a question about set up
Let it go Losing, amitoz doesn't know what exponential is. OT: Full bandos + sw cape has 6 str 14 prayer (not counting other gear pieces) whereas proselyte + fire cape has 1 attack 4 str 15 prayer. Bandos + fire cape has 1 attack 10 str 4 prayer. 2 str > 1 attack 1 prayer, and the added defence is convenient especially at hellhounds, iron dragons, steel dragons etcerea, as it allows you to tank them, which saves more prayer than the 1 pray bonus every could. Generally, when using protect prayer + turmoil/piety on low-defence stuff (frosts) or at places that are slow to get to (DKS, GWD) you should use a soul wars cape. If a place is fast to get to (nearly every slayer task), you should use a fire cape. If a task has very high defence and you are using a protect prayer, use ardougne cloak 3.

Stats?
^you're just trying to give bad advice, aren't you? Torso isn't worth it UNLESS you intend to never cannon to 99 slayer (which is silly) or never ever get bcp, not even in 30m slayer xp (also, silly).
-
Eh getting 99 skill like impossible for me?
Effigy skills are in this case skills used to open effigies, as you might have inferred from the 'celebrate effigy stages' part of my post.

What stats for gwd?
Both of you need to stop arguing <_<. Amitoz, you're not really the person to comment on others' advice, considering your own posts. OT: overload and turmoil > max melees big time. Don't go for max melees first, rather, get turmoil to get max melees faster. Just farm & skill for good totals (skilling isn't affected by big expensive stuff like turmoil/overload).
-
So what do i do now?
If things start crashing, you will not always be able to rely on Grimy's sheets (as they take time to update & Grimy's google docs is overloaded) so you got to do gp/xp calcs yourself, and get current readings of the GE. That's basically all, moneymaking hasn't changed (frosts are good, tds, dks, Nex is best).

Are these items worth buying?
Do not do too much dungeoneering, just unlock all complexities and then leave it. Use Tears of Guthix to train it, and penguin points if you can afford to miss them, and some random xp lamps you might get (achievement diaries etc.). At level 50, c1 all floors you haven't done yet and reset. Then hop into DGS/Dung Smith and ask for someone to make you the gear you need. In your case, that is a katagon 2h sword and platebody, do a regular floor 25 large or something and it shouldn't take much trouble (with 90+ melees people get katagon gear off the starting tables). Once you get a surgebox drop, switch to an empowered fire staff with 125 surges bound (get 95 magic for this). You should also bind a shadow silk hood once you find one. Until you get a hood, I think you'd be better off with a melee weapon or mage top (not a melee top) if you already got the staff + surgebox. Since you need 70 rc for a surgebox you got some work to do.

traditional smithing vs. artistians workshop
I'm not sure but I think superheating mithril would be ok/good if you bought the ores. However taking into account that it is terrible mining xp I'd go for iron.

F16 Dungeoneering in F2P?
Floor 16 requires level 31? That's what the in-game skill guide claims anyway. I'm not sure why you wouldn't be able to access the floor.

row
This. The rare drop table got updated, so the ring of wealth no longer improves the chances of a bunch of 60k items (shield half, dragonstone, dragon spear) but a bunch of valuable items (2k yew logs, 5k coal, battlestaves, noted torstol and snapdragon).

Tormented demons efficiency
I'd use EE as your titan probably can't keep up (it couldn't when I used it, then again I wasn't experienced at all). A deflector is definitely worth getting. Ideally you would get a unicorn but that's quite a long way still, so if you get a good bit of cash you could go for overloads. Possibly turmoil is better, but only if you can soul split flash on the demons (to compensate for not having a unicorn). As for kill rates, you need a steel titan to get the max rates (45/hr or more perhaps) but you can get 40ish or more with a unicorn and that is much more relaxed.

Lev Mod?
Last I heard you don't need to kill every monster to get the full 10% level mod, only 90% or so.
-
Stats?
Work on a bunyip, chaotic rapier, piety, and work on slayer. Farming is indeed good to cover a streak of no-loot tasks and to purchase better gear. I'd go for at least Verac's skirt and a slayer helmet and dragon boots for now.

New Pure
That pure can basically be anything but a summoning tank as it is. You can be a 1 defence pure (ranged, magic, strength, limited attack, limited prayer), a zerker pure (same but with limited defence and possibly high prayer) or a tank of sorts (high defence no strength).

Eh getting 99 skill like impossible for me?
Effigy skills are pretty good to train to 99, as you can set goals of two levels at the time and celebrate the effigy stages. Summoning also has some useful familars at many levels, dungeoneering has new floors. Things like fletching, cooking and firemaking have nearly no useful content, let alone useful content at higher levels, so I wouldn't recommend training them until you need them for maxed total or something. If you get into dungeoneering you may well find that you can get twice the xp to 99 with nearly no effort.

Help with hipness - Coming back to RS
It's only better if you already have one. The time it takes to get a torso is part of using a torso, always. I wouldn't know how many people get torsos but I know plenty of people who simply purchase a Bandos chestplate. As far as I know Zarfot never condensed his guide into one post. I wrote my post independantly, but of course guides tend to be based on the same principles.

15-Mar-2011 - Ring of Wealth, Shanties, Trolls and Dungeoneering
Making herbs cheaper hurts my farming . The ring of wealth should work on special logs, double shark catches etcetera, not on monsters. Combat is profitable enough as it is.

15-Mar-2011 - Ring of Wealth, Shanties, Trolls and Dungeoneering
Adding 1m/hr of random drops to every monster is bad imo. Even adding 500k/hr is bad. Especially if it requires some stupid nearly-free ring with no combat bonusus. I know MA rings are not commonly used, but that's no reason to make them worse than a random enchanted gem.

15-Mar-2011 - Ring of Wealth, Shanties, Trolls and Dungeoneering
You could just take your row in your ivent and switch before the killing blow. Do you have any idea how much trouble that would be at killrates of 150+/hr, not to mention keeping track of killing blows at say black demons? @ post above that: They did? I sure hope so.

15-Mar-2011 - Ring of Wealth, Shanties, Trolls and Dungeoneering
I'm annoyed that my berserker (i) no longer seems to be the best melee ring in the game... those noted torstol drops for example would more than make up for the lower killrate.

Best Crafting method with Gold Bars?
Diamond necklaces are used to make phoenix necklaces so they might be good. Diamond bracelets are to prevent teleblocks?
-
What stats for gwd?
90+ attack, defence, strength, magic, constitution with either turmoil or overloads (if not overloads, at least extremes), unicorn. Chaotic weapon (rapier + defender), dragon claws, fury. That's the lowest I'd go. Then again I don't like GWD much, so I wouldn't go either way.

15-Mar-2011 - Ring of Wealth, Shanties, Trolls and Dungeoneering
That's some list of tweaks :D. Floor timers ftw.
-
Are these items worth buying?
The only prayer upgrade for you would be rigour or soul split, so keep the fury/other gear until you have the tokens.

Recommended FM Level for Handcannon?
Eh, I'd use karil's crossbow even with 99 firemaking, but technically the handcannon is better of course. I'd say at least 90, probably 95 firemaking.
