When you're stuck permanently in the friend zone with a girl you like, and she continually cries on your shoulder while wading through a quagmire of idiots and douchebags while lamenting "why can't I find a nice guy?". I forget which comedian said this, but "there are nice guys. We're the ones you complain to about the [wagon] you're dating!".

Like I said, it's a touchy subject. But not everyone realizes that there are ways around being forced into logging into a members world, so logging out right away and then sticking to free worlds for the rest of the trial is acceptable in my eyes. Besides, how's anyone going to know that you were logged into a mems world for 5 seconds after account creation unless you tell them? ;)

I've found people can be pretty touchy about the whole thing, but as long as you avoid gaining any xp on the members world and immediately switch to a free one then, as far as I'm concerned, you're still F2P. Has anyone found any other creatures besides deadly red spiders that are good for training melee on? Ideally, I'm looking for one that drops bones so I can get Prayer xp at the same time.

A slightly shorter update today everyone. This weekend has been very busy, so I haven't had much time to play, but I was able to get 60 Ranged and 61 Constitution. I was flipping around my apparently dozens of satellite channels and came across one showing movies I hadn't seen in ages. So far I've watched Robocop and Conan the Destroyer and I'm in the middle of The Terminator right now. It's retro movie night! :D

Today when I went to do my laundry I found out that when my ex-girlfriend moved out she took all the fabric softener and dryer sheets, leaving only the little bits that were left in the ones that were open so I wouldn't notice for a couple of weeks (ie: today). <_< At least she left the detergent.

You have two options, both of which involve creating the character but not logging in right away. Create a new character then exit the game and do one of the following: 1 - reload and log in normally, then simply log into a free world. 2 - don't log in for two weeks while you wait for the trial to expire (but honestly, who could resist using a new character for two weeks? :P). As long as you don't log into a members world during the trial, you're generally still considered pure F2P.

Mind control scrimshaw turtles please. Does this mean the new skills next year will be gathering bone/ivory from dead creatures in the wild And then scrimshawing (what would be the verb for that anyway?) them into new pocket items? :P

It's what TET evolved into. They organize weekly (I think) boss hunts so that everyone can help each other out and help people defeat bosses they otherwise wouldn't be able to.

Last week my mom lost partial muscle control and most of the strength in her right hand and her doctor feared that she might have had a small stroke. Monday she went to the hospital with dizziness and headaches and they kept her there all week while they ran tests, thinking she might have had another. I just heard from her and she said the MRI this morning (which they must have seriously fast tracked to get in only a handful of days, normally in Ontario it takes weeks and even months) showed no sign of a stroke, and the problem with her hand is being caused by arthritis in her neck pinching a nerve. On Monday, they'll be starting her on physiotherapy to try restore some of the fine control in her hand. I am SO relieved right now, I can't even express it properly.

Hasn't this been done to death already? I mean, if you want to track and post your spins go right ahead but I doubt you're going to come up with any results that haven't already been reported. If you're going to continually track your results, it might be better to start a blog about it. Just my tuppence worth.
