Magic Training
Superheating gold at Soul Wars, using goldsmithing gauntlets, a fire staff, nature runes: 104k smithing and 92k magic xp per hour, costing you just under 500k gp per hour. I think that's pretty shiny :D.

Regarding fire capes...
Risky... only if your connection is bad. That goes for harder, too.
-
Nomad
A unicorn would not be as good I think. You can borrow a pair of claws, too.
-
Prayer - Summoning
Get a unicorn and go tds for prayer. Continue farming while getting a chaotic maul, rigour and possbily a void set (if you don't already have it).
-
Finishing range
Slayer > cave crawlers = frost dragons > chinning for finishining ranged imo. But if you want to chin I suggest this and this.
-
Nomad
Melee in void, deflector or defender doesn't matter very much I think, rest of the gear is perfect. Use one overload, a few super restores (maybe 10) and the rest brews, claws for specials. Kyatt after tortoise, if you think you will have enough brews you could bring 2-3 special recovers to help your claws.

Solo Zammy
The very best would be to 'borrow' a divine but that's out of the question I suppose. After that I'd highly recommend buying a dfs like Green suggests, let's not forget the +7 strength. I'd say you should use barrows instead of bandos, as you should get hit quite a bit less (unless you got divine I think).
-
Regarding fire capes...
Melee has higher dps. Provided your prayer level isn't too low, and you got EE, you won't have a problem at all (I'd say you can probably do it without EE as well). Main issue with meleeing is that you can't lure the 90s very well, but they die really fast anyway.

Magic Training
String jewellery requires 82 magic ;). Try cursing or hunter kits. Solo Bandos is medium-good cash at the best of times, but if you don't have 80 magic yet I'll assume your prayer level isn't much higher, or your herblore, or summoning.

How long till 85 dung from 71?
Eh, count on 30 min larges @ 50k xp each, and you need ~1.3m xp? That's 100k xp/hr, say one week.

Need advice on skills
You're at 52/2 combat levels from ranged and 70/3 from melee, that is, pretty much equal in melee/ranged basedness. I'd say, go on with 45 attack (if f2p) or 60 attack (if p2p) with up to 99 strength and level up ranged and magic to be equal to your melee levels.
-
Regarding fire capes...
You do have the levels to melee, phah. Don't let anybody tell you otherwise. Though it won't be as easy to melee Jad & you do not have the prayer/herblore levels to bring enough switches, so maybe ranged would work better convenience-wise. I'd recommend getting either 80 attack & strength and 70 prayer or 80 ranged & defence and 70 prayer. You won't be wearing a top with a lot of ranged defence when ranging, hence the higher defence level. Basically, use tank ranged gear (Verac's helmet & skirt, fury, ranger's boots, acp, barrows gloves, alerter, rune crossbow, dfs/eeks/bss, archer's ring) or tank melee gear (same as before but with whip/rapier & bcp).

Another summoning thread...
Cannoning black demons is great because of effigies. If you don't open them yourself you lose out on a lot of xp. Assuming you want to max out someday and you open your effigies with stats below 99, an hour of black demons is about half an hour of barraging rock lobsters charm-wise + 2/3rds of an effigy worth over an hour of skilling (Zarfot calculated effigies to be worth 96 minutes each however that was before urns & assuming a maxed character). So it rather depends on what you want to get, skill xp and summoning xp or just summoning xp. Barraging can train your magic & defence to 99 while black demons would train your ranged which is already 99, so barraging probably is the way to go. For effigies you'd need to train your farming to 93 (as you already have 99 fishing), firemaking to 92 (again, you have 99 cooking), woodcutting to 92 (99 fletching), crafting or agility and thieving or construction and smithing or mining to 92, herblore to 92 or hunter to 89, and summoning to 97.

Training Melee
Get a chaotic rapier. Consider it a break from slayer. Then slay. Dungeoneering gets you strength xp too.
-
What to do next?
^Above is good. Slayer will get you max melees & charms for a unicorn at least I'd say, so do that first. Sell your dfs for a fury. [hide] The base slayer gear is as follows (alternatives in brackets): [For all slayer monsters except those mentioned under other weapons] Chaotic rapier (whip) Bandos body + legs (Verac's skirt with either fighter torso or proselyte top) [Depending on prayer/accuracy needs] Fire cape/Soul Wars cape/Ardougne cloak 3 Barrows gloves (your best rfd gloves, at least rune) Dragon boots (rune boots) Amulet of fury (glory) Dragon defender (rune defender) Berserker ring (i)/ferocious ring if slaying in Kuradal's Dungeon (berserker ring, warrior ring) [Most important] Full slayer helmet. [For magic defence on waterfiends/aquanites] Karil's top and elite void skirt (black dragonhide body and chaps) [Crush attacks to use on waterfiends] Chaotic maul (Saradomin sword, Zamorakian spear) [stab attacks for higher-levelled dragons, when not using rapier] Korasi's sword (Zamorakian spear, leaf-bladed sword) Task-specific items such as mirror shields, antifire shields/potions, elemental shields, rock hammers, crystal chimes Cannon (optional, up to personal preference) Slayer setups generally emphasise strength bonus, which increases the average damage of each succesful hit (slayer monsters usually having rather low defence, hitting is not a problem). Secondly, prayer bonus is important to keep the cost of prayer potions down (as you slay with piety on, to increase the speed of your kills. This is cost-effective and highly recommended). As a rule of thumb, +15 prayer bonus or above is good, but don't overdo it (anything above +25 is a waste). Defence and accuracy bonus are usually not fretted over (any defence bonus over 200 will do; if you get hit too often you should be using a protection prayer). Dagganoth, black demon, lesser demon, hellhound, bloodveld and spectre tasks should be cannoned, as it dramatically increases xp rates (although it costs a bit). Some notes on gear: You'll want a fury and a berserker ring before you get bandos plate, and get that before tassets. You'll want accuracy bonus on higher-levelled dragons; if using stab attacks (which you should) you can use the Ardougne cloak 3 which provides you with +6 stab and +6 prayer bonus. Torso + sw cape and fire cape + proselyte are common cheap top/cape combinations; the former is better. Some levels to get for slayer (in approximate order but I'm not sure on the summoning): 68 summoning - bunyip 81 dungeoneering (you need 2 million xp, which takes you to level 80, but allowing some tokens for the scroll of life) - rapier 89 herblore (85 with a +4 stew boost) - extreme potions, superantifires 95 prayer - turmoil and soul split 88 summoning - unicorn 96 herblore (91 with a +5 stew boost) - overload 99 summoning - steel titan I'm sure I missed something but this is most of it. [/hide] You can max magic by using smoke barrage (extreme mage pot boosts by 7, I'd use those) until you can ice barrage, all on lobsters once they are fixed. Tormented demons are great for cash and effigies, so if you intend to boost your noncombats a bit you should definitely unlock them. Don't forget WGS offers a 400k xp reward you can use on prayer or herblore or summoning (you need level 65+ first though).

DK profits
Overloads save a ton of space and help out a lot with maging, so yeah they are quite worth it. You need an arcane stream to mage, really. Any chaotics are also a huge asset. But like wkw said, at your levels you can't do a 2.5 brid as well. You should look at this but add arcstream/cr. Might want to use EEE over dds as well, works as an ovl timer (check the special bar on your sol, rapier doesn't have a spec unfortunately).

Gravite 2h Degradation?
LSD had a theory that a chaotic weapon lasts for 10 hours @ 6k ticks per hour for a total of 60k ticks, and each hit you do and each hit you take degrade the weapon by one tick. Or something like that. Possibly it also takes into account the speed of a weapon.

what should i trian?
Aren't prayer urns f2p? If the OP is f2p, I reckon the plan is pretty good, training controlled.

Training runecrafting
Strange rocks are great as well, as you are on lunars, humidify one of each empty container (if you keep a stack of empty ones) or empty one of each (if you keep both, then... well nvm).

Numerous questions, in one kinda.
Farming while dungeoneering is good, but of course instead of maxing melees you could do some semirandom skilling to get, say, effigy stats or elite diaries done. Two thirds of an effigy's xp is from opening it and is lost if you have it assisted after all. The way I see it, 99 farming will get you turm + ovl and you just got to fill the time in between :P.

Spectral vs Eagle eye kite
Spectral is probably better at Kree'arra due to the low prayer bonus of armadyl + fury & prayer being quite crucial there. Spectral is also better for Graardor and probably quite good for Kril as well.

Hunter/Jadinkos
7th search result for jadinko, approx.

summoning
The summoning spreadsheet can be slow or even fail to load due to the large number of items involved, but yeah it's pretty good :P. Generally, summoning is based on making pouches (this gets you xp). To make a pouch you need to bring the right ingredients to a summoning obelisk. The right ingredients for a pouch are: one charm (colour depending on what pouch you make), one empty pouch, a certain number of spirit shards (25 gp each, buyable in large bulk, mainly used to make summoning more expensive) and a secondary ingredient. This secondary ingredient can be bought or gathered. Example secondary ingredients are wolf bones for spirit wolves, chunks of granite for granite lobsters, fire talismans for fire titans and raw bird meat for spirit terrorbirds.

Luring
It's harder to lure than it was, as there is now the wilderness ditch (click to get across). But there's all kinds of scams around, one involving the lava titan (which has a teleport to the wilderness).

Combat familiars
^Spirit dagganoth is better than swamp titan as it wastes a LOT less time moving towards your target. Granted that was before running familars, but still. Also the lava titan isn't very good at all afaik.
