It may be a (very) good spot to cannon them for slayer xp and effigies but there is not much testing on the subject.

For mining, it's a chance per hit to get an ore. For lower ores this is close to 100%, for higher ores it's much more dependant on your pickaxe and levels, but even so you can't entirely outmine someone. For woodcutting, it's a chance per hit to drop the tree, so more people at a tree will drop it faster. For fishing, it's a chance per 5 ticks to get a fish.

There is no way to do that. That is, no human way. You could play pest control, conquest or soul wars, but they all max at 30k xp/hr (if that) so you will likely get bored and spend the money anyway.

Item-wise I would like to see a polearm (glaive, naginata, ashandarei (bonus points if you know what that is)). We currently only have spears (which mostly suck) and halberds (which entirely suck).

You can buy afros at 50 gp each, there's like 20 colours. I also fill one each of water containers I might have etc.

The cut-eat method is upwards of 100k xp/hr with urns, but I'm not sure how much 10 fishing levels will affect the xp rates. Urns are a 20% xp increase, so you can use any old xp rates and add 20% (and adjust for additional banking, if applicable, but that should be very minor).

Farming cape goes with divine and bandos :thumbup:.

You can go to Taverly, world hop until you find someone with a cannon who is not banking their ashes, then loot the ashes :P. Mort myre fungus is good, farming herbs is good. I don't know your farming level, but if it's 33+, you should buy some ranarr seeds and farm them.

I'd certainly recommend getting an Armadyl chestplate (not sure how much, 13m or so?) and selling it once you are done. Borrow a pair of ranger's boots. You could also get a blessed spirit shield for some more defence. Melee is better :P.

Find a nice undead monster with fairly low defence and kill them in void + salve (e), using either protect prayers or a little food/bunyip (void spinner in your case I guess). Use boost prayers and potions. If you value slayer xp you should slay, but as Losing Games implied, there is always a single monster better than slayer for your needs, in casu LRC/azs/monkey skeletons.

Turmoil is better than extremes. If you look at the difference (for a maxed person, in this case) it's 118 atk/str/def + 30%-33%-30% or 125 + 20%-23%-25%. That works out to effective levels of 153 - 157 - 153 versus effective levels of 150 - 154 - 156. Turmoil also has a lower drain rate than piety, comes with soul split and deflect curses, and a high prayer level means more prayer points per dose of prayer potion. So turmoil saves a LOT of inventory space, allows the use of offensive specs on slayer tasks, allows the use of a yak/tort over a unicorn/bunyip etc. whereas extremes only increase dps by a bit. Add to that that turmoil works in dungeoneering and the wilderness, and we have a winner. Turmoil costs a lot more than extremes of course especially with the bonus xp weekend.

I'd tend to agree with this, though imo turmoil > extremes, so if you suddenly get a big drop (like, sigil/nex drop) I'd get prayer first. Extremes are just much cheaper to get. Just because extremes are cheaper that doesn't mean you should get turmoil first. In fact, the opposite would apply, plus the fact that extremes are more beneficial. Also, who is nexing or corping that doesn't already have extremes or turmoil? What? I said that turmoil is better than extremes (which is true, according to most people). I also said that extremes are cheaper to get. What I mean by this is that if you gather cash at a rate of, say, 2m/day, you should get extremes after three weeks or so, which would then increase your gp/day to 2.1m or so. Next up would be turmoil etc. However if you got a huge drop after three weeks, and you suddenly have the money to get extremes + 100m OR turmoil, I'd go for turmoil no doubt. As for your final point, that's quite true, and I only mentioned it to show it is unlikely to happen (but it could happen).

I want a monster like black demons, but with less health, a magic attack and only dropping accursed ashes, being in a densely populated (single or multi, I don't care) not very accessable dungeon requiring 70 slayer to kill, but each slayer level beyond that adds +1 to your hits (like a ferocious ring), and the default is -10 damage (so at level 80 you lose/gain no damage). Eh, in general I'd like something like Waterbirth Island but with a slayer requirement.

It wouldn't be hard, people would be selling them at that moment to make more profit. You will have to overpay.

Eh the wiki is not correct on this one. It's not great slayer xp, that's 50k+. Mediocre xp is around 40k, low xp is around 30k. Also, having high lp and low defence does not automatically mean great xp, let alone great drops. If anything, high lp means worse drops.

You can make any random potion, but generally you want something both fast and cheap. Which doesn't exist. So you can go expensive and fast - brews. Or cheap and slow - prayer potions, super attacks etc.

A ranged tank is meh - a good range/mage hybrid with divine is extremely powerful. For a good magic offence you need desert treasure. So yeah, death plateau. And since there really is no return after gaining 15 attack levels, it's perhaps worth posting. Now can we quit talking about this?

Secondly, prayer bonus is important to keep the cost of prayer potions down (as you slay with piety on, to increase the speed of your kills. This is cost-effective and highly recommended). As a rule of thumb, +15 prayer bonus or above is good, but don't overdo it (anything above +25 is a waste). Defence and accuracy bonus are usually not fretted over (any defence bonus over 200 will do; if you get hit too often you should be using a protection prayer). Dagganoth, black demon, lesser demon, hellhound, bloodveld and spectre tasks should be cannoned, as it dramatically increases xp rates (although it costs a bit). Some notes on gear: You'll want a fury and a berserker ring before you get bandos plate, and get that before tassets. You'll want accuracy bonus on higher-levelled dragons; if using stab attacks (which you should) you can use the Ardougne cloak 3 which provides you with +6 stab and +6 prayer bonus. Torso + sw cape and fire cape + proselyte are common cheap top/cape combinations; the former is better. Some levels to get for slayer (in approximate order but I'm not sure on the summoning): 68 summoning - bunyip 81 dungeoneering (you need 2 million xp, which takes you to level 80, but allowing some tokens for the scroll of life) - rapier 89 herblore (85 with a +4 stew boost) - extreme potions, superantifires 95 prayer - turmoil and soul split 88 summoning - unicorn 96 herblore (91 with a +5 stew boost) - overload 99 summoning - steel titan I'm sure I missed something but this is most of it. LitterBug is correct that black mask > Neitiznot. For now, get whip, v skirt, mask, proselyte plate, d boots, glory, barrows gloves, dragon defender, sw cape, berserker ring, cannon, cannonballs, pray pots and 70 prayer.
