to lamp divination and agility. Just to clarify Hedgehog's statement: it's true because xp lamps for all skills award equal xp, and that is the 'to beat' xp rate for most skills. If you aren't dealing with lamps/dailies/other bonus xp, it doesn't matter which skill you work on, provided it's not over 200k xp/h clean (incl. moneymaking).

A few things
I would think that urns do not work (as they do not work for ivy), woodcutting jujus only serve to bank logs (unlike mining jujus) and log-splitting scrimshaws shouldn't work (as they work by destroying logs). Tree-shaking may be worth it, I'm not sure on the price, but you get what, 5-10 nests per hour normally, so 5-10 * 3 * 2 = 30-60 nests per scrimshaw?

Combat Stances
I think you have too much detail, and only high-level suggestions. There is no stance in game as of yet, so it is premature to discuss details. However, I'll say that a lot of these are already unbalanced, compared to eachother as well as the current game, and too focused on high-level benefits. None of them appear to have any drawbacks, which I don't think is wise as well. To look at a pair of your suggestions: Level 95 (2x weapon): Slice n Dice: Your weapon speed with melee weapons is increased by 1 tick. Do you want two-tick abilities or simply a big damage boost (we're talking 4/3 damage in the case of a 4-tick weapon here - 33% damage boost on drygore maces)? If it's the ability speed up, it's a massive 50% dps boost. Level 95 (2h weapon): Power Critical: Your critical hits with melee weapons do an additional 50% damage, but your weapon speed is reduced by 1 tick. So you're giving people about 5% extra damage through criticals (if you can get 10% crit chance), but taking away tons of damage by giving them 4/5 damage on drygore maces, or 3/4 damage with abilities? In short, don't add details that will be changed later anyway, for balance reasons or otherwise. It's not worth the effort. I wouldn't go more detailed than the following: Things you can boost/reduce: [hide] Min hit.Max hit.Min accuracy.Max accuracy.Min defence.Max defence.Crit chance.Crit damage.Min damage reduction.Max damage reduction.Attack range.Attack speed (currently the same as attack damage, mind).Adrenaline gain.Max health.Number of targets per attack.Healing from food, abilities etc.Knockback distance (always zero at the moment).Stun duration (always zero except for designated abilities).Poison, disease, resonance, reflect etcetera.Passive buff to surrounding allies, options include all the above.Debuff to target or surrounding enemies, options include all the above.[/hide] Each ability will have a positive effect (obviously) and sometimes a negative as well. It would be good to have abilities that encourage certain roles (tank, dps, slayer, hybrid, single-style) but also some things that aren't roles yet perhaps, and some PVP things. There is no need to have different abilities for ranged, magic and melee - weapon type will take care of that. If I can Snipe with a crossbow, I can Snipe with a magic attack. It should be said that a complete overhaul of the combat system would be better, and that stances would be better in such an overhauled system as well.

Behind the Scenes- December
It would be interesting to have more Momentum-like abilities, with permanent benefits. Maybe Bandos has +5% melee damage whereas Armadyl has +1 attack range with ranged/magic.

Barbarian Assault Horn
You don't have to fully charge a horn anymore, I believe, just claim the xp when you're done. The bonus xp works as pendants did, or fallen stars, things like that. I believe the BA stances stay until you lobby.

Behind the Scenes- December
Doesn't look like a very interesting month, in my opinion. Holiday event is the usual, the festive aura is just cheap bonus xp, there's going to be lots of SoF/Solomon's updates, tradable rares (!?), the new slayer monster is going to be annoying to hunt, not worth it for xp and the gloves will degrade to dust. The only thing worth looking forward to is the world event, and that only for the rewards, because Divination sucks so bad. So basically, the updates this month are RWT, holiday, temporary rewards for the people who play *now* and one new slayer monster. We're not getting crucial reworks for skills, monsters, EoC, equipment, quests or whatever. Well, more time to afk at Castle Wars I suppose. Trimming truly becomes reachable for everyone if no content and free xp keep coming.

Thanks :). Since I got this mask of the abyss (a week or two ago), I'm now doing abyss on task with slayer challenges each day (cause free spins etc.). Got a triskellion piece today, my first ever :P. Edit: 16m rc, also 14m slay upcoming. 200k+ rc today.

Evolution of PVP combat!
No bank is in the Wilderness proper, but a lot of minigames have banks very close, in safe areas, or else do not require items - SC, Clan Wars, FoG, Mage Arena. Essentially, putting the minigames back into the Wilderness only adds a couple of additional safespots, nobody would be carrying items through the wilderness. That doesn't mean adding them back is useless, it just means that it won't improve PvP at all.

war priest, or elite void?
I think void is 10% accuracy and 5% damage (wiki claims this).

Good armour and weapon for slayer
Chaotics last much longer than 10 hours and the dps boost is pretty noticeable. Recharging with tokens is a good option as well. It may not be worth getting 90+ dungeoneering to get those weapons for slayer only, but they have other uses and dungeoneering is worth training for other reasons (max, comp, for fun, for 99 etc.).

Slayer / Bossing Questions
Try this. I'm guessing you want to avoid strykewyrms (except ice) and spiritual mages and such.
-
war priest, or elite void?
Void's no good for slayer of course, war-priest is okay, but GWD armours are better.
-
war priest, or elite void?
I don't think you're going to be able to do any of those bosses well in void, save kbd and kq. Kbd because he's a whimp, kq because her attacks ignore defence anyway. For QBD, stick with Bandos or Torva, for KK also, for corp stick with Tetsu (if soloing) or also Bandos/Torva.
