I'd recommend ranging them in melee range, luring into the cannon. Use the setup Sinkhan outlined, with ccb/bane bolts, rigour, protect melee, superantifire, extreme ranged potions or overloads. The best spot is in the evil chicken's lair, in the narrow passage between the central rock and the west wall.

Define 'within Jagex rules'. It could be considered under 'encouraging rulebreaking', making it more likely that the host will item scam (which would be an offence by the person giving the money, not recieving). I think the reason it's frowned upon is the same reason we do not allow advertisements of dicing on Tip.It, that is, it's far too likely to be a scam.

There is an item called the dice bag (bought from Faruq near the Al Kharid silk trader). It allows you to roll various kinds of dice to play games with. Basically, most dicing goes as follows: Host advertises 55x2, 60x2 or some other number (53-60 range)x2. Person joins the advertised friends chat. Person gives host a bet. Host rolls two 10-sided dice, result appears in friends chat. If result is over the advertised number, the host gives the person twice their bet. If the result is lower, the host keeps the bet. I'm not sure what happens when it's exactly the number advertised, the host probably wins. The above strategy is considered trust trading, so it's technically against jagex rules and player moderators will lose their crown if they are found advertising. It's legal to simply roll the dice and have either host or person pay up accordingly, but it means you have to trust whoever you're playing with, and dice hosts mainly depend on random passing noobs who don't realize that you always lose money. To refer to your question, it can be considered a scam even if the host pays out.

Glacors are great as mentioned, I've heard 1/7.5 for shards with ROW, I don't know if Deacon used one but if he did that's 21 effigies in 1500 kills, about 1/70.

I think your best bet would be 60 attack w/ highest possible strength or 80 attack w/ highest possible strength, but if you keep your strength at 90 then keep attack at 60.

Shards are worth around 80 Armadyl runes each, ~240k at today's prices. Use a ring of wealth (switch at least).

So there's no way to beat the gravecreeper quickly without suiciding until the glitch is fixed? You can fight gc as normal, just pays off to do maybe a little more prep so you have more margin for error, so melee pots, ragers etc. Then just deal as much damage as possible so he dies faster so you take less damage & he won't spec as much so you won't have to walk as much.

Definitely use a handcannon at your firemaking level. Try getting extreme range pots (one more herblore level +5 stew) and use eagle eye or rigour instead of leech ranged.

You can bank untradeable items perfectly well, just not unbankable items, which is kinda obvious. The scroll is simply click special move > click item, like casting alchemy or enchant. Item leaves inventory & appears in bank. Only 1 item of a stack is banked.

Wines to 94 cooking for sure. If you're poor, switch to rocktail w/ gauntlets, you shouldn't burn any and profit. Use urns. If you're not poor, wines to 99.

Fastest kills: Virtus, arcane, abs, ragefire, arcstream and such with Storm of Armadyl, overloads, yak, ss flashing, pray range. Melee kills off-task: void melee w/ defender, prot melee, ss flash, yak.
