Well...trade deadline day is tomorrow. For all those wondering where the term 'trade deadline' comes from, it is ancient maple-leafean. The word 'trade' roughly translates to 'no sundin/no kaberle', whereas the word 'deadline' translates to 'means we have no chance in hell of making the playoffs'.

I'd actually love to see them for a bunch of other skills, namely: Hitpoints: maybe have something built into the cape, that restores hp at the same rate as a bunyip Slayer: wearing the cape allows you to fight slayer monsters without the special equipment Runecrafting: all runes you craft have a chance of becoming 'specialty runes'. These runes give you double xp when used for spells, and are untradable.

I'd actually love to see a weather system in runescape. Maybe add it to poh's as well....lol 'sy, your house has just been hit by a tornado. Do not pass go, do not collect 200gp'

The leafs actually have a few chances, if you look at all the teams that are gonna suffer cappage during the off-season. SJ is gonna need to get rid of a few players, calgary is gonna need to get rid of a couple, as is phoenix/nashville. Imagine though, if toronto plays it smart, then they could have a horton in a leafs jersey for the first time in nearly a 1/2 century...

I think the raycroft deal they made a few years ago did skrew them over a bit though. Imagine the leafs if they didn't go through that whole goaltender scenario, and had rask/gustavsson/(possibly turco?) in net. They'd be possible playoff contenders this year.
