  1. I keep all my extremes in (3) except about 30 (4) potions in case I need them. You don't really need to keep them in (4) anyway, it won't really save space, only vials.
  2. Highest point in a 300 km radius is about a thousand feet. Also, at current sea levels, over a million people in that radius are below the sea, including the entire airport of Shiphol. Lucky we have GB to stop any tsunamis :P.
  3. Lol @ your sig: found divine, levelled to 98 - none of the other levels show up .
  4. +11 levels on this weekend so far, 80-89 firemaking and 81-83 smithing. Getting a thieving, runecrafting and 2 summoning levels too. What are you doing Jimi :P?
  5. Who uses a unicorn to fight steels... it's much faster to cannon them in Ghorrock, and protect melee is rather convenient there.
  6. I'm locking this due to use/senseless flaming on both sides. Be nice guys.
  7. Well they are neccesary/highly recommended for things like solo corp (3rd swh spec unless you bring a ring of vigour), solo Graardor (crashers), safe pvp (double ks spec), low-supply slayer tasks (especially in Kuradal's dungeon) etc. I also use them to heal together with EEE, when skilling (pyramid plunder) because I got that many anyway. I'd say, make 2k or so, they are pretty useful but 2k lasts a long, long time.
  8. Moved to Website Updates & Corrections - Calculators :).
  9. @ OP: I hope you can conclude that you should just get 99 attack, strength, defence and ranged through slayer :P.
  10. Congratulations :). Now get all stats 70+, good luck :).
  11. Get your stats outside of Daemonheim or you'll be a burden to your team. There is no (good) way to train defence in dungeoneering, for example. Bind a promethium 2h, hood and plate until you get a blood necklace or hexhunter bow. Break the doomcore. If you say you want to be as useful as possible, train to 99 attack and defence and bind primal.
  12. Talk to the guard captain (I think?) and he should take you there, he's in Varrock Castle.
  13. A dagganoth scroll maxes at 180 damage, below a geyser's and wolper's max hit. A talon beast scroll hits up to 240 (3*80) and is magic based, which may be good, but I still think the wolpertinger is just as good.

If you are going to leech strength you should use stick with piety. Less defense of the monster means you hit more accurately and harder. So unless you are facing weak monsters leech defense is better. Extremes are mentioned because they make a huge difference in accuracy and strength. It is part of the strategy. Also, you will not want to have a healing familiar, because otherwise you should just use piety. You want a combat familiar. (Or a Bob for profit). It means that defense suddenly becomes more important. You are getting a 4-fold effect. Hit better, more protection. Being able to use a combat familiar. And use SS for healing. So... leech defense > leech strength. Unless you are facing weak monsters. Leech defence only affects your accuracy, you don't hit harder. Leech strength actually affects your damage & your opponent's damage. So no, leech defence is not better, except possibly on miths but there you would be using a full leech or piety anyway, not just one leech. Extremes make a difference, but they don't affect prayers whatsoever. The stuff about the fourfold effect is just rambling, it applies to any of the leech curses anyway.
  15. I'd say, wilderness to 70 then ape atoll.
  16. If you are getting only 90 crims you are doing something wrong, I'd expect around 120 with that setup, and 75-80k melee xp. Barrage lobsters to 99 mage, cannon black demons for the rest of the charms, start using a yak once you can. You can alternate with some wyverns or ct fiends if you feel like it.
  17. Not really, the good stuff is at level 94 and any other xp can be gained through superheating, ice wyrm tasks etc. As a 99, it's fairly useful up to fairly high levels, but not like summoning where 99 is a step up from 96 or 95, for example.
  18. I think the OP is being mad at himself (and rightly so). Knowing your own stupidity can hurt badly. Still sorry for your loss just cause you are not blaming it on anybody but yourself :).

Eagle eye beats leech ranged big time (unless you are using amulet of zealots on a range-based opponent), rigour even more so. Eagle eye + steel skin beats piety and beats leech ranged + leech attack/defence/magic/strength + soul split imo.
  20. If you get a salve (e) amulet you can get some good xp on any low-defence undead monster (high lp preferred). Be sure to send your strength bonus into the stratosphere.
  21. DKS: unicorn > yak > extremes > overload > chaotic rapier > turmoil - Since you want to yak the bones/hides & all-round offence + healing with brews are important (which requires ovl). Melee offence is not that important, hence turmoil last, though soul split will prolong trips. TDS: unicorn > chaotic maul > extremes > overload > turmoil > yak - A unicorn will heal all damage you take at tds. Other than that you just want to increase your offence. Rigour is probably good to get. GWD: unicorn > chaotic rapier > extremes > overload > turmoil > yak - A unicorn allows healing without lowering stats or taking attack turns. Otherwise you want to increase your offence. Nex: REQUIRES overloads and yak and chaotic crossbow and probably also chaotic rapier and maul - You need the 30 bonus brews & permanent stat boost (especially on fumus) as well as the accuracy. KBD: chaotic rapier > unicorn > turmoil > yak > extremes > overload - The rapier is a huge dps increase over the zspear, and with either a unicorn or turmoil you can stay healed forever. A yak is for bones and hides. KQ: extremes > overload > chaotic maul > unicorn > turmoil > yak - She hits so much that the only way to keep atk/str boosted is through overloads, or you'll lose lots of attack turns to eating. Slayer: chaotic rapier > extremes > turmoil > unicorn > yak > overload - Offence before all. > indicates order to get in (get ... before ...) not greater than. I'm not sure on the order, would like to improve it.
  22. You need various smithing levels for the workshop, at least 70 to be able to use all techniques. And yes, to a degree it's a minigame. It's also the latest update. Daemonheim has no requirements. It's the only place you can train the skill dungeoneering. Dungeoneering is a large skill (400+ items involved iirc) and highly complex. It is variously the most loved and most hated skill in RS (I would dare say, more so than any other skill). In f2p though, it's infinitely worse than in p2p, since you will get a 50% xp penalty at your combat level.
  23. In f2p, just get your strength and ranged up as high as you can, perhaps avoid becoming melee-based. In p2p, max ranged and magic and get 92 prayer, summoning and defence to become a great tank. You can also get max combat (with perhaps 75 defence) which is also rather powerful.

Leech strength > leech defence really. Also, what does using extremes have to do with it?
  25. Nex

I have heard that there is a difference between, say, full Armadyl + unholy book and full Morrigan's + spectral. But yeah soak is useless, I just thought I'd mention it lol.
