I think the special stops functioning and, if you were decked out in all degraded barrows, it would provide no better defense than going naked. Also, the moment you remove degraded armor, you can no longer equip it until it's repaired.

Ever heard the analogy: All squares are rectangles but not all rectangles are squares? Lots of collectible items can be stored in the costume room, but they are not the only type of collectible. You suggest alternative methods to display how long you've played to reduce the significance of those exclusive items to make people more willing to the idea of making them tradable/obtainable. Runescape is melee based, and mage and range are just "subclasses." Especially on F2P, where you usually need melee's use of the R2H for ko-ability.

I think it's faster if you're putting your points into HP and you can ensure that you win the majority of your games, similar to what Asian said.

on the contrary i have a way but if i say itll all be ruined Then you're not helping and you probably shouldn't be posting. With the hunter skill, you can catch butterflies. Ruby Harvests go for 580gp ea and are the lowest level butterflies you can catch. They should be relatively easy.

Since you're under 100+ CMB, that limits you to the intermediate and noob landers. On a veteran lander, it takes about 8-10ish hours to get full void range. On any lander below that, it would take exponentially longer. To cut down on the time it takes to get full void, I suggest looking for a group the specifically does PC for those around your level. It will help you in the long run. I found that on w144, the novice lander often lost every other game. It was terrible. :x

In that case, there's no solution for GP-compensation. Sure, you can create gold-sinks...but unless participation is MANDITORY, you'll have some gold not absorbed. It's overall not a viable solution. If you were to really "solve" anything based on Jard's original argument, making them untradeable/delete them would be the only "solution". Of course, that's only if you think that rares are "broken" to begin with. :roll:

What do rares have to do with inflation? Really now? They were not the cause of inflation. The cause of inflation was autoers being removed from the game, removing a LARGE supply of materials from the game in a matter of months. Added onto the fact that the GE initially had a lot of incorrect prices for items which still haven't been corrected, and there you go.

String Amulet is excellent mage EXP. I'm sure someone on here can give you the details. It's a lunar magics spell, so you'll need to have completed those quests. Also, this belongs in Help and Advice ;)

Honestly, it all comes down to design. If it looks too busy, if either thread has bad color schemes, if there's lots of blinking crud that's likely to give me a seizure, I will hate it no matter if its Text/Image-based.

Buy gold bars, smith them into gold amulets. Don't string them. You'll make profit, they often sell at max, and it's not terribly bad exp. I don't recommend it. I'd use the Explorer Ring 3 Cabbage Teleport to bank at Draynor and fish in Karamja. It's quite a bit of legwork to run from BH to the fishing spot in the wild on F2P.

This might sound like a silly question, but how did you enter Canifis? I ectophile'd down and walked into the village. If you teleported into it, with Ancient or House portals, it might not have registered, maybe:?:

Not true at the slightest. The first day of release, I pushed a bandage in the middle of my inventory by mistake and it healed using the highest one in my inventory. Those bandages are the fastest healing object in runescape. I have healed from 20 hp to 92 in 2 seconds. ;) On a different note, I was in World 144. Some people had convinced a load of people that by digging in the graveyard by the waiting rooms, you could dig up 1m cash. If you tried to tell them they were beeing tricked and lied to, they would go into complete denial and call you a noob for not believing in it. :P Yup. It's nearly impossible to get AGS Spec+Blitz ko'd if you've got bandages and you're paying attention to your health. Estimate. Not exact. Get it? The OP stated that he wanted as little loss as possible. You might have a faster exp rate, but you're also LOSING money to do so.
