I think berserker is the generally accepted best melee ring to use outside of kuradel's dungeon. Maybe warrior ring if you can't get a berserker yet. I'd say the range ring is worth it.

I've never maged lobsters before, so I was wondering if bringing proselyte/verac's is necessary to wear when getting to the spot and when luring the lobsters. Or could I just tank everything wearing this? Also, will I need a familiar? I remember reading wolpertinger doesn't really help, so I was wondering if bunyip/unicorn might be useful or not. Edit: This is the inventory I had in mind.
