  1. Lol poor Pan XD Great job guys. TCL is hard to beat.
  2. PoR is awarded 187 pts, Akel is awarded 50. Great job guys!
  3. Yes I got to annoy you, very plesant
  4. I'd like to hear both parties before awarding autowin points to anyone, so could a VG official please post here? Also, Kosciej, do you have a better picture of your starting opts?
  5. Good fight FAILTHANAS0. Moving to Wars and Runins.
  6. I go do stuff with my clan mates, usually 6-man corping. Good fun  If I don't have that option, however, I'll more often than not just stare at my screen blankly and browse TIF/RSOF.
  7. It really depends. If you're running on an ancient computer like I am while at home (256 ram, 1ghz processor, 64mb integrated vga) it certainly hurts my gameplay. But when I go to college and I'm running on a computer that DOESNT suck quite so much, I can really appreciate the graphics and they contribute to the overall experience. They're catering mostly to the average scaper, who, it would seem, doesn't play on dinosaurs like I do :XD:
  8. I wish this tourney got more front page notice but alas, maybe next time. It was an interesting road. Personally I was shocked to see TT winning the combat cup. Well done, well deserved! <3
  9. NO WAY :( Poor RR...they were always a fantastic clan. It's a damn shame they couldn't bounce back from it...
  10. No one wants to pull a His Lordship (ie WHEN YOU RAID UNDER HIM HE IS YOUR GOD, etc). No offense, WG  You've got to balance stern and understanding attitudes. Some people you consider 'dead weight' right now might only be in that situation temporarily. Oftentimes, instead of outright kicking them, if you talk with them they're usually okay with temporarily taking a 'retired' position. The problem with the 'hard way' scenario is that most people enforcing that rule are VERY MUCH caught up in 'short run' results, which could be disastrous. Yes everyone wants victories and success NOW, but if you still want to be around as a clan this time next year, you've got to think ahead. What's a small losing streak compared to losing a reputation and community that you've worked so hard to build just because you wanted INSTANT RESULTS.
  11. Did you guys KO Cordeiro/ggohans77 from Gladz? :D Grats on your win, nice job.
  12. Bandits can be anywhere from 45-60k per hour depending on what spot your in, what placement you use, and the pots you use. A better AFK spot that gives around the same exp as AZ's are Zombie Monkies. This requires completing Monkey Madness. I'll see if I can't find a guide. EDIT: viewtopic.php?f=103&t=751956
  13. Personally I trained a while in guthans and a while in bandos. I'll tell you what armor set I still have: guthans. I personally didn't see a benefit to using bandos armor when most of the time I had to carry around guthans anyway. So I sold the bcp and tassets and bought a fury/zerker instead. As for SGS, it's dynamite for boss hunting but I haven't found it useful for most of the slayer tasks I've been assigned. This is only speaking from the times I've borrowed an SGS to use for slayer, though; I don't actually own one.
  14. In general, I would choose the Archer Ring. There are a lot of slayer monsters that have uncommon drops that aren't worth as much as their common drops. (Like Dust Devils or Aberrant Spectres)
  15. Alternatively, you can craft unstrung gold amulets. They sell instantly on the ge and you make money. Or you could make and enchant emerald rings/sapphire, they're profit too. (If you don't enchant you'll lose gp) The tradeoff is that these're kind of slow. :x
  16. This will make sure that everyone is doing their job, what bad could come from that? :P Well think of how the soul wars bar works, right? IF you stop doing stuff to help the progress of the game, your bar decreases. Say you're working below deck on a themed world. Ideally, with so many people there your boat should rarely fill up with water. That means all that's left is patching holes and repairing rope. Now think of how many times you try to patch a hole but you're beat to it. Now think of when you actually have a timeframe to refill your bar before you're booted from the trawler for inactivity and have to start all over again. Mind you it's just speculation and I'm sure their balancers will take that into account (I hope )
  17. Brainymidget's guide is excellent for setups and information on how to solo mage. viewtopic.php?f=103&t=744889&start=0&hilit=dagannoth
  18. Wow that's actually a rather useful tip. Kind of frustrating, as full Vesta's awesome ko'ing power doesn't need to be any cheaper than it already is but hey! Still really cool. I wonder if they intended it to be like that though.
  19. D'oh! Sorry, I forgot that. :wall: For exp base, I'm not sure then.
  20. Exp wise, I'd have to say teaks on ape atoll or eucalyptus. Money wise I'd have to say yews (as you prolly chop more yews than you do magic in the same time) Overall efficiency, I'm not sure. Teaks make a bit of money and are very fast exp and would be my choice but I'm not 99 wc. :3
  21. I'm hesitant. There's not really a whole lot to do on a trawling boat theme world if everyone's doing their job right.
  22. Yeah, been a lot of people getting spectral sigils via cs/ls lately :s Shouldn't Arcane have the same rate? Probably, but I'm just going off what I've seen. :3 Not to mention spectral is one of the less useful shields aren't they?
