What to do for Bonus Xp?
Between firemaking and thieving, firemaking is faster and more expensive. Let's say you are burning 5k magic logs in 4 hours at an average multiplier of 1.6 or doing thieving for those 4 hours. You'll gain ~2.4m xp or ~700k xp. You are now going to get the same amount of xp after the weekend. For thieving, it'll cost you 6.4 hours. To get that firemaking xp will cost you another 1k less magic logs (since you are getting double xp, not 1.6) and you'll save some burning time by that, plus the time it takes to charge the horn for 1.2m xp. So if you can charge the horn for 1.2m xp in less time than it takes to burn 1k logs + the time to make money for those logs, you should do thieving. If you hate BA, do firemaking. You save the same amount of time, plus some gp.

AGS
@ Laura: I should watch you kill those fiends someday, I can get 130/hr and my melees are 9 lower than yours. Also, what Green said. Claws are, on a spec-for-spec basis, only surpassed by Korasi's sword, but you can't spec that twice and it sucks in multi. Also, dds specs could be theoretically better, on someone with -64 defence bonus (lol).

Farming herb runs - most gp/run
You need level 74 hunter for them, but starting at 70 it's possible to obtain seeds and the 74 requirement can be boosted. Also, the most gp/xp run is the run of one dead guam patch that returns a torstol seed. So yeah, be careful what you wish for :P.

Nomad
I'd say you can melee or range as you prefer, melee will likely have higher dps if you get a chaotic rapier, I'm not sure on whip vs. rcbow, the whip is one speed faster of course. Use elite void (deflector) with an Armadyl chestplate and bgs spec. Unfortunately you wouldn't get the void effect on the spec but I don't think it's worth giving up all that inventory space for one spec. Before you start the fight, drop one brew in front of Nomad then equip bgs - it might be the one brew that saves your life.

spirit mages
Proselyte legs + saradomin arrow means you'll have lower magic defence, thus deflecting more, which leads to faster kills :P (that's a joke by the way). Spiritual mages do not drop charms or effigies, and even with a steel titan they are mediocre xp. They are probably the single worst slayer task, or very close.

Ratcatcher quest help please
I'm taking you found this through the search function? The thread is over two years old :P. It's ok to make a new thread if there is no current (week old or so) topic on it. Wait for your kitten to grow into a cat then try again, that's the most painless way. Just have the kitten around when cutting ivy or something and it'll grow in no time.

stardust
There is probably a cc for finding stars, just look on the RSOF or Google, or ask in a busy cc. When one falls, simply go there, mine for xp then turn in the dust.

Soul Split
For maging, curses w/o turmoil are superior. For ranging you give up quite a lot of ranged offence (15-10% level boost) to get healing. For melee, get turmoil. That being said, I would take soul split over piety at wyverns if I had a yak and a few more of those random situations where you'd rather not use a unicorn.

Nex
In small teams, you need to survive and your primary weapon needs a decent dps to push through all stages. In larger teams you can use powerful specials to finish an entire stage in just seconds, which is especially useful on the smoke and blood stages. Void heavily favours offence. The difference between Armadyl and void melee on claw specials is probably 15% or so, possibly even more. But void has no soak and around 50 less magic defence than armadyl.

farming on BXP
Stranger plant familars, also the OP could be expecting another farming level before the weekend. If he said he's doing magics, I'd just assume he is. It should be noted that you do not get xp for some harvests if your level isn't high enough to plant the plants. I'm not sure whether this applied to herbs or trees or both.

Bladewing's Blog of Nolifing
Surprisingly good, didn't expect that. The story isn't even that unrealistic :P.

itam's HC diy'er thread
@ Your MTK question: I'm pretty sure you won't get many useful herbs from MTK, since you are 99 herblore anyway you need only torstol, dwarf weed, lantadyme and avantoe after all. Maples are good for seeds I guess? Since you seem to have a ton of logs. That leaves coal, so yeah support :P.

Most tears gained?
I once got 192 tears iirc, not sure what the record is though.

Hello dudes
Welcome :). Serpent already linked the sticky so I'm locking this.

ape atoll
At your agility level, the wilderness course is probably better xp, but if you insist on ape atoll, use summer pies. Don't eat until you are at very low hp, you take less fail damage if you are at low lp.

Natural Order of Obtaining Levels
@ Whoever said the rapier mostly pays off at higher levels: that's only true for for example Graardor, where the accuracy of a cls has more value at lower attack levels. For slayer, a rapier will be a larger % increase in dps if you do not have a high strength bonus already (bandos, imbued rings, fire cape etc.).
-
Herblore, Farming, and BXP
Farming anything but torstol beyond 85 farming is a waste though, don't bother unless you're hasty. If you can get those 10k pots done at about 2m total xp, you should move onto extremes after the weekend. Make spec recovers, super antifires and extreme attack and strength.
-
What should i start to get?
To add to what Bladewing wrote (which is good advice): you should get a black mask if you are going to slay. Slayer is a pretty fun way to train all-round combat stats.
-
Extreme Potions
I would definitely get extremes if your cashpile supports it but I wouldn't sell a whip, fury, berserker ring, some barrows armour etc. for them. So no, don't get extremes, in my opinion. Work on While Guthix Sleeps, sure (65 herblore) and all stats 60+, that's all stuff you can do on the bonus xp weekend. If you want to increase your combat effectiveness, get a chaotic rapier and make money through farming while doing that, hunting frost dragons once you can.

08-Mar-2011 Artisans Workshop
They could at least double the stats of those ceremonial swords <_<. Also the swords look ridiculous & the cannons look ridiculous. Plus smithing is not cheaper and not really faster either and there is no reason to train it. Ok.

Natural Order of Obtaining Levels
Piety > bunyip > rapier > unicorn > turmoil = extremes > yak/iron > overload > steel imo. Extremes have superantifires, turmoil has soul split.
-
Magic/Smelting Question
Also the gauntlets don't work on the xp weekend, and adamant and runite may profit.
-
Natural Order of Obtaining Levels
Chaotic > unicorn = overloads > turmoil = yak imo, in general. For example at tds a unicorn + chaotic is all you need. For Kree'arra, unicorn and ccbow + extremes. For Nex, Dks, frosts and probably Bandos, a yak is very valueable. For all bosses where you heal with brews (everything but tds, duo+ Kree and solo maging Rex), overloads are very important. In all places you can (sometimes) rely on armour to protect you (DKS, GWD) or where you can ss flash, turmoil is important.

Mithril Dragons
Void deflector, barrows gloves, fury, ardy 3, rapier, dboots, berserker (i). The deflector is for defensive purposes. You can also use Karil's + Neitiznot and ddefender which is more relaxed but slower.
