"Free" is debatable. Don't get me wrong, I love barb assault, but the time playing it does count as a deciding factor for some players.

I played my first qualifying game last night. I tried a marine rush up his ramp and clocked banshee at his workers. It did not work at all. He was completely walled off with siege tanks and missile turrets. It ended up with both of us going to 200/200, occasionally losing units to each other. It was my marines/maruaders/medivacs/banshees/tanks against his thors/tanks/marines. Eventually, I just went with nukes since his units were all clumped together. I finally won after he made his last push with a bunch of marines. Jesus, that game took an hour and thirty-seven minutes.

I started watching king of the hill again, such a good show. I'm going to try and find all the episodes. Man, why the hell is the social worker from the first episode such a [bleep].

With the two armory upgrades and the weapon speed research buff, goliaths just wreck everything. It does suck that their portraits look pretty lame now.

[hide]On the bottom-right corner of the media blitz mission, there is a science facility. When you destroy it and pick up the item it drops, you unlock a secret mission. I think you have to unlock it during a campaign play-through though.[/hide]

It doesn't seem like your armory upgrades, research upgrades, and mercenary contracts apply to previous missions. You can redo missions, but not with any buffs you get for later missions. For example, once you get stimpacks for your marines and you redo one of the first missions, your marines won't have stimpacks. Also, the single player challenges do look like good practice, gonna try them soon.
