  1. But swift gloves are only a tiny dps boost, I'm sure void deflector w/ goliaths and tribriding is better dps than ganodermic+Armadyl+Bandos and swift+goliath+helmet scrolls. Its defence is (too) low. Plus I'm not convinced another switch is really worth it.
  2. There's no crossbow in that picture?
  3. Not really imo, if you want ranged dps you should just use void or rigour or something.
  4. Go to "My Settings" (click "Signed in as..." and set your signature to contain your stat sig + whatever text you want :).
  5. This basically, idm talking to randoms at all. My list is nearly full so I have to clean it pretty often, but most people only say 'hi' when we're at the GE together or something.
  6. Make a stat signature here. Nothing compares to chinning skeletons for ranged xp, but you can hunt any kind of dragon with cannon + ranged and profit/break-even along with 100k ranged xp/hr.
  7. There's a theory that skilling auras are a percent point boost to success rate rather than a percent boost. E.g. if you have 50% chance to catch a fish/chop a log/mine an ore, the aura would increase that to 57%, not to 50 + 0.5*7 = 53.5%. For rocktails, where the catch rate is a lousy 10%, the aura would increase xp rates to very high levels (to the point of being worth it for pure xp, and 500k profit per hour to boot). I haven't seen any data to prove or disprove this, but Dragonseance says his data supports it, iirc. Jack of Trades is great for those slow skills but is not useful past w/e your xp goal is, so if you were intending to play a great deal past your xp goal (max) you might want to get something else. Greater/Master greenfingers makes 50-100k gp per farm run you do (doing torstol over snaps).
  8. EoE is more a group of friends than a clan you can join, afaik. So unless you're friends with an EoE member, it's not an option.
  9. I haven't noticed this. It could be true, but until Jagex confirms it I'd assume it doesn't matter.
  10. Zero. You can hop between games on different worlds too, iirc.
  11. Thanks :). Got to bring melee next time as well, might speed up waves 1-9 up enough as well, saving prayer/health. Perhaps a bcp switch along with acp for the ranged defence, not sure.
  12. It's 100% certainly 7 speed on accurate right now, which means 6 tick rapid. The speed is listed as 'extremely slow' which is the same as Dharok's greataxe (standard - 4, slow - 5, very slow - 6, extremely slow - 7 ticks). I don't know when it got changed.
  13. A lot of the armour looks unusable, which is a bit sad. Vanguard looks great and it's not all that unrealistically spiky, but most of the melee gear has ridiculous shoulder piecs (Torva included).
  14. You'll have to quote the post and remove w/e you don't like in the editor :).
  15. The tip.it guide covers spots in three categories: low, medium and high-end. You should pick the first spot, it's very easy to use and requires no special skill since there's only one demon there anyway. I'm pretty sure ganodermic w/ polypore + whip is faster kills but it's also a little more expensive setup because you really need mage's book/infinity boots etc. to boost your mage accuracy. Either way I recommend starting with black dragonhide for easier switches. Hand cannon got stealth-nerfed and is now 1 speed slower, so use Karil's crossbow instead (maybe chaotic/zaryte... you can pull a 4-switch to use void deflector w/ acp and void defender at the same time). You should be switching between piety and eagle eye, even when you do get turmoil you won't really get faster kills with it.
  16. Steel titan, ranged switches only. Which leaves space for 9? brew flasks or so + eee... should be enough. Next time I'm actually reading a guide on where to stand for wave 26 and 27 because I messed up badly there >.>.
  17. Torstols are good, 8.5 sounds a bit unlucky, but without greenfingers I believe snaps are better still.
  18. Tormented demons & God Wars are better with uni, dagganoth kings as well, glacors are mainly easier/safer/more afk, Fight Kiln is easier.
  19. Right, conservation of energy's been on the decline as well :(. Died at wave 28 of the Kiln, nearly out of brews so wouldn't have made it anyway. Steel titan is a lot nicer to use than yak. Messed up a lot at Jad #2. Got grave digger straight after, Jagex needs to stop randoms from happening the moment you lose the Kiln :wall: :wall: but they're just that stupid, eh? Everybody loves to wake up in a graveyard after they died, for no apparent reason other than Jagex not being able to take care of bots without hurting gameplay. Also, titan AI could do with an improvement, they'll actually ignore orders at times...

Artisan's is very afk, about 1 click per minute I guess, but I still recommend following the dwarf's instructions for 10% bonus xp (1 click per minute extra).
  21. Vampire juvinates are immune to a steel titan's melee attack, but not its ranged or magic attacks. So if you time it right it can kill about half each encounter.
  22. Herbs only, and no I don't think so because idc about xp, and I hate ivy :(.
  23. Of course torstols, <3 them :D. Forgot to mention I hit 19m farming a few days ago. Going to hit 20m before Livid is done, lol.
