Overpowered equipment
Just saying, but getting 85 slayer without using a whip is gonna be a very long road. The whip just absolutely trounces the d long and d scim in DPS. Good luck with that, I would have ended up in the hospital for repeated facedesking........lol

C rapier vs C longsword
Hahaha epic. And I would go with the Long also, just because I don't believe that the rapier is gonna be as awesome as people say it will be.

Herblore
you can add seconds to unf potions at about 1800 potions an hour. Making the unf goes about twice as fast, so thats about an hour to make the unf pots, and about an 2 hours to add the seconds. So you would need to be able to make 700k an hour roughly to make up the difference

Ffs slayer again
I have a zs without 85 herblore. I use it for other tasks, like gargoyles, and waterfiends. Both are weak to crush attacks, and zs pretty much owns for that. I am in the process of getting 85 herby, so once I get that, it will be even more usuful :) I wouldn't risk merching if you do not understand how to. Perhaps read some guides, and only risk like 10m, not all 33m. Atm, I have 22m cash in my bank, and plenty of other gear, and im just leaving it sit.

ring of wealth

Herblore
You cannot use the untradable potions on pvp worlds for this very reason. Apparently jagex didn't want herblore to become a "combat stat" or something so 3 days after they came out with the new pots, they removed them from pvp. Edit: And sara brews are expensive.

Combat training?
no slayer? :-( You're just getting to the good part. Since you don't want to do slayer, AZs are pretty good. I'm not sure how much money you have, but dharoking at ape atoll on zombie monkeys is pretty fast xp also.

give him a treadmill. Make him run 20 miles a day, then see how long he lasts.

Caffeine!
Hands down coffee is the winner for me. As for energy drinks, Monster Assualt is amazing, and Amp (red or green) is awesome also. I also love mountian dew, all flavors except the new one called Distortion.

Jagex: The Mother of the Noobs
It's cool :) I am kind of in agreement with you about that also, they do baby players quite a bit.

Level 3 member low skills needing help
If you want to be a obby mauler, then what most people do is use mage and range to get their slayer lvl to 55. This unlocks the slayer staff, which requires just 1 attack to wield, but you need 55 slayer. It is a decent weapont to use for lower levels, it is fast and has decent bonuses.

Drags
Mage pray only works on regular dragonfire. It does not work against the ranged breath that brutals and metals have. If you stand next to a brutal or metal, the mage prayer will protect you from the dragon fire. Mage prayer also has the same effect as the Anti-dragonbreath shield. It reduces damage by the same amount, just doesn't work against ranged dragonbreath

Jagex: The Mother of the Noobs
Oh, I didn't realize making a post with superb grammar, spelling, punctuation, and a good show of reasons and (some) logic was whining. If you put a credit card in to buy Runescape money on a non official site (i.e. Jagex does not sell gold) you also deserve to get your credit card stolen. I am not saying you do not. I am saying that it was happening, and that is why Jagex removed everything you posted about. Jagex could care less if a few nooby players got lured, or scammed. But people were stealing credit card numbers, and perhaps using them to buy memberships for their multiple bots, and then defaulting on the payments because the card got canceled. Thus, jagex was losing money from memberships. Also, the fact that if you lost your credit card number while trying to buy runescape gp is reason enough to start a lawsuit. I am not saying this is right, or anything like that. Sueing a company because you were trying to break their rules and got scammed is ridiculous, and should be laughed out every lawyers office. But it isn't, it is something that was a risk to Jagex. When you can win a lawsuit against the state for installing guard rails that do not "guard" your car and keep it on the road when you hit the guard rail at 40 mph dead on, pretty much anything is possible. (they are now called guide rails btw) Same thing with sueing mcdonalds because you spilled coffee on yourself, or sueing the homeowner who shot you when you were attempting to burglarize his house at night. These should never have happened, but they all did, and they all were won. Therefore, Jagex was at risk of getting embroiled in a lawsuit cause some stupid noob lost their credit cards trying to break the rules. (yes they deserved it) Jagex didn't want to have to waste time and money fighting lawsuit after lawsuit. They also wanted their players to play the game, not just buy money from a gp seller and then after a few months get bored because they have finished buying everything in the game. I actually posted a response to this because you had good grammar, spelling, punctuation. If you hadn't, I would simply have told you to shut up and to back to the RSOF. The reasons you gave for the RWT fixes Jagex instituted in 2007 were incorrect. Because of this, I naturally assumed that you were just complaining, and avoiding the actual reason for these fixes. You're also posting in the rants forum, what does anyone else do in here but whine and complain about things they do not like.

Exp change for combat
Exactly, I want to open up more training spots Then go to any other place on rs and kill monsters. Bandits are horrible xp, they just allow you to afk. Doing anything that you suggested would still require that you actually pay attention to the game. And if you are paying attention, then there is no reason at all for you to be at bandits. Might as well go and kill guards in fally/varrock/ardy for the same xp per hour. Or go do something much better like slayer, and pay attention to killing those monsters, and make money, and get much better xp then bandits.

Jagex: The Mother of the Noobs
You kind of missed the point here. All this stuff you mentioned was put in to prevent the bald guys with green pants from trading legit players raw materials worth millions and millions. All your reasons are ridiculous. Yes, some things you said may have been true, but the real fact was there were gp sellers just selling gold to anyone, and then there were false gp sellers just stealing peoples credit card numbers when these people tried to buy gp for real money. Removal of trade limits, and the wilderness, and staking (you missed whining about that one) prevented people from transfering massive amounts of wealth to other people. Last time I went to cut yews, or pick flax, or mine pure essense, I was blissfully alone and actually able to get some materials, instead of everything disappearing instantly to hordes of bots. To borrow from what you said, it takes a special kind of stupidity to post what you just posted.

3rd Age/Spirit shields/Phats Discussion
No, the split is based on min and they're put in the ge on mid. If they are sold on ge then how come its so hard to buy an ely or divine sigil? Anything CSd would be sold so you would just have to keep your offer updated to the current price.

3rd Age/Spirit shields/Phats Discussion
i thought that CSd items were converted into cash on the spot, and were never sold in ge. This would cause pretty huge inflation, so it seems on par with todays economy.
