There's never going to be a good reason to go into the wilderness so long as sufficient nonwild alternatives exist or the content itself is poor. Snipers have their toggles on single and it becomes a deathmatch and utterly useless. TMC and TLC and other mexican country clans notorious for mass sniping will just be that much more annoying because any rules often made against the switch will be ignored as always. To summarize: the wilderness was already dead save for clans and low level team pking/dm's and there's nothing jagex can do about it. WG won't have to worry as much though since they're primarily a p2p & cwa clan. And a large portion of the clan community hate the EoC as much as the rest of them want to see it so careful not to overstate the numbers there.

If you watched the BTS you wouldn't have been disappointed on release day. They very clearly want the kbd to remain a mid-level boss and freshening its drop table to increase the desire to hunt it, however by the time high levels are done hoarding the kills there it will be back to mid-level dead content because the drops will be worthless.

It was super annoying but I liked the nostalgia from it. Gloves of silence, ardy cape 3 or 4, take an ee. Goes decently fast and the exp you get for the task isn't horrible. It's not on par with Pyramid Plunder (which it should be) but it's not bad for a change of pace. That's only my opinion though, I can completely understand others not sharing that opinion.

I don't know how I feel about this new Dragon Rider lore. Something so powerful an idea - tamed (or at least cowed) dragons that humans used - seems very out of place. It's something that deserves a massive bit of story behind it, a culture, something to distinguish it from some weird dusty bit of lore players forget about. I'm...excited to see what they do with it.

Constructive criticism is perfectly acceptable so long as it adheres to our forum rules. It wasn't 10 years of progress. It was ten years you spent on the entire game. You didn't train all your skills constantly over the course of 10 years, like he did in the following 5 months (assuming 1 month to sell). Comparing them doesn't make sense.

Defaulting to an aggressive/apathetic teaching style is a mark of laziness. If that is your go-to strategy for education, you shouldn't be trying to do it. People who just say "stop being beta" or "grow a pair" are annoyingly unproductive despite the fact that they think they're doing a service.

Yes, and so do the paragraphs describing the project. They're an indie dev who wishes to stay indie. They cite the current times for requesting such a high amount in order to make it. They don't wish to use investors to fund the project. That's what they said, anyway.

When I posted 4 hours ago, they only had 37k. Now they're at 88k. Maybe they'll make it. Obsidian Entertainment made it for Project Eternity or something like that. And if they get Notch's hivemind to hork over some of their cash they'll easily get another 300k to follow. I dunno. Maybe they will make it. I was not expecting them to break 100k raised on their first day that's for damn sure, and they're about to break it well before suppertime.
